  • Jets' Quentin Skinner: Signs with active roster

    The Jets signed Skinner off their practice squad Saturday.

    The 24-year-old from Kansas joined the Jets' practice squad in late August after failing to make the initial 53-man roster, but he's now been elevated ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Patriots. Skinner has yet to make his NFL debut after posting 557 receiving yards and four touchdowns on 25 catches during his final collegiate season in 2024.

    Jets' Hendon Hooker: Elevated Saturday

    Hooker was elevated from the practice squad to the Jets' active roster Saturday.

    The 2023 third-round pick from Tennessee signed with the Jets' practice squad Dec. 18 and has already joined the active roster. Hooker appeared in three games with the Lions in 2024, completing six of nine pass attempts for 62 yards. He's expected to operate as the Jets' No. 3 quarterback during Sunday's matchup against the Patriots, playing behind Brady Cook and Tyrod Taylor.

    Cardinals' Steven Sims: Back with active roster

    The Cardinals elevated Sims from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.

    The 28-year-old has been elevated to Arizona's active roster for the second consecutive week ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Bengals. In the Week 16 loss to the Falcons, Sims tallied 55 kick-return yards but failed to haul in his lone target. He's expected to play another depth role in the Cardinals' receiving corps while contributing on special teams in Week 17.

    Packers' Clayton Tune: Likely serving as No. 2 QB

    Tune was elevated from the practice squad to the Packers' active roster Saturday.

    With Jordan Love (concussion) set to miss Saturday's matchup against the Ravens, Tune is expected to operate as the Packers' No. 2 quarterback, playing behind Malik Willis (shoulder, questionable). Tune, a 2023 fifth-round pick from Houston, last played with the Cardinals in 2024, when he completed both of his pass attempts for eight yards across 31 offensive snaps.

    Packers' Drake Dabney: Elevated Saturday

    The Packers elevated Dabney from the practice squad to their active roster Saturday.

    The 23-year-old joined the Packers' practice squad in early November and is now in line to make his NFL debut during Saturday's matchup against the Ravens. Across his five-year collegiate career, Dabney caught 84 passes for 1,066 yards and eight touchdowns. He's expected to operate as Green Bay's No. 3 tight end in the Week 17 contest.

    Bills' Michael Badgley: Back with active roster

    Badgley was elevated from the practice squad to the Bills' active roster Saturday.

    With Matt Prater (quadriceps) in line to miss his second consecutive game, Badgley will draw another start in Sunday's matchup against the Eagles. Across eight appearances with the Bills and Colts this season, the Miami product has made 11 of 12 field-goal attempts and 18 of 21 point-after tries.

    Bills' Keleki Latu: Joins active roster

    The Bills signed Latu off their practice squad Saturday.

    The Washington product joining the Bills' active roster likely suggests one or both of Dalton Kincaid (knee, questionable) and Dawson Knox (knee, questionable) will be sidelined for Sunday's matchup against the Eagles. Latu has appeared in three games this season, catching his only target for four yards. He's expected to play a depth role in Buffalo's tight end corps in the Week 17 contest.

    Mecole Hardman: Dropped by Buffalo

    Hardman was waived by the Bills on Saturday.

    Hardman was picked up by the Bills in early November and appeared in just two games prior to being waived, recording 61 kick-return yards and four punt-return yards. Now a free agent, the 2019 second-round pick from Georgia could catch on with a team in need of a return man.

  • David Moore WR | CAR

    Panthers' David Moore: Won't return Sunday

    Moore (elbow) has been downgraded and ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Seahawks, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.

    Despite practicing in full throughout the week, Moore will remain on IR through the Week 17 matchup. In four appearances this season, the 30-year-old wideout has caught his only target for five yards and rushed once for 12 yards. Once Moore returns to full health, he's expected to play a depth role in the Panthers' receiving corps.

  • Robert Hunt OT | CAR

    Panthers' Robert Hunt: Remains on IR

    Hunt (biceps) has been downgraded and ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Seahawks, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.

    The 29-year-old from Louisiana was originally listed as questionable after logging a week of limited practice sessions, but he'll remain on IR through the Week 17 matchup. With Hunt out Sunday, expect Austin Corbett to remain Carolina's top right guard.
