The Cardinals placed Yeboah (undisclosed) on the practice squad injured list Tuesday.

Yeboah reverted to Arizona's practice squad Monday after logging no offensive snaps and just 20 snaps on special teams. The 28-year-old is unavailable for at least the next four games after being placed on the practice squad IR. Trey McBride and Elijah Higgins still lead the way at tight end.

The Cardinals elevated Wallace to the active roster Tuesday.

Wallace signed to Arizona's practice squad in August and has yet to play in a regular-season game. Week 9 will be the undrafted free agent's NFL debut should he be active for Sunday's matchup against Seattle. He will likely act as a depth piece should he play.

The Giants signed Newsome (concussion) to a three-year $46 million extension with $32 million guaranteed, NFL reporter Jordan Schultz.

Newsome signed with the Giants this past offseason on a one-year deal, but after just seven games, the 26-year-old played well enough to earn an extension. He has 25 tackles (17 solo), along with six pass deflections and one interception, through six games of the 2026 season.

The Bills released Gardner-Johnson on Tuesday, NFL reporter Jordan Schultz reports.

Gardner-Johnson missed the Bills' Week 8 36-10 win over the Ravens due to a one-game suspension. Having just been reinstated Monday, the 28-year-old's inconsistent play with the team was the leading cause of his release, per Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network. The seventh-year pro will look elsewhere for another shot at playing this season.

Lions head coach Dan Campbell said Tuesday that Joseph (knee) will not play in Week 9 against the Dolphins, but is expected to see scout-team reps, Nolan Bianchi of The Detroit News reports.

Joseph returned to practice in Week 8 in limited fashion, after beginning the season on the reserve/PUP list with a knee injury suffered during the 2025 season. The 25-year-old appears to be on track in his practice progression as he began reps with the scout team Tuesday. His next opportunity to play will be in Week 10 against New England on Sunday, Nov. 15.

Meyers (hamstring/ankle) was listed as a limited participant in Tuesday's practice.

Though he's managing a pair of lower-body concerns coming out of Sunday's win over the Colts, Meyers' ability to practice in any fashion Tuesday bodes well for his chances of playing Thursday against the Ravens. However, Meyers may need to upgrade to full practice participation Wednesday to avoid taking an injury designation into the Week 9 contest.

Rodriguez (hand) was listed as a limited participant in Tuesday's practice.

Though he's been deemed a limited participant on both of the Jaguars' first two Week 9 practice reports, Rodriguez still looks to be in a better spot on the health front than Bhayshul Tuten (ankle/foot), who has yet to log any practice activity. If Tuten winds up being sidelined for Thursday's game in Baltimore, Rodriguez would be the favorite to lead the Jacksonville ground attack, provided he's not inhibited by his own hand injury.

The Jaguars listed Tuten (ankle/foot) as a non-participant in Tuesday's practice.

For the second day in a row, Tuten went down as a non-participant on Jacksonville's Week 9 injury report while he nurses a pair of lower-body injuries coming out of this past Sunday's win over the Colts. If Tuten can get back on the field in some capacity Wednesday, it would put him in a good spot to play Thursday against the Ravens. However, if Tuten fails to practice and is ultimately ruled out for Thursday, Chris Rodriguez (hand) -- who has been a limited practice participant so far this week -- would be the top candidate to lead Jacksonville's ground attack in Baltimore.

The Ravens placed Loop (groin) on injured reserve Tuesday.

Loop emerged from Sunday's blowout loss to the Bills with a right groin injury, which will keep him out for at least the next four games. Baltimore plans to elevate or sign Jake Moody off its practice squad to take over as its kicker beginning with Thursday's game against Jacksonville. Through Baltimore's first eight contests, Loop went a perfect 18-for-18 on point-after attempts but missed four of his 17 field-goal tries.

The Saints released Carlson on Tuesday, Luke Johnson of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.

After winning the Saints' kicking job coming out of the preseason, Carlson proceeded to miss six kicks -- four field goals, two extra points -- through the team's first seven games. Coming out of a Week 8 bye, the Saints have opted to move on from Carlson. New Orleans doesn't currently have another kicker on its 53-man roster, but Charlie Smyth could be elevated or signed off the practice squad to handle kicking duties for the team's next game Sunday versus the Browns.
