  • Jaylen Waddle WR | DEN

Dolphins' Jaylen Waddle: Limited by shoulder injury

Waddle (shoulder) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Per Furones, head coach Mike McDaniel expressed optimism that Waddle will play Sunday against the Steelers, despite being limited to begin Week 7 prep due to the shoulder issue. The wideout's activity in practice the next two days will still be worth monitoring to gain further clarity on his status heading into the weekend.

  • Rashod Bateman WR | BAL

Ravens' Rashod Bateman: Returns to limited practice

Bateman (foot) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.

Bateman was back on the practice field for the first time since suffering a left foot sprain Week 4, giving him a chance to play this Sunday against the Browns. A return to full participation Thursday or Friday would put him on track to play this weekend.

  • Keke Coutee WR | MIA

Colts' Keke Coutee: Logs DNP on Wednesday

    Coutee (concussion) didn't practice Wednesday.

Coutee left the Colts' Week 6 win over Jacksonville early after suffering a concussion and will remain sidelined to start Week 7 prep. Colts head coach Frank Reich said Monday that the wideout would likely be out for Sunday's matchup against the Titans, so it wouldn't be surprising to see Coutee miss practice Thursday and Friday as well.

  • Ja'Marr Chase WR | CIN

Bengals' Ja'Marr Chase: Dealing with hip issue

Chase was a limited practice participant Wednesday due to a hip injury, Jay Morrison of The Athletic reports.

Chase handled a full workload in Sunday's win over the Saints, catching seven of 10 targets for 132 yards and two touchdowns while doing much of his damage late in the game. He thus seems likely to be ready for this weekend's game against the Falcons, though it'll be worth keeping an eye on Cincinnati's injury reports with wideout Tee Higgins (ankle) and tight end Hayden Hurst (groin) also limited Wednesday and hoping to avoid setbacks with injuries they've been able to play through.

  • Tee Higgins WR | CIN

Bengals' Tee Higgins: Limited at practice

Higgins (ankle) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Jay Morrison of The Athletic reports.

Higgins played 86 percent of snaps in Sunday's win over the Saints and caught six of 10 targets for 47 yards. He thus seems likely to handle a full workload this Sunday against the Falcons, having seen seven or more targets in each of his four full games this season. He's left early with injuries in Cincinnati's other two games.

  • Packers' Christian Watson: Sits out Wednesday's practice

Watson (hamstring) missed Wednesday's practice, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.

Watson has yet to mix into drills since hurting his hamstring during a Week 5 loss to the Giants in London, sitting out last Sunday versus the Jets. It's unclear if he'll miss another game this Sunday at Washington, but his involvement -- or lack thereof -- in the final two sessions of the week likely will be the determining factors. With Randall Cobb expected to miss time due to a high-ankle sprain, the Packers may be down to Allen Lazard, Romeo Doubs, Amari Rodgers, Samori Toure and practice-squad member Juwann Winfree this weekend, though Sammy Watkins (hamstring) may return from injured reserve after taking part in practice Wednesday.

  • Jamal Agnew WR | ATL

Jaguars' Jamal Agnew: No practice Wednesday

Agnew (knee) didn't practice Wednesday, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.

According to Mia O'Brien of 1010 XL 92.5 FM Jacksonville, Agnew wasn't able to take part in team drills after exiting Jacksonville's Week 6 loss to the Colts early due to a knee injury, but he was present for Wednesday's practice session and was working out off to the side. While the wideout appears to have avoided a significant injury, he'll still be in danger of missing Week 7 if he doesn't return to practice in at least a limited fashion Thursday.

  • Marvin Jones WR | DET

Jaguars' Marvin Jones: Limited in practice

Jones (hamstring) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.

Jones was added to the injury report last Friday and ended up missing Sunday's loss to the Colts. His ability to practice, even in a limited capacity, suggests the hamstring injury isn't too serious, but that doesn't necessarily mean he'll be ready to face the Giants this weekend. Tim Jones and Kendric Pryor could have an opportunity ahead, as Jamal Agnew (knee) missed practice Wednesday after getting injured in the Week 6 loss.

  • Robbie Chosen WR | WAS

Cardinals' Robbie Anderson: Won't play much Week 7

Head coach Kliff Kingsbury said Wednesday that Anderson's role will be a minor one if he plays in Thursday's game against the Saints, Tyler Drake of ArizonaSports.com reports.

Anderson doesn't have much time to prepare after the Panthers traded him to the Cardinals on Monday, three days before his new team hosts the Saints. There's an opportunity ahead with Marquise Brown (foot) expected to miss extended time, but the safer bets for Week 7 targets in Arizona are wideouts DeAndre Hopkins and Rondale Moore and tight end Zach Ertz.

  • Marquise Brown WR | PHI

Cardinals' Marquise Brown: Out at least one month

Head coach Kliff Kingsbury said Wednesday that Brown (foot) will be sidelined at least one month, Jose M. Romero of The Arizona Republic reports.

Brown's expected multi-week absence was confirmed after he received a second opinion on the left foot injury that forced him out in the second half of the Cardinals' Week 6 loss at Seattle. While the nature of the issue isn't known, Brown seems a likely candidate to be placed on injured reserve considering the timeline. In Brown's absence, the recently activated DeAndre Hopkins will resume leading Arizona's passing game, with Rondale Moore, A.J. Green, newcomer Robbie Anderson and Greg Dortch also candidates for targets at wide receiver.
