Julian Neal CB | SEA
Seahawks' Julian Neal: Added to injury report
Neal (hamstring) was a limited participant at Seattle's practice Thursday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Neal was added to the injury report with a hamstring injury Thursday after opening the week as a full participant Wednesday. The cornerback's status for Sunday's matchup with the 49ers is now a little murky, and he'll have one more chance to practice before Week 5.

T.J. Sanders DT | BUF
Bills' T.J. Sanders: Appears set for season debut
Sanders (appendix) practiced in full Thursday.
Sanders missed Week 1 due to a knee injury and then had an appendectomy. He logged two limited practices last week but didn't play versus New England on Sunday. However, with a full practice under his belt to begin Week 5 prep, Sanders is a good bet to suit up Monday night against the Rams.

Quinyon Mitchell CB | PHI
Eagles' Quinyon Mitchell: Full participation in Thursday's practice
Mitchell (knee) was a full participant in Thursday's practice.
Mitchell suffered a knee injury during the Week 4 loss to the Rams. He was scheduled to undergo imaging Monday. However, Mitchell's availability at practice Thursday suggests things went well, meaning he will likely be on the field in Week 5 versus the Jaguars, barring a setback.

Quentin Lake SAF | LAR
Rams' Quentin Lake: Nursing hip issue
Lake (hip) did not participate at practice Thursday, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.
Lake was on the field for all 61 of the Rams' defensive snaps in Week 4, so it's not clear when he picked up the injury. He'll likely have to get back on the practice field Friday or Saturday to put himself on pace to play Monday versus the Bills.
-
Christian Benford CB | BUF
Bills' Christian Benford: Returns to practice Thursday
Benford (toe) practiced in a limited capacity Thursday.
Benford suffered a toe injury against the Chargers in Week 3 and didn't practice at all last week. After missing Sunday's matchup against the Patriots, the veteran cornerback was able to return to practice, albeit in a limited capacity, Thursday. The Bills play Monday against the Rams, so Benford will have two more days to try to ramp up to full practice participation and avoid an injury designation ahead of that contest.
-
Leonard Williams DT | SEA
Seahawks' Leonard Williams: Unavailable for practice
Williams (ankle) did not participate at the Seahawks' practice Thursday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
Williams was limited to open the week at Wednesday's practice, but he was unable to participant one day later. He is dealing with an ankle injury, but head coach Mike Macdonald said Monday that he expects Williams to play Sunday versus the 49ers. The defensive lineman will have one more chance to practice Friday and erase any concern about his availability for Week 5.

Jihaad Campbell LB | PHI
Eagles' Jihaad Campbell: Limited at practice Thursday
Campbell (knee) was limited during Thursday's practice.
Campbell didn't practice Wednesday, but he was out there in a limited capacity Thursday, which is an encouraging sign regarding his potential to play against Jacksonville in Week 5. The 22-year-old has had a fantastic 2026 campaign thus far, amassing 37 total tackles (24 solo), 1.0 sacks and one forced fumble (four games).
-
Konata Mumpfield WR | LAR
Rams' Konata Mumpfield: Practices fully Thursday
Mumpfield (shoulder) was a full participant in Thursday's practice, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.
Mumpfield suffered a bruised shoulder in last Sunday's win over the Eagles but is fine ahead of Monday night's matchup with the Bills. With Puka Nacua back healthy alongside Davante Adams, Mumpfield has very minimal fantasy appeal.

Pierre Strong Jr. RB | GB
Packers' Pierre Strong: Joining Green Bay's active roster
The Packers signed Strong (hamstring) to their active roster from their practice squad Thursday.
Strong was tending to a hamstring injury early in the season, but now he's presumably back in game shape. Green Bay is dead last in rushing offense by a wide margin through the first four weeks of the season, so there's no great reason for the team not to give Strong a couple opportunities to tote the rock once he has acclimated himself. Over 14 games with the Browns in 2024, he carried the ball 26 times for 108 yards, and he caught 14 of 22 targets for 104 yards.

Julian Blackmon SAF | NO
Saints' Julian Blackmon: Dealing with shoulder injury
Blackmon (shoulder) was a limited practice participant Thursday.
Blackmon has played every defensive snap for New Orleans so far this season, but he appears to have hurt his shoulder in Monday's loss to Atlanta. With a pair of limited practices under his belt to begin Week 5 prep, Blackmon has a chance to suit up Sunday versus Minnesota, though he may enter the weekend with an injury designation if he's not able to practice in full Friday.
