Spears (ankle), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Baltimore, is slated to play, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Spears was able to play through his ankle injury last Sunday at the Giants, and while he earned a 47 percent snap share, he mustered just three carries for five yards and wasn't targeted in the passing game. Fellow RB Tony Pollard handled the other 53 percent and turned his 21 touches into 96 yards from scrimmage. Considering Spears progressed from DNP on Wednesday to limited Thursday and full Friday, he appears set to serve in a similar role alongside Pollard on Sunday, assuming the former is active.

Coker (quadriceps) is unlikely to suit up for Sunday night's game against the Lions, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Coker previously played through an ankle issue in Weeks 2 and 3 before a strained quadriceps caused an early exit from last Sunday's loss at Cleveland. He then followed a DNP on Wednesday with back-to-back limited sessions to cap Week 4 prep, leaving him questionable heading into the weekend. If Coker is listed among the Panthers' inactives Sunday night, the likes of Brycen Tremayne, John Metchie, David Moore and Ja'seem Reed will be the wide receivers available behind clear No. 1 Tetairoa McMillan.

Evans (ribs) has said "he'll do his best to be out there" Sunday against the Broncos, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Evans exited in the second quarter of last Sunday's win versus the Cardinals after taking a big hit from Arizona safety Budda Baker and wasn't able to return. Evans then managed just one limited practice Friday before being listed as questionable for Week 4 action. Head coach Kyle Shanahan told Vic Tafur of The Athletic at the end of the week that Evans was lining up to be a game-time decision, and a pregame workout ultimately may determine his availability ahead of a 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff.

McConkey (foot), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Seattle, is likely to suit up, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

McConkey was limited at Wednesday's session due to a foot injury and then didn't practice at Thursday, after which he was seen exhibiting a limp, per Kris Rhim of ESPN.com. McConkey again was limited Friday before drawing a questionable tag for Week 4 action. The current health concern isn't considered as serious as the rib issue he dealt with earlier this season, per Rapoport, so he should be good for his usual No. 1 WR role in the Chargers offense Sunday, assuming he's active.

Flowers (hamstring) is expected to play in Sunday's game against the Titans, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Flowers carried a questionable tag into the weekend due to a lingering hamstring issue, but he's slated to suit up in Week 4 for a second straight week. Last Sunday against the Cowboys in Brazil, he handled a 33 percent snap share and hauled in five of six targets) for 84 yards, but per Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com, Flowers isn't expected to be on a "pitch count" this Sunday, so he appears set for a full workload.

Canada (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's matchup against Buffalo.

Canada first appeared on the injury report as a limited practice participant Thursday and was limited again Friday. After initially being deemed questionable for Sunday, he was downgraded to out Saturday. The rookie played in each of New England's first three games of the season, logging five defensive snaps and 30 snaps on special teams.

Freeling has passed the NFL's concussion protocol and is good to go for Sunday's Week 4 matchup against the Lions, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.

Freeling had been deemed questionable for Sunday while in concussion protocol, but he's been cleared one day ahead of the Week 4 matchup. The rookie first-round pick has started at right tackle in each of his first three NFL contests and has logged 97 percent of Carolina's offensive snaps so far.

Woodaz is expected to make his first career NFL start in Week 4 versus Dallas, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

After being selected in the fourth round of April's NFL draft, Woodaz played exclusively on special teams Weeks 1 and 2. He then logged his first 17 defensive snaps last Sunday versus Indianapolis, finishing with one tackle. Woodaz will now be thrust into a much more significant role as a starting linebacker in Week 4 due to Azeez Al-Shaair being sidelined with a groin injury.

The Bears placed Jones (knee) on injured reserve Saturday.

Jones suffered a knee injury last Monday versus the Eagles and is now required to sit out at least four contests while on IR. Theo Benedet is poised to take over as Chicago's starting left tackle during Jones' absence.

Baltimore placed Pocic (knee) on injured reserve Saturday.

Pocic hurt his knee in Week 3 against Dallas and will need to sit out at least four games. Jovaughn Gwyn (ankle) was also moved to IR on Saturday, leaving Olaivavega Ioane to handle starting center duties for the Ravens moving forward.
