  • Packers' Brandon McManus: DNP on Wednesday

McManus (right quadriceps) didn't practice Wednesday.

Instead, McManus was in sweats and sneakers, per Matt Schneidman of The Athletic, while fill-in placekicker Lucas Havrisik handled those duties to begin Week 7 prep. It's unclear if McManus is trending toward another absence Sunday at Arizona as he tends to the right quad injury that he sustained in last Wednesday's practice, but if he's inactive, Havrisik is decent insurance after connecting on both field-goal attempts and all three point-after tries during the Packers' Week 6 win against the Bengals.

  • Dalevon Campbell: Gets opportunity with Bolts

The Chargers signed Campbell (hamstring) to the practice squad Wednesday, Kris Rhim of ESPN.com reports.

Carolina waived Campbell from injured reserve Friday, but the 23-year-old wideout appears to be past his hamstring issue. He was originally signed by the Chargers as an undrafted free agent in April but was waived at the end of training camp in late August, which led to the Panthers claiming the South Carolina product off waivers.

  • Michael Wilson WR | ARI

Cardinals' Michael Wilson: Tending to foot issue

Wilson was limited at Wednesday's walkthrough due to a foot injury, Zach Gershman of the Cardinals' official site reports.

Wilson made a brief exit from this past Sunday's loss in Indianapolis due to a finger injury but was able to finish out the contest en route to four catches (on five targets) for 44 yards. The reason for his practice limitations Wednesday thus is a new health concern that will need to be watched as the week continues. Aside from Wilson, Arizona's receiving corps is banged-up at the moment, as Marvin Harrison (concussion) also was limited Wednesday, while Zay Jones (knee) didn't take part at all.

  • Khalil Mack OLB | LAC

Chargers' Khalil Mack: Practice window opened

The Chargers designated Mack (elbow) to return from injured reserve Wednesday, Eric Smith of the team's official site reports.

Mack suffered an elbow injury during the Chargers' Week 2 win against the Raiders, which was severe enough for him to be placed on injured reserve. The veteran edge rusher has missed the minimum four games required while on IR and he has progressed enough in his recovery to be cleared to return to practice. Mack's level of participation in practice in the coming week will determine whether he will be given the green light to play against the Colts on Sunday.

  • Packers' Dontayvion Wicks: Limited in practice

Wicks (ankle) was a limited practice participant Wednesday.

Wicks suffered an ankle injury during this past Sunday's win against the Bengals, but his ability to handle some reps to kick off Week 7 prep generally is a good sign that it isn't a long-term concern. Having said that, he likely will need to practice fully by Friday in order to avoid heading into the weekend without a designation for Sunday's road matchup with the Cardinals.

  • DeShon Elliott SAF | PIT

Steelers' DeShon Elliott: Questionable for TNF

Elliott (persona) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Bengals, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.

Elliott did not travel with the team to Cincinnati on Wednesday because he was attending to a personal matter, but he has not been ruled out for Thursday's AFC North tilt. Chuck Clark and Juan Thornhill would be the top candidates to start at safety if Elliott is not cleared to play.

  • Packers' Christian Watson: Another limited session

Watson (knee) practiced in a limited capacity Wednesday.

Watson now has strung together four consecutive capped sessions going back to last week since the Packers designated him to return from the reserve/PUP list. He wasn't cleared to suit up this past Sunday against the Bengals, and his status remains up in the air in advance of a Week 7 visit to Arizona. Considering he hasn't logged a full practice yet, Watson may need to do so in order to have a chance to play on gameday.

  • T'Vondre Sweat DT | TEN

Titans' T'Vondre Sweat: Cleared to return to practice

The Titans designated Sweat (ankle) to return from injured reserve Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.

Sweat suffered an ankle injury during the Titans' Week 1 loss to the Broncos, which was severe enough for him to be placed on injured reserve prior to Tennessee's Week 3 clash against Indianapolis. The 2024 second-rounder has missed the four games required while on IR, and he is eligible to make his return against the Patriots on Sunday. Sweat was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, and he'll likely need to log a full practice over the next two days in order to have a realistic chance at playing against New England.

  • Zonovan Knight RB | ARI

Cardinals' Bam Knight: Tending to knee issue

Knight was a limited participant at Wednesday's walkthrough due to a knee injury, Zach Gershman of the Cardinals' official site reports.

While Michael Carter started this past Sunday's loss at Indianapolis, Knight actually logged more offensive snaps (37-32) and touches (12-11), with the former gaining more yards from scrimmage (64-54) and the latter getting into the end zone once. With a health concern now in tow, though, Knight's status will be watched as the week goes on to see if the scales may tip toward Carter as Arizona continues with a backfield committee in the absences of James Conner (foot, IR) and Trey Benson (knee, IR).

  • Darnell Mooney WR | ATL

Falcons' Darnell Mooney: Listed as limited

Mooney (hamstring) is listed as a limited participant on Wednesday's estimated practice report, Marc Raimondi of ESPN.com reports.

The Falcons didn't practice Wednesday, but the listing suggests Mooney will participate later this week. He hasn't practiced since injuring his hamstring during a Week 4 win over Washington.
