Jason Pinnock CB | NYG
Giants' Jason Pinnock: Re-signs with Big Blue
The Giants signed Pinnock to a contract Monday, Dan Salomone of the team's official site reports.
Pinnock started in seven of 17 regular-season games for the 49ers in 2025 and finished with 41 tackles (27 solo). He played for the Giants in three years prior, and while he served as an everyday starter in that period, Pinnock likely will operate more in a rotational role in 2026 behind Jevon Holland (knee) and Tyler Nubin (neck).

Jowon Briggs DE | NYJ
Jets' Jowon Briggs: Signs with Gang Green
The Jets signed Briggs to a contract Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
The Jets placed an exclusive rights tender on Briggs in early March, and the 2024 seventh-rounder will play on a league-minimum contract for the upcoming season. He saw his defensive snap count increase over the course of the 2025 regular season. Briggs played at least 65 percent of the Jets' defensive snaps in each of the final seven games of the regular season, and over that span he accumulated 25 tackles (11 solo), including 2.0 sacks. He'll likely work in a rotational role on the defensive line in 2026 behind T'Vondre Sweat and Harrison Phillips.

Sam Martin P | CAR
Panthers' Sam Martin: Re-signs with Carolina
Martin and the Panthers agreed to terms on a two-year contract Monday, Darin Gantt of the team's official site reports.
Martin appeared in all 17 regular-season games for the Panthers in 2025 and averaged 47.2 yards per punt. He landed 27 of his 56 punts inside the opponent's 20-yard line, which was ninth best in the NFL.

Jack Gibbens LB | ARI
Cardinals' Jack Gibbens: Joining Cardinals
Gibbens signed a two-year contract with the Cardinals on Monday, Darren Urban of the team's official site reports.
Arizona was in need of depth at off-ball linebacker after releasing Akeem Davis-Gaither, and Gibbens has been tabbed as his replacement. While Gibbens started eight of his 17 regular-season appearances for the Patriots last year, he may not be assured a regular role off the bat with Mack Wilson (ribs) and 2025 fourth-round pick Cody Simon also on the Cardinals roster. Gibbens tallied 81 tackles, including 1.0 sack, four pass defenses and one forced fumble in 2025.

Dan Feeney G | TB
Buccaneers' Dan Feeney: Inks contract with Tampa Bay
Feeney and the Buccaneers agreed to terms on a contract Monday.
Feeney signed with the Buccaneers in mid-September after failing to make the Bills' 53-man roster at the end of training camp. He ended up starting at right guard in 10 regular-season games for the Bucs last year. Feeney likely will serve in a depth role behind Cody Mauch (knee) and Ben Bredeson (knee) for the 2026 season.

Trevis Gipson DE | CAR
Panthers' Trevis Gipson: Back with Carolina
Gipson and the Panthers agreed to terms on a contract Monday, Mike Kaye of The Charlotte Observer reports.
Gipson signed with the Panthers in late October after being cut by the 49ers. He appeared in nine regular-season games for Carolina while playing on both defense and special teams, finishing with 12 tackles (five solo), including 1.0 sack. Gipson will have an opportunity to earn an expanded role on defense for the 2026 season, though he'll likely see most of his snaps on special teams.

George Holani RB | SEA
Seahawks' George Holani: Signs ERFA tender
Holani signed his exclusive rights free-agent tender with the Seahawks on Monday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
Holani spent time on injured reserve late last season due to a hamstring injury, but he did get some run in the NFC title game against the Rams and in the Super Bowl versus the Patriots. The Boise State product totaled 27 carries for 83 yards and one touchdown and six catches on seven targets for 49 yards in 13 appearances, including the playoffs. Now that he's locked in for 2026, Holani should be in the mix for touches with Emanuel Wilson as Zach Charbonnet completes his recovery from a torn ACL that he suffered in the divisional round, although the Seahawks may not be done adding pieces to their backfield.

Bryce Oliver WR | TEN
Titans' Bryce Oliver: Inks deal with Tennessee
Oliver signed with the Titans on Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
The terms of the contract have yet to be announced, but the Youngstown State product will return to the Titans for a third consecutive season. Oliver appeared in 10 regular-season games for the Titans in 2024 but missed most of the 2025 season due to knee injury that caused him to land on IR in September. He has logged seven catches (on 10 targets) for 103 yards across 13 regular-season games in his NFL career and faces an uphill battle to earn offensive snaps in 2026, especially after Tennessee restructured Calvin Ridley's (fibula) contract and signed Wan'Dale Robinson to a four-year deal.

Christian Kirk WR | SF
49ers' Christian Kirk: Joining forces with Niners
Kirk is slated to sign a one-year, $6 million contract with San Francisco, NFL reporter Jordan Schultz reports.
Kirk, who is heading into his age-30 season, will join a 49ers wide receiver corps that also houses free-agent signee Mike Evans, plus incumbents Ricky Pearsall and Demarcus Robinson, where he presumably pencils in for the No. 3 role. Across 13 regular-season appearances with the Texans in 2025, Kirk was limited to just a 28-239-1 line on 52 targets, but he flashed down the stretch, combining for 10 catches for 164 yards and two scores (15 targets) during the team's two postseason games. Although he faces crowded competition for targets, with RB Christian McCaffrey and TE George Kittle (Achilles) also present, Kirk could prove productive while paired with QB Brock Purdy in head coach Kyle Shanahan's offense, if a path to consistent opportunities materializes.

Segun Olubi LB | LV
Raiders' Segun Olubi: Inks with Raiders
Las Vegas signed Olubi to a contract Monday.
Olubi will bring his talents to the Raiders after having spent the last four seasons as a key special-teams asset in Indianapolis. Though he also saw action as a depth linebacker for the Colts in 2023, when he recorded a career-high 26 tackles (20 solo), across the last two years combined Olubi has only recorded 27 defensive snaps.
