He was elevated for one game, when he played five offensive snaps and caught one pass for two yards. The wide receiver out of Kansas will have a chance to crack Cincinnati's 53-man roster in 2024.

Kwamie Lassiter: Goes back to practice squad
The Bengals reverted Lassiter to their practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Lassiter saw his first action of the season Sunday against Arizona and played five offensive snaps, catching his only target for two yards. His elevation was largely due to Tee Higgins sitting out the game with a rib fracture, and Lassiter's likelihood of being elevated for Week 6 against Seattle could again depend upon Higgins' status for that contest.

Bengals' Kwamie Lassiter: Elevated for Week 5
The Bengals elevated Lassiter from their practice squad Saturday.
This is the first time Lassiter has been elevated this season after returning to Cincinnati's practice squad in late August. The Kansas alum got into one contest with the Bengals last year, tallying eight offensive snaps and recording no stats in Week 12 against the Titans. Lassiter probably won't see a prominent role Sunday in Arizona, though his elevation may be an indication that Tee Higgins (ribs) is on the wrong side of questionable for the contest.

However, the 24-year-old wideout did not log a statistic while playing just eight of his team's 70 offensive snaps. Lassiter will now be eligible for two more activations while with the Bengals' practice squad this season.

Bengals' Kwamie Lassiter: Elevated for Week 12
The Bengals elevated Lassiter from their practice squad to the active roster ahead of Sunday's contest in Tennessee.
Lassiter signed with Cincinnati as an unrestricted free agent in May but was waived near the end of training camp. He was subsequently added to the team's practice squad, and he'll suit up for the first time as a pro Sunday. Lassiter tallied 59 receptions for 653 yards and three touchdowns in his final college season with Kansas and has been praised by Bengals head coach Zac Taylor for the impression he made during training camp, but the young wideout isn't likely to play a major role against the Titans.

Bengals head coach Zac Taylor has praised Lassiter for his strong performances during offseason work and training camp practices, so if he clears waivers, he'll be a likely candidate to join the team's practice squad.
