  • Ravens' Nate Wiggins: Back in practice Monday

Wiggins (leg) returned to practice Monday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports. This is a big development for the Ravens' secondary after Wiggins had an injury scare in practice Tuesday. Wiggins is reportedly already back in pads, which bodes well for his participation level in practice this week. The third-year player out of Clemson is the key piece of Baltimore's cornerback room.

  • Ravens' Nate Wiggins: Expected to return to practice soon

Wiggins (leg) is expected to resume practicing prior to Baltimore's second preseason game against the Vikings on Aug. 22, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports. Wiggins won't play in Saturday's preseason opener against the Eagles, but he isn't expected to face a long-term absence after being carted off during Tuesday's practice due to a left leg injury. Subsequent tests revealed no structural damage for Baltimore's 2024 first-round pick.

  • Ravens' Nate Wiggins: No structural damage in leg

Wiggins suffered no structural damage in his left leg after he was carted off the field during Tuesday's practice, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. Wiggins got tangled up with rookie WR Ja'Kobi Lane during a 1-on-1 drill and couldn't put any weight on his left leg in the aftermath of the play. Coach Jesse Minter later told Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com that he thinks "there's optimism" regarding the situation, "but we'll look at it, [and] we'll see where it's at." While Wiggins appears to have avoided a significant injury, a definitive prognosis has yet to emerge for the third-year cornerback, who totaled 76 tackles and three interceptions over 17 regular-season games in 2025.

  • Ravens' Nate Wiggins: Returns for OTAs

Wiggins (undisclosed) was spotted participating in Baltimore's OTAs on Wednesday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports. Despite playing in all 17 of Baltimore's contests last season, Wiggins underwent offseason surgery. However, it appears he's already moved past the issue, as the 22-year-old cornerback picked off Lamar Jackson during Wednesday's practice. Wiggins has tallied 27 passes defensed, including four interceptions, through his first two NFL seasons, and he's expected to operate as one of the Ravens' top boundary corners in 2026.

  • Ravens' Nate Wiggins: Limited in practice Wednesday

Wiggins (foot) was a limited participant in practice Wednesday. Wiggins hurt his foot Week 13 versus the Bengals and logged an LP/LP/FP practice progression last week before being cleared to suit up against Pittsburgh. His limited practice Wednesday sets him on the same trajectory for this week. Assuming he hasn't suffered a setback, chances are Wiggins will be available for his usual starting role Sunday versus Cincinnati.

  • Ravens' Nate Wiggins: Ready for Week 14

Wiggins (foot) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Steelers. Wiggins was subject to an early exit last Thursday against the Bengals, but the cornerback was able to upgrade to a full participant in practice Friday. The starter should be good to go for Sunday, and he will retake his spot at outside cornerback across from Chidobe Awuzie for another divisional matchup.

  • Ravens' Nate Wiggins: Begins week with limited practice

Wiggins (foot) was limited in practice Wednesday. Wiggins missed the end of Baltimore's Thanksgiving loss to the Bengals due to a foot injury. Coach Jim Harbaugh said Monday that Wiggins is day-to-day, and the second-year cornerback's limited practice session Wednesday supports that assessment. The extent to which Wiggins is in danger of missing Sunday's matchup versus Pittsburgh should become clearer with his status during the Ravens' next two practice sessions.

  • Ravens' Nate Wiggins: Posts seven stops vs. Minnesota

Wiggins logged seven tackles (six solo) and one pass defense during the Ravens' 27-19 win over the Vikings on Sunday. Wiggins led the Ravens with seven stops Sunday while playing 64 of 65 defensive stops (98.5 percent). The second-year corner has recorded at least five tackles in four of his last five games and is up to 39 tackles (30 solo) and six pass defenses (two interceptions) through nine regular-season games.

  • Ravens' Nate Wiggins: Logs six tackles in Week 9 win

Wiggins registered six tackles (four solo) during the Ravens' 28-6 win over the Dolphins on Thursday. Wiggins was tied for the third most tackles on the Ravens on Thursday. He was one of four Baltimore defenders to play all 64 defensive snaps, which is the first time he's played every single defensive snap this season. After opening the regular season with 19 tackles (13 solo) and four pass defenses (one interception) through six games, Wiggins has posted 13 tackles (10 solo) and an interception in the two contests since the Ravens' Week 7 bye.

  • Ravens' Nate Wiggins: On track to play Thursday

Wiggins (groin) was a full participant at practice Tuesday. Wiggins was only able to manage a limited practice Monday due to a groin issue but he now seems to be back to 100 percent ahead of Thursday's game. Baltimore should lean on him heavily to try to slow down the likes of Jaylen Waddle and Malik Washington in Week 9 at Miami.

  • Ravens' Nate Wiggins: Dealing with groin issue

Wiggins (groin) was considered to be a limited participant at Monday's walkthrough. Wiggins popped up on the estimated injury report with an apparent groin issue. The cornerback recorded seven total tackles (six solo) and an interception in Sunday's 30-16 win over Chicago, and he may have suffered the injury in the process. Wiggins will have two more chances to log a full session before Thursday Night Football against Miami.

  • Ravens' Nate Wiggins: Fives tackles vs. Houston

Wiggins (elbow) recorded five tackles (three solo) during Baltimore's 44-10 loss to Houston on Sunday. Wiggins suffered an elbow injury during the Ravens' Week 4 loss to the Chiefs, but the 2024 first-rounder was cleared to play against the Texans after logging a full practice Friday. Sunday marked the second time that Wiggins tallied at least five stops in a game this season, and he is up to 17 tackles (12 solo) and four pass defenses (including one interception) through the first five games of the 2025 campaign.

  • Ravens' Nate Wiggins: Limited in Thursday's session

Wiggins (elbow) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice. Wiggins appeared to suffer a severe elbow injury during the Ravens' Week 4 loss to the Chiefs after he was carted off the field. He was unable to practice Wednesday, but his ability to practice in at least a limited capacity Thursday is a sign that the injury is not as serious as once feared. Friday's practice report will provide insight on Wiggins' chances of suiting up for Sunday's home bout against the Texans. Jaire Alexander, T.J. Tampa and Keyon Martin could play a key role in the Ravens' secondary for Sunday's game if one or more of Wiggins, Chidobe Awuzie (hamstring) and Marlon Humphrey (calf) were to be sidelined.

  • Ravens' Nate Wiggins: Increases involvement

Wiggins (groin) logged a limited practice Friday. Wiggins popped up on the injury report Thursday and did not practice. His increased involvement Friday is encouraging for his status for a Week 3 matchup against Detroit, though Saturday's injury report should provide a better indication if Wiggins will be able to suit up Monday.

  • Ravens' Nate Wiggins: Won't suit up Week 8

The Ravens announced Saturday that Wiggins (shoulder/illness) has been downgraded to out for Sunday's road matchup against the Browns. Wiggins was initially labeled as questionable for Sunday's divisional matchup, but the rookie first-round pick will ultimately be unavailable for Baltimore in Week 8. Across six regular-season appearances this season, Wiggins has tallied 13 tackles (9.0 solo), seven passes defensed and one forced fumble.

  • Ravens' Nate Wiggins: Questionable for Week 3

Wiggins (neck/concussion) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Cowboys. Wiggins was able to get in limited practices Thursday and Friday after being listed as DNP Wednesday. It's a good sign for the first-round rookie's availability for Sunday after he missed Week 2. Wiggins played 17 defensive snaps in the season opener versus Kansas City.

  • Ravens' Nate Wiggins: Could practice this week

Head coach John Harbaugh told reporters Monday that he's hopeful Wiggins (neck) can return to practice this week, Jonas Shaffer of TheBaltimoreBanner.com reports. Wiggins missed the Ravens' Week 2 loss after sustaining a neck injury in a car accident earlier that week, but it now appears he could be nearing a return to the field. However, if the 2024 first-round pick needs more recovery time, expect Eddie Jackson so see increased snaps with Baltimore's first-team defense, as he did last week.

  • Ravens' Nate Wiggins: Won't play Week 2

Wiggins (neck) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup with the Raiders. Wiggins was unable to practice both Thursday and Friday after sustaining a neck injury in a car accident earlier in the week, so it's no surprise that the 2024 first-round pick won't be suiting up for Baltimore's home opener. Expect Jalyn Armour-Davis and rookie T.J. Tampa to see increased work in the Ravens' secondary while Wiggins remains sidelined.

  • Ravens' Nate Wiggins: Pops up on injury report

Wiggins (neck) did not practice Thursday, Brian Wacker of The Baltimore Sun reports. Wiggins practiced in full Wednesday, so it appears the rookie corner is dealing with a new injury. The late addition to the injury report is typically bad news when it comes to suiting up for the next game, but he'll have the opportunity to get back on the field Friday in preparation for Sunday's matchup with the Raiders.

  • Ravens' Nate Wiggins: Back at practice Thursday

Wiggins (shoulder) returned to practice Thursday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports. Wiggins missed a little less than a week of practice time. The first-round rookie's 2024 role is unclear, as Baltimore's cornerback depth chart has yet to really shake out behind veteran Marlon Humphrey. Brandon Stephens and Arthur Maulet are also in the mix for starting reps.
