Wicks (calf) is active for Sunday's game versus the Lions, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports.

Wicks was sidelined for the entire preseason due to a calf injury, but after getting back on the practice field as of Aug. 27, he logged limited sessions during Week 1 prep, leaving his status in question for Sunday. With his availability now confirmed, he'll be among the wide receivers at the services of QB Jordan Love along with Jayden Reed (foot), rookie first-round pick Matthew Golden, Romeo Doubs, Savion Williams (hamstring) and Malik Heath.

Agnew is questionable to return to Sunday's Week 1 game against Tampa Bay due to a groin injury, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.

Agnew didn't play in any preseason games due to an oblique injury, and he's now dealing with a groin issue. He's a depth wideout for the Falcons, but his most prominent role is as a kick and punt returner. Ray-Ray McCloud, Mike Hughes and Natrone Brooks are candidates to work in the return game if Agnew can't return.

Reed (foot) is listed as active Sunday versus the Lions, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports.

Reed is attempting to play through a Jones fracture in his left foot that capped him to just two limited practices during Week 1 prep and left him questionable for this contest. Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported earlier Sunday that Reed was expected to play in the Packers' season opener, which has come to pass. With Reed available to Green Bay's offense, he'll join rookie first-round pick Matthew Golden, Romeo Doubs, Dontayvion Wicks (calf), Savion Williams (hamstring) and Malik Heath as the options at wide receiver for QB Jordan Love.

Watkins (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Seahawks.

Watkins suffered a high-ankle sprain in the preseason. He was able to return to practice in a limited capacity this past week, but he has not progressed enough in his recovery to suit up Sunday, and his next chance to play is Week 2 against the Saints. Russell Gage was elevated from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday and will provide rotational depth at wide receiver in the 49ers' regular-season opener.

Reed (foot) remains listed as questionable but is in line to suit up Sunday against the Lions, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Among Packers skill-position players, Reed's status for Week 1 was the biggest lingering concern for the team, but the wide receiver will play through the Jones fracture in his left foot that has bothered him for roughly one month. Confirmation of his availability for Sunday's game will come in about 90 minutes before the contest's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff, when Green Bay will release its inactive list.

Hutchinson could be a candidate to get starter-level snaps in Sunday's season opener versus the Rams, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Per Rapoport, the 2023 sixth-rounder has impressed behind the scenes, and with Christian Kirk (hamstring) sidelined, the snaps that don't go to top pass catcher Nico Collins are up for grabs. In that context, Hutchinson, along with rookie wideouts Jayden Higgins and Jaylin Noel, should have added opportunities Sunday. The Texans' Week 1 snap counts will thus be telling, but Hutchinson is a player to monitor, especially if Kirk misses additional time.

Palmer (coach's decision) is a healthy scratch for Sunday's clash against the Cardinals.

Palmer joined New Orleans as a waiver claim in late August, so he may not have had time to get completely caught up with the playbook. He's also no better than No. 5 in the Saints' wideout pecking order, with all of Chris Olave, Rashid Shaheed, Brandin Cooks and Devaughn Vele clearly ahead of him on the depth chart. Mason Tipton is also on the roster and is active for Week 1, so he may be ahead of Palmer as well.

Washington is inactive for Sunday's season opener against the Colts.

With Tahj Washington the odd man out in Week 1, the Dolphins will go with a wideout corps comprised of Tyreek Hill, Jaylen Waddle, Malik Washington, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and Dee Eskridge.

Godwin (ankle), who is inactive for Sunday's game against the Falcons, is targeting the Buccaneers' Week 5 matchup with the Seahawks on Oct. 5 for his 2025 debut, Ian Rapoport and Judy Battista of NFL Network reports.

After requiring an initial surgery in October 2024 to repair a dislocated left ankle, Godwin underwent a follow-up procedure in the spring to tighten up the hardware inserted during the prior surgery. Though Godwin hasn't hit any unexpected snags in the recovery process, he has yet to resume practicing and is on track to miss at least a few more games before taking the field for the Buccaneers. Though Tampa Bay could have placed Godwin on a reserve list to open up a spot on the 53-man roster, the team avoided doing so with the hope that the veteran wideout will be able to resume practicing within the next few weeks. He'll likely need to turn in a full practice at some point during Week 5 to have a realistic shot at playing against the Seahawks, though the Buccaneers believe that a Week 6 or 7 return could be in the forecast for Godwin if he needs a little extra time to fully ramp up.

Horn (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.

The rookie sixth-rounder earned a spot on the Panthers' 53-man roster in a depth role at wide receiver and special teams, but he'll have to wait at least one more week to make his NFL regular-season debut. David Moore and Brycen Tremayne will serve in depth roles at wide receiver Sunday while Trevor Etienne handles return duties.
