Michael Pittman WR | PIT
Steelers' Michael Pittman: Still dealing with foot issue
Pittman (foot) was seen using a scooter with his foot propped up in the Steelers' locker room Wednesday, Nick Farabaugh of PennLive.com reports.
With Pittman having already missed time recently due to a foot injury, it doesn't like he's past the issue despite playing in last Thursday night's loss to the Browns. The veteran receiver has been a non-factor in his short time with the Steelers, catching seven passes for 89 yards and no touchdowns on 12 targets across three games. Pittsburgh hosts Pittman's former Colts teammates on Sunday.

Cam Jurgens G | BAL
Ravens' Cam Jurgens: Dealt to Baltimore
The Ravens acquired Jurgens (concussion) and a 2027 seventh-round pick from the Eagles on Wednesday in exchange for a 2027 fifth-round pick and a 2028 second-round pick, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Though Jurgens may not be ready to play Week 5 in Atlanta after landing in the NFL's concussion protocol Monday coming out of his final game with Philadelphia over the weekend, he fills a critical need at center for the Ravens. Baltimore has already lost its top three options on the depth chart at center, with Danny Pinter (knee) out for the season and with Jovaughn Gwyn (ankle) and Ethan Pocic (knee) recently joining him on injured reserve. Rookie first-round pick Olaivavega Ioane started at center for the Ravens in this past Sunday's win over the Titans, but he'll shift back over to his more natural spot at right guard once Jurgens clears the protocol.

Saquon Barkley RB | PHI
Eagles' Saquon Barkley: Absent from practice Wednesday
Barkley (hamstring) wasn't spotted at Wednesday's practice, Brooks Kubena of The Athletic reports.
With Barkley already considered week-to-week coming out of Sunday's loss to the Rams, his absence from Wednesday's session is no surprise. Barkley should be considered closer to doubtful for Sunday's game against the Jaguars in London. Will Shipley and Dameon Pierce are currently in line to handle backfield duties after Tank Bigsby (abdomen) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday.

DeVonta Smith WR | PHI
Eagles' DeVonta Smith: Not practicing Wednesday
Smith (hamstring) isn't taking part in Wednesday's practice, Brooks Kubena of The Athletic reports.
Smith hasn't practiced since a Week 3 loss at Chicago in which he played all 50 offensive snaps on an existing hamstring issue, which is leaving him as, "at very best, questionable" for this coming Sunday's game in Jacksonville, per Mike Garafolo of NFL Network. Smith likely will need to mix into drills Thursday and/or Friday in order to give himself a chance to be available in Week 5. Currently, Dontayvion Wicks, Makai Lemon, Darius Cooper, Elijah Moore and Britain Covey are the healthy wide receivers on the Eagles' active roster.

Dallas Goedert TE | PHI
Eagles' Dallas Goedert: Back at practice Wednesday
Goedert (knee) is practicing Wednesday, Dave Zangaro of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.
With Goedert returning to the field after recently being ruled out for Sunday's game against the Rams, this marks his first visible step forward in his recovery from a sprained MCL in his right knee. His participation Wednesday puts the Eagles tight end back on the radar for Week 5, though his practice level and any game designation later in the week will still determine his availability.

Upton Stout CB | SF
49ers' Upton Stout: Viewed as day-to-day
San Francisco head coach Kyle Shanahan said Monday that Stout is day-to-day with an AC joint sprain in his shoulder, David Lombardi of SFStandard.com reports.
Stout missed time during the fourth quarter of Sunday's 24-14 win over the Broncos due to the shoulder issue, but he was able to check back into the game after receiving treatment. Though his practice participation could be affected by the injury in Week 5, the expectation is that he'll be ready to play this coming Sunday in Seattle.

Justin Jefferson WR | MIN
Vikings' Justin Jefferson: To be limited Wednesday
Coach Kevin O'Connell said Jefferson (ankle) "is doing well" and will be a limited practice participant Wednesday.
This will mark Jefferson's first on-field work since he suffered a sprained left ankle in the second quarter of a Week 3 win at Tampa Bay. Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reported Saturday morning that the Vikings are hopeful that Jefferson will return to action in Week 5, and his ability to practice in any capacity Wednesday is a step in that direction.

Kyle Juszczyk FB | SF
49ers' Kyle Juszczyk: Multi-week absence confirmed
San Francisco head coach Kyle Shanahan said Monday that Juszczyk will miss multiple weeks after hyperextending and sustaining a bone bruise to his right knee in Sunday's 24-14 win over the Broncos, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
The veteran fullback can be safely ruled out for Sunday's game in Seattle, and while he appears likely to avoid a stint on injured reserve, he could be at risk of missing additional games beyond Week 5. Through the 49ers' first four games, Juszczyk has recorded four receptions for 55 yards and a touchdown on six targets while also filling a key blocking role.

Jordan Addison WR | MIN
Vikings' Jordan Addison: Nursing hamstring soreness
Addison (hamstring) won't practice Wednesday, Alec Lewis of The Athletic reports.
Head coach Kevin O'Connell said Addison has some hamstring soreness after he played 75 of 78 offensive snaps against the Dolphins last Sunday. With Justin Jefferson (ankle) missing that game versus Miami, Addison turned six targets into a 4-52-0 receiving line, as he took a back seat to T.J. Hockenson, who hauled in all 13 of his targets for 119 yards. The Vikings made a couple wideout additions to the practice squad Wednesday.

Tyler Huntley QB | BAL
Ravens' Tyler Huntley: Appears primed for Week 5 start
Huntley took the reps with the first-team offense Wednesday and could be trending toward the start Sunday against the Falcons with Lamar Jackson (ankle) appearing unlikely to play, Clifton Brown of the Ravens' official site reports.
After Jackson sustained a left ankle sprain late in the second quarter of this past Sunday's 24-18 win over the Titans, Huntley directed the offense for the entire second half, finishing with eight completions on nine attempts for 63 yards while adding 16 yards on four carries. While the Ravens haven't officially ruled Jackson out from playing against the Falcons, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network relayed Tuesday that the two-time MVP has "only an outside chance" of suiting up this weekend. Jackson's absence from practice Wednesday is another strong sign that Huntley will be called upon to make the Week 5 start.
