  • Gridin scored two goals, including one on the power play, on five shots and added an assist in Monday's 5-2 win over the Maple Leafs. Gridin opened the scoring in the first period, then added another just 25 seconds into the second, helping Calgary build a three-goal lead. He later assisted on Martin Pospisil's empty-net goal, completing his three-point performance. The young winger has four goals this season and all of them have come over his last four contests. He also has back-to-back multi-point performances and four straight games with at least two shots on goal, so he's clearly trending in the right direction.

  • Gridin scored a power-play goal on four shots and added an assist in Saturday's 4-1 win over the Red Wings. Gridin picked up his first multi-point effort of the season in this game. The 20-year-old has five points through 10 contests, with four of those points coming in his last five outings. He's added 20 shots on net and a minus-7 rating while playing in a middle-six role with power-play time. Gridin's still young, but the Flames will give him every chance to shine during the rebuilding years.

  • Gridin scored a goal on two shots in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Hurricanes. Gridin cashed in on a rebound in the second period to get the Flames on the board. He's gotten on the scoresheet in consecutive games and has a total of three points through eight outings. The 20-year-old forward has added 14 shots on net, four blocked shots and a minus-8 rating. Gridin will be given as many chances as he can handle this year since the Flames have a largely inexperienced forward group.

  • Gridin registered two assists in a 3-1 exhibition win over Vancouver on Tuesday. Gridin had six goals and 20 points in 37 regular-season outings with Calgary in 2025-26. The 20-year-old is gearing up for his first full NHL campaign, and he's likely to get ample playing time as a member of the top six and first power-play unit. It wouldn't be shocking to see Gridin reach the 50-point milestone in 2026-27.

It's not yet clear when he'll be back in action, but his next opportunity to suit up will be Tuesday against the Avalanche.
