Burrow agreed to a restructured contract Tuesday, creating $10 million in cap space for the Bengals, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Burrow very likely converted a sizable chunk of his $25.25 million salary for 2026 into a bonus. The two-time Comeback Player of the Year has four years remaining on his current five-year, $275 million deal and is tied with a handful of other quarterbacks for second in AAV at $55 million a season, behind Dak Prescott's $60 million per year. Burrow has missed a combined 16 games to injuries over the past three seasons, but during a 2024 season in which he started all 17 regular-season contests, he led the NFL in passing yards (4,918) and passing touchdowns (43).

Skattebo (ankle) is participating in team drills at Tuesday's practice, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.

After doing individual work at Monday's minicamp practice, Skattebo graduated to 11-on-11 work Tuesday, suggesting he's at or near 100 percent health coming off ankle surgery. Already seen doing standing back flips this offseason, Skattebo seems ready to roll for the start of training camp next month. He's expected to have a leg up on Tyrone Tracy for the top job in the Giants' backfield under new coach John Harbaugh and OC Matt Nagy.

Fannin (undisclosed) hasn't practiced during OTAs or minicamp this spring, Zac Jackson of The Athletic reports.

Fannin dealt with a groin injury at the end of the 2025 season, but it's unclear if his continued absence this spring is related. He did take part in a voluntary workout back in April, but the tight end has been off to the side working with the training staff for the past several weeks. Fannin's current issue doesn't appear to be serious, but it's unclear if he'll be ready for the start of training camp next month. He's expected to be a focal point of the Browns' passing offense in 2026 after he posted 72 catches for 731 yards and six touchdowns on 107 targets across 16 regular-season appearances during his rookie campaign.

McKee has been working as the clear third quarterback behind Jalen Hurts and Andy Dalton during spring practices, Zach Berman of The Athletic reports.

McKee was excellent in his lone 2025 preseason appearance, completing 20 of 25 passes for 252 yards and two touchdowns while adding a third score on the ground. He looked like someone the Eagles could dangle in trade talks to a team looking to develop a potential starter at QB. However, McKee then disappointed in a Week 18 spot start against the Commanders, going 21-for-40 for 241 yards, one touchdown and one interception while absorbing three sacks in a 24-17 loss. The Eagles traded for Dalton in March, and it looks like McKee has been bumped down the depth chart as a result.

Falcons head coach Kevin Stefanski declined to announce Monday whether or not Penix (knee) will be ready to handle 11-on-11 reps during mandatory minicamp next week, Marc Raimondi of ESPN reports.

Stefanski said during OTAs in May that clearance for Penix to handle team reps would be "coming soon" and that the quarterback has impressed in 7-on-7 drills, but it remains to be seen whether the 2024 first-round pick will be on the field for full-team activities during minicamp. The 26-year-old had a scheduled day off Monday, and Stefanski said he is "hitting every milestone he's supposed to hit" in his rehab. Penix is recovering from mid-November surgery to repair a partially torn left ACL. Stefanski also noted that Atlanta's quarterback competition between Penix and Tua Tagovailoa will not truly begin until both players are available for full-team reps.

McMillan (foot) is participating in practice Tuesday, Joe Person of The Athletic reports.

Tuesday is the first day of mandatory minicamp for the Panthers, and McMillan is back in a helmet going through drills after he missed some time during OTAs with a foot issue. The reigning Offensive Rookie of the Year is coming off a 2025 season in which he caught 70 of 122 targets for 1,014 yards and seven touchdowns while playing in all 17 regular-season games. Headed into his second season, McMillan will be looking to build on those numbers with improved chemistry with Bryce Young.

Wentz was waived by the Seahawks on Monday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.

Wentz signed with the Seahawks in early May after going undrafted, but it now appears the team has decided to move in another direction. The 6-foot-2 wideout appeared in 10 games during his final collegiate season at Kansas, catching 16 of 33 targets for 258 yards and two touchdowns.

Rodriguez, who underwent a procedure on his left foot following an injury he sustained earlier in the Jaguars' offseason program, is expected to be ready for the start of training camp, Ryan O'Halloran of The Florida Times-Union reports.

Per the report, Rodriguez, who has not participated in any of the team's OTAs, will miss this week's mandatory minicamp, which runs June 9-11. However, the running back has been able to rehab his foot injury at the Jaguars' facility and isn't expected to have any restrictions on his workload at the start of training camp. Once healthy, Rodriguez, Bhayshul Tuten and LeQuint Allen are in line to compete for slotting in a Jacksonville backfield that bid adieu to Travis Etienne -- who recorded 260 carries in 17 regular-season games in 2025 -- this offseason via free agency.

Sneed (quadriceps) is slated to sign with the Chiefs, per NFL reporter Jordan Schultz.

Sneed was dealt from the Chiefs to the Titans in March 2024, but after two seasons in Tennessee, he'll now return to Kansas City. The 29-year-old struggled with injuries during his time with the Titans, appearing in just 12 of a possible 34 regular-season games. Most recently, Sneed missed Tennessee's final 10 contests in 2025 due to a quadriceps injury. However, his intention to sign with the Chiefs suggests he's moved past that issue. With Jaylen Watson and Trent McDuffie both joining the Rams this offseason, Sneed will likely step in and operate as one of Kansas City's top boundary corners during the 2026 season.

The Buccaneers signed Potter on Monday, Brianna Dix of the team's official site reports.

Potter initially signed with the Steelers after going undrafted in 2023, but he was later dropped and has never appeared in an NFL regular-season game. Across his final two seasons at Clemson, the 26-year-old converted all 97 of his point-after tries and 41 of 52 field-goal attempts.
