    The 32-year-old has spent each of the last two seasons in Baltimore, appearing in just six regular-season games while splitting time between the practice squad and active roster. Now with the Giants, Tupou will likely compete for a reserve role along the defensive line as the offseason progresses.

    Max Tomczak: Dropped by Buffalo

    Tomczak was waived by the Bills on Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

    Tomczak signed with the Bills after going undrafted in late April, but the team has now decided to move in another direction. Across his four seasons at Youngstown State, the 21-year-old wideout racked up a whopping 225 receptions for 3,024 yards and 15 touchdowns.

  • Bills' Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles: Links up with Buffalo

    Flannigan-Fowles signed a one-year deal with the Bills on Wednesday.

    After spending his 2025 campaign with the Giants, Flannigan-Fowles has found a new home in Buffalo. The 29-year-old appeared in 10 games last season, recording 33 total tackles, including 1.0 sacks, and one pass defensed while playing 330 total snaps (224 on defense, 106 on special teams). Now with the Bills, Flannigan-Fowles is expected to compete for a reserve inside linebacker role ahead of the 2026 season.

  • Cowboys' Parris Campbell: Hangs up cleats

    The Cowboys placed Campbell on the reserve/retired list Wednesday.

    Campbell, who signed a reserve/future contract with Dallas in early January, has now decided to call it a career. The 2019 second-round pick from Ohio State spent time with the Colts, Giants, Eagles and Cowboys throughout his seven-year NFL career, tallying 1,117 receiving yards and six touchdowns across 50 regular-season games.

    Chargers' Rashawn Slater: Likely returning for training camp

    Head coach Jim Harbaugh told reporters Wednesday that Slater (kneecap) is expected to return for the start of training camp, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.

    The 2021 first-round pick from Northwestern was sidelined for all of last season after sustaining a knee injury in early August. While Slater has yet to return to action, it's an encouraging sign that he's expected to be back for the beginning of training camp in late July. Once fully healthy, Slater is expected to return as the Chargers' top left tackle.

    Packers' Sean Rhyan: Past knee injury

    Rhyan (knee) participated in Green Bay's OTAs on Wednesday, Ryan Wood of USA Today reports.

    Rhyan dealt with a knee injury during the second half of the Packers' 2025 season, but it appears he's returned to full health. The 25-year-old from UCLA inked a three-year, $33 million extension with the Packers in early March and is expected to remain the team's starting center next season.

    Packers' Zach Tom: Likely back for training camp

    Tom (knee) is making progress but likely won't return until training camp, Weston Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.

    Tom underwent surgery to repair a partially torn patellar tendon this offseason, but it appears he could return for training camp in late July. Once the Wake Forest product is back at full health, he's expected to remain one of the NFL's top right tackles.

    Seahawks' Tyrice Knight: Spotted at OTAs

    Knight (concussion) was spotted participating in Seattle's OTAs on Tuesday, Lindsey Wasson of HJNews.com reports.

    Knight sustained a concussion during the Seahawks' Super Bowl LX win over the Patriots, but he's now cleared protocol and returned to the field. Across 16 regular-season appearances in 2025, the UTEP product tallied 57 total tackles, including 2.0 sacks, and two forced fumbles. He'll likely operate as Seattle's top reserve inside linebacker during the 2026 season.

    Seahawks' Amari Kight: Returns from injury

    Kight (knee) participated in the Seahawks' OTAs on Tuesday, Lindsey Wasson of Journal-News.com reports.

    Kight finished Seattle's 2025 campaign on injured reserve with a knee issue, but his participation in Tuesday's practice indicates he has now fully recovered. The second-year pro from UCF will likely compete for one of the Seahawks' top reserve tackle spots as the offseason progresses.

  • Seahawks' Bryce Cabeldue: Back for OTAs

    Cabeldue (knee) was spotted participating in Seattle's OTAs on Tuesday, Lindsey Wasson of Journal-News.com reports.

    Cabeldue was unavailable for the Seahawks' final six games (including playoffs) last season after sustaining a knee injury. However, his participation in Tuesday's OTAs suggests he's now moved past the issue. Cabeldue is expected to play a depth role on Seattle's offensive line heading into the 2026 season.
