Williams hauled in all three of his targets for 31 yards and added a two-yard punt return during the Commanders' 27-27 tie with the Giants on Sunday.

Williams didn't see a target from Jayden Daniels until early in the third quarter, when the duo connected on a 17-yard pass on the first of a five-play drive that ended with a 38-yard rushing touchdown by Daniels. Williams finished third on the Commanders in both receptions and receiving yards behind Terry McLaurin and Chig Okonkwo, and the rookie wideout has a 15-155-1 receiving line on 22 targets through five regular-season games. The Commanders have a tough Week 6 road tilt against the undefeated 49ers on Monday Night Football.

New Orleans cut Palmer from its practice squad Tuesday.

Palmer has been on the Saints' practice squad since early September, but he's now in line to become a free agent again. His last regular-season stint came with the Buccaneers in 2024, when he caught 12 of 22 targets for 172 yards and a touchdown over 15 games while also contributing as a returner.

Johnson caught all four of his targets for 72 yards during the Bills' 37-34 overtime win over the Rams on Monday.

Johnson played only 14 of the Bills' 64 offensive snaps (21.9 percent) and didn't log a single carry. However, the veteran running back made his snaps count as a receiver, rumbling for 40 yards on his first catch midway through the second quarter that led to a 17-yard touchdown run by James Cook on the very next play. Johnson added three more catches in the second half -- including a 26-yard grab -- and finished second on the Bills in receiving yards behind Khalil Shakir (80). Johnson will continue to operate as the Bills' change-of-pace back heading into Week 7 against the Raiders.

New Orleans cut Bentley from its practice squad Tuesday.

Less than two weeks after signing Bentley to their practice squad, the Saints are now letting him go. His last regular-season action came last year with the Colts, when he took one carry for no gain in their regular-season opener.

The Saints waived Rechsteiner (suspension) on Tuesday.

Rechsteiner was five games into a six-game suspension, but he's now on his way out of New Orleans. Provided he's not claimed by another team during the current waiver period, he's now on track to become a free agent.

The Seahawks listed Lock (forearm) as a limited practice participant on Tuesday's estimated report, Curtis Crabtree of Fox 13 Seattle reports.

Lock is working through a right forearm injury, and Wednesday's practice report will provide clarity on his status for Thursday night's road game against the Broncos. Jalen Milroe would step up as Seattle's backup QB behind Sam Darnold if Lock is not cleared to play against Denver.

Charbonnet (knee) was estimated as a limited practice participant Tuesday, Curtis Crabtree of Fox 13 Seattle reports.

Charbonnet has been listed as limited for each of the first two estimated practice reports of Week 6 prep. He's in the final stages of his recovery from a torn ACL that he sustained in January. However, seeing has he has yet to log a full practice since his 21-day evaluation window opened last week, Charbonnet should be considered a long shot to be reinstated from the Seahawks' reserve/PUP list before Thursday night's game against the Broncos. Week 7 against the Chiefs on Sunday, Oct. 25 figures to be a more appropriate return date for the fourth-year running back out of UCLA.

White caught two of four passes for 44 yards during Sunday's 45-17 loss to the Patriots.

With Jalen Nailor (concussion) inactive, White stepped into the WR2 role against New England. White's 37 offensive snaps were second-most among Raiders wide receivers behind Tre Tucker (45), and the former finished third on the team in receiving yards behind Brock Bowers (110) and Ashton Jeanty (50). White opened the regular season on the Raiders' practice squad, but with both Dont'e Thornton (ankle) and Jack Bech (forearm) on injured reserve, White was inked to the 53-man roster in late September after beating out both Dareke Young and rookie sixth-rounder Malik Benson for the WR3 role behind Tucker and Nailor. Week 7 against the Bills on Oct. 18 is a juicy matchup for White and the Raiders pass catchers, seeing as Buffalo's defense has given up the second-most passing yards this season.

Smith-Njigba (ankle) was listed as a limited participant on Tuesday's estimated practice report, Curtis Crabtree of Fox 13 Seattle reports.

The Seahawks did not practice Tuesday for a second straight day, and as was the case Monday, Smith-Njigba was estimated as a limited participant. He will have one more day to clear the injury report before Seattle officially reveals his status for Thursday's game against the Broncos.

Fant brought in his lone target for seven yards during the Saints' 23-13 loss to the Vikings on Sunday.

Fant played 30 of 45 offensive snaps Sunday in his return from a one-game absence due to an abdominal injury, which was one more than fellow tight end Juwan Johnson. Fant saw only one target from Tyler Shough, although the Saints' offense struggled as a whole against the Vikings' =defense under coordinator Brian Flores, with Shough averaging only 3.8 yards per pass attempt while tossing two interceptions. Fant has a 9-73-3 receiving line on 13 targets through four games heading into Week 7 against the Giants, whose defense has given up 33 catches to opposing tight ends this season, which is tied for fifth-most in the NFL.
