Holani (ribs/knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the 49ers, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.

A rib injury limited Holani's practice participation all week, and he's now working through a knee issue that popped up on Friday's injury report. Emanuel Wilson has stepped into the RB1 role in the absence of Jadarian Price (chest, IR), and if Holani is not cleared to play, then Velus Jones and Robert Henry would be in line for larger rotational roles out of the backfield behind Wilson.

Harris' workload should be larger against the Broncos on Sunday, as Quentin Johnston (chest) has been ruled out and Ladd McConkey (foot, questionable) may not play, Alex Insdorf of BoltBeat.com reports.

Rookie fourth-rounder Brenen Thompson (quadriceps) has also been ruled out alongside Johnston. McConkey faces an uphill battle to play Sunday after sitting out of practice all week, and he may operate under a snap count if he's given the green light to suit up. That puts Harris -- who has seen five targets or more in three of four games this season -- in position to work in an elevated role against a Broncos defense that will be without both starting outside cornerbacks Riley Moss (ribs) and Patrick Surtain (ankle).

Bryant (ankle) was placed on the Broncos' injured reserve Friday.

Because of his placement on IR due to an ankle injury, Bryant will be required to miss at least the next four games. The earliest he can return is Week 9 against the Panthers, but with the Broncos on bye for Week 10, the second-year wide receiver could be held out until Week 11 against the Raiders in late November. Troy Franklin figures to step into the WR3 role behind Courtland Sutton and Jaylen Waddle for as long as Bryant is sidelined.

Taylor (thumb) does not carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Browns, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.

Taylor strung together a trio of full practices, and the second-year rookie has been cleared to return Sunday from a two-game absence due to a thumb injury. He saw just three targets through the first two games of the regular season, whereas rookie TE Kenyon Sadiq has turned 18 targets from QB Geno Smith into a 12-143-1 receiving line across four games. That said, both of the Jets tight ends could find success against a Browns defense that ranks in the bottom-10 in the league in fantasy points allowed to tight ends.

Mariota (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Giants.

Mariota was held out of practice all week while recovering from a right knee injury that he aggravated against the Colts in Week 4. The good news for the Commanders is that Jayden Daniels (left elbow) has been cleared to return for Week 5, and with Mariota sidelined, rookie seventh-rounder Athan Kaliakmanis will operate as the backup QB behind Daniels. The next opportunity for Mariota to return is Week 6 against the 49ers on Monday, Oct. 19.

White (shoulder) does not carry an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Giants.

A shoulder injury prevented White from playing against the Colts in Week 4, but the fifth-year running back has been cleared to return for Week 5 after logging three consecutive limited practices. Jacory Croskey-Merritt (groin) has also been cleared to play Sunday, so White and Austin Ekeler both figure to operate in rotational roles out of the backfield.

Okonkwo (hamstring) does not carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Giants.

Okonkwo logged a full practice Friday, which was enough for the fifth-year tight end to avoid an injury tag for Sunday's NFC East showdown. Veteran wide receiver Stefon Diggs (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 5 while Terry McLaurin (hamstring) is listed as questionable, so Okonkwo's scoring floor could be further heightened if McLaurin is unable to suit up, especially with Jayden Daniels (left elbow) back under center.

Young (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Dolphins, Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic reports.

A knee injury prevented the rookie fourth-rounder from playing against the Jaguars in Week 4, a game that saw both star wideouts Ja'Marr Chase (concussion) and Tee HIggins (groin) sustain injuries. Chase and Higgins were both full participants in Friday's practice and are also listed as questionable, so if Young is cleared to play against Miami, then he would be in line for a larger workload if one or both of Chase and Higgins cannot suit up.

Bell (knee) does not have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Bengals, Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic reports.

Bell has played through a knee issue over the Dolphins' last couple of games, and the rookie third-rounder will do so again Sunday after logging a full practice session Friday. He was unable to haul in any of his three targets during Miami's Week 4 loss to Minnesota, but he could see more targets from Malik Willis on Sunday due to the absence of fellow rookie Caleb Douglas (ankle).

Dell (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Titans.

Dell's 21-day practice window to return from injured reserve opened Wednesday, and the fourth-year wideout logged back-to-back limited practices before not participating in Friday's session. He's in the final stages of his recovery from a severe left knee injury that he sustained in late December of 2024, and while he won't return for Week 5, his next chance to do so is Week 6 against the Jaguars on Sunday, Oct. 18.
