  • Eagles' Jihaad Campbell: Full participant in Thursday's practice

Campbell (knee) was a full participant in Thursday's practice.

Campbell is dealing with a knee injury and was limited during Wednesday's practice. However, he logged a full session Thursday, so all signs are pointing toward his availability for Sunday's game versus the Rams. The 22-year-old has played well through the first three weeks of the 2026 campaign, amassing 28 total tackles (15 solo), one sack and one forced fumble.

  • Trey Lance QB | LAC

Chargers' Trey Lance: Remains limited Thursday

Lance (groin) was limited at the Chargers' practice Thursday.

Lance has been limited at each of the team's first two sessions of the week as he continues to nurse a groin issue. The quarterback was active for the team's loss to Buffalo in Week 3, and he'll likely be good to go Sunday versus the Seahawks.

  • Mason Graham DT | CLE

Browns' Mason Graham: Questionable to return Thursday

Graham (knee) is questionable to return to Thursday's game against the Steelers.

Graham suffered a knee injury early in the contest and was shown limping to the locker room with the training staff. If Graham doesn't return Thursday, Adin Huntington may be more involved the rest of the way.

  • Ulysses Bentley: Gets opportunity with New Orleans

The Saints signed Bentley to their practice squad Thursday.

Bentley spent all of last season with Indianapolis and was with the Colts in training camp this year. He was cut from the team's practice squad in early September and has now gotten a new opportunity with New Orleans. The Saints became in need of backfield depth when Travis Etienne (hamstring) was placed on injured reserve Thursday.

  • Saints' Kevin Austin: Added to active roster

The Saints signed Austin from their practice squad to their active roster Thursday.

Austin was elevated from the practice squad each of the first three weeks, so this signing was necessary for him to continue to be part of New Orleans' gameday roster. The Notre Dame product hasn't been a big part of the team's offense, however, logging just 20 offensive snaps across three contests and catching his only target for seven yards. Austin should continue to work in a depth wideout role behind Chris Olave, Devaughn Vele and Bryce Lance.

  • Zack Baun LB | PHI

Eagles' Zack Baun: Absent from practice again Thursday

Baun (concussion) did not practice Thursday.

Baun sustained a concussion in the loss to the Bears in Week 3. He missed practice for a second consecutive day, so things don't look promising regarding his availability for Sunday's game against the Rams. If Baun is ultimately ruled out in Week 4, Jeremiah Trotter could be more involved.

  • Ty Okada SAF | SEA

Seahawks' Ty Okada: Returns to practice

Okada (hamstring) was a limited participant at the Seahawks' practice Thursday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.

Okada was able to make his return to practice for the first time since the beginning of the regular season. The safety is nursing a hamstring injury that he suffered in early September, but Wednesday's session is a major step forward in his recovery. Okada will have two more chances to log a full practice before potentially making his regular-season debut versus the Chargers on Sunday.

  • Jihad Ward LB | MIN

Giants' Jihad Ward: Signed by Giants

Ward was signed to the Giants' active roster Thursday, Tom Pelissero of Netflix reports.

Ward has started the season as a member of the Vikings' practice squad, but he will now head to New York. The 32-year-old registered 31 total tackles (15 solo), including 5.0 sacks, over 17 regular-season games with Tennessee in 2025, and he will now have a chance to operate as a top depth option behind Kayvon Thibodeaux and Abdul Carter at outside linebacker with the Giants.

  • KhaDarel Hodge: Waived with injury settlement

Hodge (knee) was waived with an injury settlement by the 49ers on Thursday, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

Hodge appeared in all three games for San Francisco thus far this season, bringing in his only target for 18 yards. There's a chance the team will bring him back once he's healthy, so his days with the organization may not be finished.

  • Cowboys' Joey Porter: Avoids injury report

Porter (back) wasn't listed on the Cowboys' injury report Friday, Patrik Walker of the team's official site reports.

Prior to getting shipped from Pittsburgh to Dallas on Wednesday evening, Porter was listed as a full participant Monday and Tuesday before a limited showing Wednesday resulted in him being ruled out for Week 4. Now that he's with a different organization, though, he'll have an immediate chance to suit up with his new team. Whether or not that's plausible, coach Brian Schottenheimer told Tommy Yarish of the team's official site Thursday, "We'd like him to play, but we'll see how the week goes." Friday's injury report will reveal Porter's odds to make his Cowboys debut this weekend.
