  • Tim Patrick WR | NYJ

Broncos' Tim Patrick: Good to go against Jets

Patrick (hip) was a full participant in practice Friday and is expected to play Sunday against the Jets, Zac Stevens of DNVR Sports reports.

Patrick started the week with a pair of limited sessions, but he was cleared for a full practice Friday and subsequently should suit up without limitations come Sunday. He's opened the season on a two-game touchdown streak and has a nice opportunity to extend it in Denver's home opener against New York's inexperienced secondary.

  • Tee Higgins WR | CIN

Bengals' Tee Higgins: Officially doubtful for Sunday

Higgins (shoulder) officially is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game at Pittsburgh, Jay Morrison of The Athletic reports.

Higgins made some progress by following up no activity Wednesday and Thursday with a limited session Friday, but the Bengals don't appear too optimistic about his status for Week 3. During media availability Friday, coach Zac Taylor told Ben Baby of ESPN.com that pain tolerance will be the key for Higgins potentially getting to play Sunday. "We'll try to give him every second we can give him before he tells us one way or the other," Taylor said. As a result, the final decision on Higgins' availability may not come until 90 minutes before Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.

  • Colts' Parris Campbell: Cleared for Week 3

Campbell (abdomen) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Titans.

Campbell started the week with consecutive limited practices but was cleared after a full practice Friday. Quarterback Carson Wentz (ankles) also progressed Friday, logging a limited session after a pair of absences to earn a questionable tag. Campbell has some intriguing upside against the porous Titans secondary, but he's unlikely to realize that upside if Wentz sits.

  • Steelers' Diontae Johnson: Won't play Sunday

Johnson (knee) won't play Sunday against the Bengals.

Johnson was unable to practice all week, so it remains to be seen if he'll have a chance to return to action Week 4 versus Green Bay. In his confirmed absence this weekend, James Washington figures to step up as the Steelers' No. 3 receiver (behind JuJu Smith-Schuster and Chase Claypool), with the team potentially also rolling out more multi-tight end looks Sunday.

  • Darnell Mooney WR | NYG

    Bears' Darnell Mooney: Deemed questionable

Mooney (groin) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game in Cleveland.

Mooney was a limited practice participant Wednesday through Friday, after seeing a team-high eight targets (6-66-0) on 89 percent snap share in the Week 2 win over Cincinnati. If Mooney ends up on the inactive list ahead of Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff, the Bears likely will turn to Marquise Goodwin and/or Damiere Byrd across from Allen Robinson. The team also has Breshad Perriman, but he was a healthy scratch for the first two games.

  • Bears' Marquise Goodwin: Questionable despite full practices

Goodwin (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Browns.

Goodwin hasn't had any limitations in practice, so it's curious to see his name appear on the injury report at all. Nonetheless, the veteran wide receiver likely will be able to give it a go as he tries to build on his modest season totals of five catches for 55 yards through two games.

  • Gabe Davis WR | BUF

Bills' Gabriel Davis: Ready for Sunday

Davis (ankle) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against Washington.

Davis has been impacted by an ankle injury the past two weeks, with the second-year wide receiver logging limited practices Wednesday and Thursday. Fortunately for Davis, he managed every rep to wrap up Week 3 prep, clearing him to suit up this weekend. He's served as the Bills' No. 4 WR this season en route to two catches (on five targets) for 40 yards and one TD, all of which occurred in the team's opener.

  • Kadarius Toney WR | CLE

Giants' Kadarius Toney: No injury designation for Week 3

Toney (ankle) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Falcons, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.

Toney was limited in practice Thursday but will be good to go for a juicy Week 3 matchup against a Falcons defense that's been torched for 40 points per game thus far. The rookie first-round pick already has started grumbling about his lack of usage, but perhaps a visit from the Falcons will be exactly what he and the Giants need to get going.

  • Cardinals' DeAndre Hopkins: Will be a game-time call

Coach Kliff Kingsbury said Hopkins (ribs) will be a game-time decision for Sunday's matchup with the Jaguars, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.

At this point, the Cardinals might as well make it a game-time call for strategic reasons even if they have a strong idea one way or the other. Hopkins reportedly missed a third straight practice Friday, but only after playing 59 snaps (97 percent) in the Week 2 win over Minnesota. If he ends up missing Week 3, the Cardinals could use each of A.J. Green, Rondale Moore and Christian Kirk in full-time roles, with Andy Isabella and Antoine Wesley then providing depth.

  • Falcons' Olamide Zaccheaus: Likely starting Week 3

Zaccheaus is the next man up at wide receiver with Russell Gage (ankle) ruled out for Sunday's game against the Giants, D. Orlando Ledbetter of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Zaccheaus caught five of 10 targets for 116 yards and a TD in two starts last year, otherwise operating as Atlanta's No. 4 receiver. He then played just 26 percent of offensive snaps in Week 1 this season, before seeing 58 percent share and four targets (2-22-0) in the team's Week 2 loss to Tampa Bay. His increase in playing time largely came in the slot, with Zaccheaus jumping from four snaps there in Week 1 to 18 in Week 2. Gage's ankle sprain played a role, though Zaccheaus wasn't exactly a priority for the Atlanta passing game even in his new role. That could again be the case this Sunday, as new OC Arthur Smith seems to be building his passing game around Calvin Ridley, Kyle Pitts and the running backs. Ideally, the Falcons would probably like some of those dump-offs to the RBs to become deep shots to Ridley or Zaccheaus, but it hasn't worked out that way so far.
