Henry (toe) was listed as limited on Thursday's practice report, which was based on what the Patriots did on the field Wednesday.
The Patriots didn't practice on Thursday, but Henry -- who logged a 79 percent snap share and was targeted 10 times in this past Sunday's win over the Bengals -- was deemed limited based on his activity in Wednesday's session. The tight end thus has two more chances to upgrade his participation level before the team assigns game statuses for Monday night's game against the Giants.

But prior to that, Henry scored 9.1 PPR points or less in seven games in a row, with one touchdown over that span. The Giants are No. 10 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to opposing tight ends, and only four guys have scored double digits in PPR against New York this season. I'm expecting Henry to regress in this matchup after what he did against Cincinnati, and he should only be started in deeper leagues in Week 13.

The veteran tight end led the Patriots in receptions, targets and yards, capping his big day with a 28-yard TD from Drake Maye in the second quarter. It's the first 100-yard game for Henry since Week 2 of last season, and he's amassed a 41-537-5 line on 63 targets through 12 contests in 2025. Henry had been held to a season-low-tying one reception Sunday against the Buccaneers, but he bounced back by tying his second-highest catch total of the campaign. The veteran tight end also posted his second-highest yardage tally in the last six contests, while Thursday's targets tied for the most he'd seen since Week 3. Henry logged an 87 percent snap share in the contest, per Mike Reiss of ESPN.com, but Patriots tight ends weren't a big factor in the team's Week 10 passing attack, which was paced by WRs Mack Hollins (six catches) and Stefon Diggs (five catches). As Thursday night's game against the Jets approaches, Henry looks like a boom-or-bust fantasy option, given the way New England has been spreading the ball around of late. Mark Andrews, Mason Taylor and Juwan Johnson have combined for just 8.8 PPR points against Buffalo, and Henry doesn't have a great history against the Bills. In his past five meetings against Buffalo, Henry has combined for just 15 catches for 130 yards and a touchdown, and he's been held to 4.7 PPR points or less in three of those outings. The veteran tight end continued to flash encouraging chemistry with Drake Maye, getting into the end zone for the third time in the last two games on a 31-yard catch to cap off the first drive of the second half. Henry's reception and target totals have fluctuated considerably week to week, but a Week 5 road battle against the Bills next Sunday night could well turn out to be one of his busier games considering New England figures to have to remain aggressive on offense.

Henry had a huge game in Week 3 against Pittsburgh with eight catches for 90 yards and two touchdowns on 11 targets, and he's now scored at least 10.6 PPR points in two of three games this season. He's the one constant in the receiving corps for Drake Maye, and I like Henry as a top-10 Fantasy tight end in all leagues. Trey McBride is the lone tight end to do damage against the Panthers with 13.8 PPR points in Week 2, but five tight ends combined have scored at least 6.5 PPR points against Carolina, which means the Panthers struggle to defend the position.
You can't leave 29 Fantasy points on the waiver wire, no matter how sporadic his production. Henry was Drake Maye's top target last year as well, leading the Patriots in targets, receptions, and receiving yards on targets from Maye. The only thing he didn't have last year was the touchdowns. He already has as many from Maye this year as he had last year. The Patriots wide receiver room just has not developed in 2025 and that works out great for Henry.
