Richie James WR | KC
Giants' Richie James: Tallies 36 receiving yards
James recorded four receptions on five targets for 36 yards in Monday's 23-16 loss to the Cowboys.
James operated primarily in the short areas of the field, as his longest reception went for only 16 yards. While targets were distributed fairly evenly among the Giants' peripheral pass catchers Monday, James is a prime candidate to step into the potential void left by a knee injury to Sterling Shepard. James has racked up 146 receiving yards and commanded 17 targets in three games to this point in the campaign.

Jaelon Darden WR | SEA
Buccaneers' Jaelon Darden: Flashes with one catch
Darden secured his only target for 25 yards and returned three punts for 26 yards in the Buccaneers' 14-12 loss to the Packers on Sunday.
Darden logged a season-high 18 snaps from scrimmage with the Buccaneers down three receivers, and he flashed his speed on his one reception by getting upfield down the right sideline for a 25-yard gain. He also continued to put in his usual strong work on special teams, now averaging an impressive 8.9 yards per punt return on his eight runbacks. Despite the splash play on offense, Darden could be back to minimal involvement from scrimmage in Week 4 if Mike Evans (suspension) and Julio Jones (knee) return as expected.

CeeDee Lamb WR | DAL
Cowboys' CeeDee Lamb: Overcomes early drop
Lamb recorded eight receptions on 12 targets for 87 yards and a touchdown in Monday's 23-16 win over the Giants.
Lamb dropped a deep pass that would have gone for at least a 40-yard gain and potentially a touchdown late in the second quarter. However, he redeemed himself by recording six receptions for 67 yards across the final two quarters, including a one-yard touchdown reception that put the Cowboys ahead for good. Lamb has shown a strong rapport with backup quarterback Cooper Rush, tallying 15 receptions for 162 yards and a touchdown in the last two games.
-
Scott Miller WR | CHI
Buccaneers' Scotty Miller: Does little with opportunity
Miller brought in just one of five targets for four yards in the Buccaneers' 14-12 loss to the Packers on Sunday.
Miller played 52 offensive snaps with the Buccaneers down three receivers, yet as his final line shows, he largely squandered the opportunity. The Bowling Green product brings plenty of speed to the table, but with just a 9-76 line on 22 targets over his last 11 regular-season games, Miller hasn't made a case for a bigger role when the team's receiving corps gets back to full strength.

Sterling Shepard WR | NYJ
Giants' Sterling Shepard: Carted off after non-contact injury
Shepard was carted off late in Monday's game against the Cowboys after suffering an apparent left knee injury, Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News reports.
Shepard was injured on New York's last offensive play of the game. He got hurt without any contact and immediately clutched his leg in pain. The context around Shepard's injury suggests this could be another serious injury for the wide receiver, though New York will run additional tests to determine its nature and extent.

Marquez Callaway WR | LV
Saints' Marquez Callaway: Notches late-game score
Callaway caught a four-yard touchdown on his lone target over 13 offensive snaps during Sunday's 22-14 loss to Carolina.
Callaway made the most of his limited offensive opportunities Week 3, as he hauled in a pass for a score from quarterback Jameis Winston with just over two minutes remaining in the fourth quarter. However, the third-year wideout played his fewest offensive snaps in a game the season, as Tre'Quan Smith made his 2022 debut before exiting with a concussion. Callaway also appeared on six special-teams snaps against the Panthers, though he could see a bigger role Week 4 after starting wideouts Michael Thomas (toe) and Jarvis Landry (foot) both picked up injuries this past weekend.

Simi Fehoko WR | ARI
Cowboys' Simi Fehoko: Questionable to return
Fehoko (shoulder) is questionable to return to Monday's game against the Giants, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports
Fehoko recorded one reception (one target) for 12 yards before sustaining a shoulder injury at some point during Monday's contest, though the exact nature and severity of this issue are still unclear. In the second-year wideout's absence, Jalen Tolbert and KaVontae Turpin should see increased targets in Week 3.
-
Cole Beasley WR | NYG
Cole Beasley: Reverts to practice squad
Beasley reverted to the Buccaneers' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Beasley showed up in a relatively significant role with wideouts Mike Evans (suspension), Chris Godwin (hamstring) and Julio Jones (knee) all sidelined Sunday, hauling in three of four targets for 12 yards over nine offensive snaps. The 33-year-old slot receiver recorded a first down with a four-yard catch in the first quarter, though his next reception did not come until the 12-minute mark in the fourth quarter. Beasley also played three special-teams snaps Sunday, but his primary value will come as a short-yardage receiver moving forward. The veteran is eligible for two more game-day elevations while on the Buccaneers' practice squad this season.

Britain Covey WR | PHI
Britain Covey: Returns to practice squad
Covey reverted to the Eagles' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Covey once again served as Philadelphia's primary punt returner while playing eight special-teams snaps Sunday, netting 34 yards on five returns and two fair catches. The rookie out of Utah also muffed one of his returns but quickly recovered the fumble for no gain. After being elevated from the practice squad in each of the past three weeks, Covey will require a spot on the Eagles' active roster in order to continue returning punts for the team this season.

Nick Westbrook-Ikhine WR | IND
Titans' Nick Westbrook-Ikhine: Makes most of three targets
Westbrook-Ikhine recorded three receptions on three targets for 40 yards in Sunday's 24-22 win over the Raiders.
Westbrook-Ikhine was on the field for the third-most snaps among the Titans' wide receiver corps, behind both Robert Woods and Treylon Burks. However, Westbrook-Ikhine finished with more targets, receptions and yards than Burks, highlighted by two catches of 15 yards to turn in his best performance of the season. Through three games, Westbrook-Ikhine has five receptions for 66 yards.
