    Melifonwu (undisclosed) was waived from injured reserve by the Eagles on Tuesday, Mike Kaye of The Newark Star-Ledger reports. Melifonwu can now be claimed by any team in the league. Should he go unclaimed, Melifonwu would become an unrestricted free agent.
