Darrisaw tried to play through his knee injury in early December but was unable to suit up in Week 15 against Dallas. Head coach Kevin O'Connell didn't commit to a timeline for Darrisaw to return, though his status for Week 16 against the Giants looks to be in doubt.

The Buccaneers activated Wisdom (quadriceps) from injured reserve Wednesday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Wisdom was placed on injured reserve in late September due to a quadriceps injury. He has fully recovered from the injury and was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, per Brianna Dix of the Buccaneers' official site. That puts Wisdom on track to play Sunday against the Panthers, when he'll likely serve as a contributor on special teams.

Ruiz (ankle) did not practice Wednesday.
Ruiz suffered an ankle injury in Sunday's win over the Panthers and the issue is continuing to plague him. His status for a Week 16 matchup against the Jets looks to be in doubt, though he'll still have two days to increase his practice reps.

Mickens (shoulder) did not participate in Wednesday's practice.
Mickens injured his shoulder during the Chargers' Week 15 win over the Chiefs. Per Kris Rhim of ESPN.com, Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh told reporters Wednesday that Mickens "could miss time" due to his injury. If both Mickens and Elijah Molden (hamstring) are unable to play Sunday against the Cowboys, then Tony Jefferson would be slated for another start at safety alongside Derwin James.

Guyton (ankle) did not practice Wednesday, Clarence Hill Jr. of AllDLLS.com reports.
Guyton suffered the ankle injury in Week 12 and has missed Dallas' last three games. He has yet to practice since, leaving his status in doubt once again for a Week 16 matchup against the Chargers.

Meredith missed Las Vegas' Week 15 matchup against the Eagles with foot/ankle injury, though it appears his absence will be limited to one contest. He should start at right guard against the Texans on Sunday.

Mahogany (fibula) was a estimated to be a full participant at Wednesday's walkthrough.
Mahogany made his return to practice last week after missing a month of action with a fractured left fibula, but he was ultimately unable to be activated from injured reserve ahead of the team's loss to the Rams. The offensive lineman will now look to build off of Wednesday's session in an attempt to play Sunday against the Steelers.

Brown has missed the Cardinals' last two games while attending to a personal matter. Jon Gaines will likely start at left guard against the Falcons on Sunday if Brown does not play.

Seahawks' Charles Cross: Ruled out for Week 16
Cross (hamstring) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Rams, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Cross suffered a hamstring injury late in the fourth quarter of Seattle's win over the Colts. He wasn't able to practice at all during the week, leading to him being ruled out. Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports that Cross will be sidelined between two and four weeks.

Broncos' Justin Strnad: Doesn't practice Wednesday
Strnad (foot) did not practice Wednesday, Aric DiLalla of the Broncos' official site reports.
Strnad was removed from the Broncos' Week 15 win over the Packers aftering injuring his right ankle and did not return. He's opened Week 16 prep with a DNP due to a listed foot issue, and he'll have two more opportunities to practice and have a chance at playing Sunday against the Jaguars. Strnad has seen his playing time on defense decrease since mid-October after Dre Greenlaw was activated from injured reserve, so the former has worked mostly in a rotational role on defense and as a contributor on special teams.
