    Mitchell suffered a right forearm contusion Sunday against Atlanta, Todd Rosiak of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

    Mitchell was hit by a pitch in the bottom of the fourth inning, and he was unable to take the field in the top of the fifth. After undergoing additional imaging, the result was determined to be a contusion, and he can be considered day-to-day ahead of Monday's day off for Milwaukee.

    Mitchell (arm) exited Sunday's contest against Atlanta in the fifth inning after being hit by a pitch, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.

    Mitchell took a 94.4 mph fastball from Tyler Mahle off his right hand/wrist with two outs in the bottom of the fourth inning, and although he was able to finish the frame, Luis Lara replaced him in the outfield to open the top of the fifth. Mitchell developed quite the welt on his arm, and the team decided to pull him from the contest.
