  • Broncos' Courtland Sutton: Four yards on six targets in loss

Sutton caught just one of six targets for four yards in Sunday's 24-14 loss to the 49ers.

Sutton has been wholly unproductive to begin the season, producing just nine catches for 86 scoreless yards on 21 targets through four games. His 0.69 yards per route run is easily a low point for his career. Turning 31 years old this week, it's fair to wonder how much Sutton has left in the tank and if his best days are now behind him. He's not a usable fantasy player right now, playing in a low-scoring offense that likes to spread the ball around to multiple different players.

  • 49ers' Eddy Pineiro: Imperfect in victory

Pineiro went 1-for-2 on field-goal attempts and made all three of his PATs during Sunday's 24-14 win over Denver.

Pineiro made his first field-goal try of the day in the second quarter, converting a 24-yard chip shot. The kicker later had a 54-yard attempt blocked by the Broncos, tagging him with his second missed field-goal attempt of the year. Pineiro has now gone 4-for-6 on field-goal tries, including 2-for-4 from 50-plus yards, while also converting 14 of 16 extra-point attempts over four contests so far in 2026.

  • Jahmyr Gibbs RB | DET

Lions' Jahmyr Gibbs: Surprisingly stymied by Panthers

Gibbs rushed 15 times for 46 yards and a touchdown and brought in four of seven targets for 31 yards in the Lions' 32-26 loss to the Panthers on Sunday night.

Gibbs' season-low rushing yardage total was particularly surprising considering no team had allowed more rushing yards to running backs than Carolina coming into Week 4. Gibbs also wasn't able to make up for the lack of rushing production with his work as a pass catcher, but he at least added his fifth rushing touchdown of the season on a one-yard run late in the first half. Gibbs and the Lions will look to bounce back in a Week 5 road matchup against the Cardinals next Sunday.

  • Broncos' Patrick Surtain: Likely avoided serious injury

Surtain (ankle) is believed to have avoided a serious injury after exiting Sunday's game against the 49ers, Tom Pelissero of Netflix reports.

Surtain will undergo further testing to determine the extent of his injury, but his Achilles is intact, according to Pelissero. The star cornerback was injured on a non-contact play in the first half and headed to the locker room. With Riley Moss (ribs) also dinged up against San Francisco, Jahdae Barron, Kris Abrams-Draine and Ja'Quan McMillian closed out the game at cornerback for Denver.

  • Jets' Jason Sanders: Misses extra-point attempt in loss

Sanders made both of his field-goal tries and went 1-for-2 on PATs during Sunday's 23-12 loss to the Bears.

Sanders made field goals from 36 and 30 yards in the contest, notching his second game with multiple field-goal makes this season. The kicker did miss an extra-point try in the fourth quarter, and he has now gone 7-for-8 on field-goal attempts and 5-for-6 on PATs over four contest during the 2026 campaign.

  • Chiefs' Harrison Butker: Makes only FGA in win

Butker converted his only field-goal attempt and all three of his PATs during Sunday's 30-27 win over the Raiders.

Butker made a 28-yard field-goal try in the second quarter, but he was limited to just one field-goal make for the third time over four contests this season. The kicker has gone 7-for-9 on field-goal attempts, including 0-for-2 from 50-plus yards, to this point in the 2026 campaign.

  • Panthers' Jaelan Phillips: Questionable to return

Phillips (back) is questionable to return to Sunday night's contest against Detroit, Mike Kaye of ESPN.com reports.

Phillips is also being evaluated for a concussion, making it unlikely that he'll be able to return to the field before the game's conclusion. In his absence, Trevis Gipson and Princely Umanmielen are both candidates to see an increase in workload at outside linebacker.

  • Dolphins' Jackson Woodard: Dealing with ankle injury

Woodard suffered an ankle injury during Sunday's 15-10 loss to the Vikings.

Woodard recorded one solo tackle before his departure from the contest. It's unclear how bad the ankle injury is, and his status at the team's first practice of the week Wednesday will shed a better light on his status for Week 5 against Cincinnati.

  • Rams' Harrison Mevis: Imperfect in Week 4

Mevis went 1-for-2 on field-goal tries and made all three of his PATs in Sunday's 24-20 win over Philadelphia.

Mevis converted his first field-goal attempt of the day, making a 40-yard try late in the first quarter. The kicker did miss his next field-goal try though, pushing a 48-yard attempt wide left in the third quarter. Mevis has now gone 5-for-7 on field-goal attempts while making all 10 of his PATs over the first four games of the regular season.

  • Blake Corum RB | LAR

Rams' Blake Corum: Non-factor again in Week 4 win

Corum rushed five times for just 14 yards in Sunday's 24-20 win over the Eagles. He added one catch for seven yards on two targets.

Kyren Williams has greatly outplayed Corum through the first four weeks of the season, and that continued against Philly, as Williams turned 16 carries into 80 yards and two touchdowns. He also caught 10 passes for 67 yards on 13 targets in the passing game. Williams ended up out-snapping Corum 70 to 13, leaving the latter as nothing more than a fantasy bench stash.
