Easton started nine games overall during the 2020 season, but multiple concussions late in the campaign eventually landed him on injured reserve in January. Now cleared of his most recent head injury, the 28-year-old will now aim to earn a reserve role elsewhere.

The 28-year-old returned to start the regular-season finale after a two-game absence due to a concussion, and he suffered another concussion in that contest.
