Andrew Thomas OT | NYG
Giants' Andrew Thomas: Dealing with injuries
Thomas (foot/shoulder) was limited at Thursday's practice, Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News reports.
Thomas finished the season on injured reserve due to a hamstring injury, and while it appears he's past that issue, the 2020 first-round pick is dealing with a pair of minor injuries. Injuries have been an issue for Thomas, as he has played 29 games over the past three seasons.

Darius Muasau LB | NYG
Giants' Darius Muasau: Participates in OTAs
Muasau (ankle) participated in Thursday's offseason program.
Muasau suffered an ankle injury in the season finale, but there are no lingering issues to start the offseason program. Muasau stacked up 51 tackles (24 solo) and 1.0 sacks through 12 games in 2025. With the addition of fifth-overall pick Arvell Reese and free-agent acquisition Tremaine Edmunds, Muasau will compete for a depth role heading into the 2026 campaign.

Kayvon Thibodeaux LB | NYG
Giants' Kayvon Thibodeaux: Practicing with team
Thibodeaux (shoulder) practiced with the team Thursday, Ryan Dunleavy of the New York Post reports.
Dunleavy previously reported that Thibodeaux was less likely to be traded by the Giants following the trade of Dexter Lawrence in April. Now, Thibodeaux appears back to full health after a shoulder injury forced him to miss the final seven games of the 2025 season. He's aiming for a bounce-back season, as he produced just 7.0 sacks over his last two seasons combined (22 games). There's plenty of talent to work with, however, as he generated 11.5 sacks during the 2023 campaign.

Tyler Nubin SAF | NYG
Giants' Tyler Nubin: Past neck injury
Nubin (neck) participated in Thursday's OTA practice, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.
Nubin finished the 2025 season on injured reserve due to a neck injury. The 2024 second-round pick impressed through his first two seasons, recording 176 tackles (106 solo) and three pass breakups through 26 games. He'll likely start at strong safety once again in 2026, although the addition of Jason Pinnock -- a starter for the Giants in 2023 and 2024 -- represents some level of competition.

Jalin Hyatt WR | NYG
Giants' Jalin Hyatt: Working on the side
Hyatt (lower body) was spotted riding the bike on the sidelines during Thursday's practice, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.
It's unclear exactly what Hyatt is dealing with, but Duggan believes he tweaked something while running routes early in practice. If the injury lingers through the offseason program, we should expect more clarity. Hyatt is fighting for a roster spot this offseason, as he was frequently a healthy scratch in 2025 and finished with just five catches for 35 yards over eight games.

James Williams LB | TEN
Titans' James Williams: No lingering injury
Williams (shoulder) was a full participant at Thursday's practice, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
Williams suffered an AC joint injury in his right shoulder during the season finale last year, but there are no lingering effects to start the offseason program. The 2024 seventh-round pick played just 79 defensive snaps over 16 gamers last year. With Arden Key with the Colts now, Williams could push for an increased role in 2026, and he should remain useful on special teams regardless.

Amani Hooker SAF | TEN
Titans' Amani Hooker: Back at practice
Hooker (ankle) has been participating in the Titans' OTAs.
Hooker missed the 2025 season finale due to an ankle injury, but it didn't linger into the offseason program. The veteran safety is locked into a starting role in 2026 after recording 81 tackles (58 solo), eight pass breakups and 1.0 sacks through 16 games last year.

Kevin Winston Jr. SAF | TEN
Titans' Kevin Winston: Back in action
Winston (hamstring) participated at practice Thursday, Buck Reising of 104-5 The Zone reports.
Winston finished his rookie season on injured reserve with a hamstring injury, but he appears to be back to full strength now. The third-round pick played 10 games (four starts) last year and finished with 34 tackles (21 solo), 1.0 sacks and two pass breakups. With Xavier Woods out the door, Winston will compete with Tony Adams for the starting free safety job.

Jalin Conyers TE | MIA
Jalin Conyers: Lands on waivers
The Dolphins waived Conyers (leg) on Thursday.
Conyers spent the 2025 season on the Dolphins' injured reserve due to a leg injury. He's evidently healthy now, given that Thursday's transaction didn't carry an injury designation, and he'll likely seek a depth role elsewhere. Conyers last played in 2024 when he caught 30 passes for 320 yards and five touchdowns at Texas Tech, adding eight carries for 31 yards and two scores.

Carlos Washington Jr. RB | MIA
Dolphins' Carlos Washington: Inks deal with Dolphins
Washington signed with the Dolphins on Thursday.
Washington played exactly one game in each of the last two seasons with the Falcons, and he stuck to special teams in both instances. The Southeastern Louisiana product is likely vying for the No. 4 running back role behind De'Von Achane, Jaylen Wright and Ollie Gordon.
