Oilers' Ty Emberson: Gathers assist in Game 1 win
Emberson notched an assist and two hits in Monday's 4-3 win over the Ducks in Game 1.
Emberson went 17 games without a point to end the regular season, and he also missed five contests due to an undisclosed injury in that span. He's set for third-pairing minutes this postseason, but if he struggles, Spencer Stastney could be swapped into the lineup. Emberson had 12 points, 46 shots on net, 107 hits and 106 blocked shots over 72 regular-season outings. His helper Monday was his first career playoff point -- he was held off the scoresheet in nine appearances last spring in his first taste of postseason action.

Oilers' Jake Walman: Produces two helpers
Walman logged two assists, two shots on goal, two hits, two PIM and a plus-2 rating in Monday's 4-3 win over the Ducks in Game 1.
Walman had just two helpers with a minus-10 rating, 36 shots on net and 38 blocked shots over his last 21 outings in the regular season. Overall, he logged 20 points, 96 shots, 90 blocks and a minus-17 rating over 53 regular-season contests. Walman is likely to fill a bottom-four role during the playoffs. He was moderately productive in the playoffs last year with 10 points over 22 outings.

Oilers' Vasily Podkolzin: Picks up pair of assists
Podkolzin notched two assists, two shots on goal and seven hits in Monday's 4-3 win over the Ducks in Game 1.
Podkolzin ended the regular season on a three-game skid. He had a small breakout in 2025-26 with 19 goals and 37 points over 82 regular-season contests while often filling a middle-six role. He also produced 242 hits, 139 shots on net and 63 PIM to add some grit. Entering this postseason, he's earned 10 points over 24 career playoff outings, but he's in a position to be more involved this year.

Oilers' Leon Draisaitl: Dishes two assists in return
Draisaitl logged two assists and two shots on goal in Monday's 4-3 win over the Ducks in Game 1.
Draisaitl missed 14 games due to a lower-body injury to end the regular season, denying him the chance to log a fifth straight 100-point campaign. He ended up at 35 goals and 97 points, as well as 186 shots on net and a plus-13 rating, over 65 regular-season appearances. Draisaitl has been a powerhouse in the postseason over recent years -- he has a total of 52 goals and 141 points over 96 playoff outings during previous campaigns, including a league-leading 33 points in 22 games during the 2025 postseason.

Oilers' Adam Henrique: Won't play Wednesday
Henrique (undisclosed) will not be an option for Game 2 against the Ducks on Wednesday, Chris Johnston of The Athletic reports.
It remains to be seen if Henrique is facing an extended, but at a minimum, he'll be sidelined for Wednesday's game in Edmonton. Josh Samanski is expected to replace Henrique on the fourth line in Game 2, per Jason Gregor of Sports 1440 Edmonton. Henrique's next opportunity to suit up will be when this first-round series shifts to Anaheim, which will be in Game 3 on Friday.

Oilers' Adam Henrique: Suffers injury Monday
Henrique (undisclosed) suffered an injury in Game 1's 4-3 win over Anaheim on Monday, according to Jamie Umbach of the Oilers' official site.
Henrique left the game and didn't return after getting tangled up with a teammate in front of the Anaheim net. He had one shot on goal and one hit in only 2:56 of ice time before leaving the game. The Oilers expect to know more about the 36-year-old forward's status ahead of Game 2 on Wednesday. If Henrique misses time, Curtis Lazar and Josh Samanski are potential candidates to enter the lineup.

Oilers' Jason Dickinson: Lights lamp twice Monday
Dickinson scored two goals in Monday's 4-3 win over the Ducks in Game 1 of their first-round playoff series.
Dickinson is not known for being an offensive force, but he found the back of the net on his two shots in this game and played a big role in a game where Connor McDavid went pointless for the Oilers. Dickinson is expected to play a defensive role in the playoffs, as he's key in penalty-killing situations, so he's not expected to be a scoring threat for the Oilers in most games.

Oilers' Kasperi Kapanen: Scores twice Monday
Kapanen scored two goals on seven shots and added four hits in Monday's 4-3 win over the Ducks in Game 1 of their first-round playoff series.
Kapanen ended the regular season on a cold streak since he was riding a seven-game goal drought, a span in which he had recorded just one point. However, he stepped up in a big way Monday, not tallying two goals but also slotting home the game-winner late in the third period. The Oilers offense will run through Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl, but having Kapanen as a reliable scoring threat is a huge boost for Edmonton as well. The 29-year-old forward scored just eight goals in 41 contests in the regular season.

Oilers' Connor Ingram: Earns win in playoff opener
Ingram stopped 25 of 28 shots in Monday's 4-3 win over the Ducks in Game 1 of their first-round playoff series.
Ingram was beaten three times in the second period, but he was excellent down the stretch, stopping the 11 shots he faced during the third period while allowing the Oilers to mount a late comeback. Ingram posted a career-best 2.60 GAA in 32 regular-season appearances, and he should remain the No. 1 goaltender for Edmonton ahead of Wednesday's Game 2.

Oilers' Jason Dickinson: Returning to lineup for Game 1
Dickinson (leg) is in the lineup for Game 1 versus the Ducks on Monday, per Tony Brar of Oilers TV.
Dickinson was classified as a game-time call earlier Monday, and he'll avoid missing the start of Edmonton's postseason run. He is slated to center the third line between Ryan Nugent-Hopkins and Jack Roslovic in Game 1. While he's not an offensive force, Dickinson is an important player from a defensive perspective, as he'll likely play a big role on the penalty kill.

Oilers' Leon Draisaitl: Removed from LTIR
Draisaitl (lower body) was activated from long-term injured reserve Monday, per the NHL media site.
Draisaitl appears poised to return to action against Anaheim in Game 1 on Monday. He sat out the final 14 games of the 2025-26 regular season, finishing with 35 goals, 97 points and 186 shots on net in 65 appearances. Draisaitl should occupy a second-line role and see time on the top power-play unit in Monday's lineup versus the Ducks.

Ingram will patrol the home crease against Anaheim on Monday in Game 1, Tony Brar of Oilers TV reports.
Ingram is in line to make his fourth NHL playoff start. He went 0-3-0 and allowed 14 goals on 161 shots in four appearances with Nashville during the 2022 Stanley Cup Playoffs. Oilers' Jason Dickinson: Status uncertain Monday
Dickinson (leg) will be a game-time decision for Game 1 versus Anaheim on Monday, Mark Spector of Sportsnet reports.
As is typical in the postseason, head coach Kris Knoblauch wouldn't reveal whether Dickinson or Leon Draisaitl (lower body) will be ready to play Monday. Still, Dickinson has been working in the third-line center role in the lead-up to Game 1, which would seem to indicate that he'll be ready to go.

Oilers' Leon Draisaitl: Game-time decision Monday
Draisaitl (lower body) will be a game-time call for Game 1 against the Ducks on Monday, Mark Spector of Sportsnet reports.
Draisaitl has been reportedly working hard in practice in order to get back into the lineup for the start of the postseason. If the 30-year-old center does play, he figures to slot into his usual second-line role in addition to linking up with the No. 1 power-play unit. In order to suit up Monday, Draisaitl will need to be activated off of long-term injured reserve, which will be the final step in the process.

Oilers' Roby Jarventie: Pots pair of goals in AHL win
Jarventie scored twice in AHL Bakersfield's 5-2 win over San Jose on Friday.
Jarventie has managed 23 goals and 47 points over 60 outings this season. The winger has six goals and four assists over his last six games for the Condors. Jarventie could be a call-up option during the Oilers' playoff run given his recent scoring success.

Oilers' Samuel Poulin: Scores twice Friday
Poulin scored two goals in AHL Bakersfield's 5-2 win over San Jose on Friday.
Poulin's offense has reached another level this season with 21 goals and 49 points over 70 appearances between Bakersfield and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. Both of those marks are career highs for him. Poulin hasn't made his Oilers debut yet since he was dealt from the Penguins as part of the Tristan Jarry trade.

Oilers' Connor Murphy: Puts up assist in win
Murphy notched an assist, two shots on goal, five PIM and a plus-2 rating in Thursday's 6-1 win over the Canucks.

The 33-year-old blueliner totaled 17 points, 70 shots on net, 90 hits, 138 blocked shots, 71 PIM and a minus-2 rating over 80 outings between the Oilers and the Blackhawks in the regular season. He'll fill a shutdown role during Edmonton's playoff run.

Oilers' Darnell Nurse: Produces helper Thursday
Nurse notched an assist and two shots on goal in Thursday's 6-1 win over the Canucks.
Nurse has three helpers over seven outings in April. He ends the regular season with 24 points, 164 shots on net, 137 hits, 167 blocked shots, 104 PIM and a minus-12 rating over 82 appearances. Nurse enters the playoffs on a 28-game goal drought, and while he should continue to see top-four minutes, he's coming off his worst regular season since 2016-17.
