David Moore WR | CAR
Buccaneers' David Moore: Solid finish to preseason
Moore secured three of four targets for 39 yards in the Buccaneers' 26-20 preseason win over the Ravens on Saturday night.
Moore was the runner-up in receptions and receiving yards on the night for the Buccaneers while also tying for second in targets. Additionally, the veteran journeyman's 25 snaps were behind only Rakim Jarrett's 32 with respect to Tampa Bay's wideouts. Moore's 8-123-0 line on 12 targets over three exhibitions seemingly locks him into a reserve receiver role, although whether the coaching staff will opt to go with him or a pair of faster but less experienced players in Deven Thompkins or rookie Trey Palmer in the No. 3 receiver job remains to be seen.

Trey Palmer WR | NO
Buccaneers' Trey Palmer: Impressive finish to preseason
Palmer secured two of three targets for 25 yards, returned one kickoff for 26 yards and ran back two punts for 29 yards in the Buccaneers' 26-20 preseason win over the Ravens on Saturday night. He also fumbled once but recovered.
Palmer played a relatively modest 13 snaps, but that's actually a good sign. The rookie has undoubtedly done enough to earn a roster spot after scoring a touchdown in both of the first two preseason games and then turning in a solid all-around effort on a per-touch basis Saturday night. The speedy sixth-round pick could have the inside track to opening the season as the No. 3 receiver in a Week 1 road matchup against the Vikings.

Rakim Jarrett WR | PIT
Buccaneers' Rakim Jarrett: Another impressive showing
Jarrett brought in four of five targets for 48 yards in the Buccaneers' 26-20 preseason win over the Ravens on Saturday night.
Jarrett tied with Chris Godwin for the team lead in receptions while setting the pace in receiving yards and snaps (32) among the team's wideouts. The rock-solid effort was certainly timely from Jarrett's perspective and comes on the heels of a 3-84-0 line in the second preseason game against the Jets. Jarrett was also able to consistently impress during training camp practices, so he presumably remains very much in play for a No. 6 receiver role ahead of final roster cuts Tuesday.

John Metchie III WR | CAR
Texans' John Metchie: Likely sitting out Sunday
Metchie is not expected to play in Sunday's preseason finale against the Saints, Brooks Kubena of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Metchie appeared in each of the Texans' previous two preseason contests, catching two of his three targets for 10 yards in these games. Houston is expected to play the majority of their starters Sunday, including quarterback C.J. Stroud. However, it appears the team doesn't want to risk any potential injuries to Metchie, who missed the entirety of his rookie season while battling leukemia. Either way, the second-round pick's absence could lead to increased opportunities for rookie wideouts Xavier Hutchinson and Tank Dell, the latter of whom is expected to play Sunday after sitting out the previous preseason game with hamstring and back tightness.

Malik Flowers WR | LV
Malik Flowers: Waived by Seattle
Flowers was waived by the Seahawks on Sunday, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.
Flowers signed with the Saints as an undrafted free agent earlier this offseason before being let go in June. He spent the last few days of training camp in Seattle but was unable to make the team's 53-man roster.
-
Justin Marshall WR | SEA
Justin Marshall: Parts ways with Seattle
Marshall was waived by the Seahawks on Sunday, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.
Marshall went undrafted out of Buffalo this spring and spent time with Atlanta and Seattle during the offseason. However, he was unable to make the Seahawks' 53-man roster.

Miles Boykin WR | CHI
Steelers' Miles Boykin: Trending toward making final roster
Boykin seems likely to make the Steelers' 53-man roster due to his abilities on special teams, Mark Kaboly of The Athletic reports.
Boykin had a quiet preseason, securing one of two targets for seven yards over his three appearances. However, after re-signing with the Steelers in April, Boykin has impressed on special teams and has drawn praise from special teams coordinator Danny Smith. Even if Boykin is on the 53-man roster to begin the 2023 campaign, it seems unlikely he'll carry much fantasy value in the passing game.

Chris Lacy WR | LV
Chris Lacy: Let go by Las Vegas
The Raiders waived/injured Lacy (undisclosed) on Sunday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Lacy rejoined the Raiders on a future/reserve contract in January after spending time on the team's practice squad in 2022. He last saw NFL action in 2019 with Detroit. Lacy will revert to injured reserve if he clears waivers and could be let go if he reaches an injury settlement with Las Vegas.
-
Isaiah Zuber WR | LV
Raiders' Isaiah Zuber: Lands on IR
The Raiders placed Zuber (undisclosed) on injured reserve Sunday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Zuber spent the 2022 season on the Raiders' practice squad after bouncing around the league since joining the Patriots as an undrafted free agent in 2020. He caught one pass for 18 yards in two preseason games. Zuber is set to miss the 2023 season unless he reaches an injury settlement with Las Vegas.

Kendall Hinton WR | DEN
Kendall Hinton: Surprise cut for Denver
The Broncos waived Hinton on Sunday, Mike Klis of 9News Denver reports.
Hinton has spent time on and off the Broncos' active roster over the past three seasons, and he appeared in 12 games with the team last year, catching 24 of 33 targets for 311 yards -- all of which were career highs. Therefore, he appeared to be a likely candidate to earn one of the team's final wide receiver spots behind Marvin Mims, Brandon Johnson and Marquez Callaway this preseason. Instead, Hinton was included among the team's initial round of roster cuts heading into the 2023 campaign. The 26-year-old did undergo a minor knee scope this offseason and opened training camp on the active/PUP list before he was quickly activated July 28, and he is considered fully healthy for this coming season. Nonetheless, his removal should increase the odds for wideouts like Lil'Jordan Humphrey, Taylor Grimes and Montrell Washington to make Denver's final 53-man roster. If Hinton is not claimed off waivers by another team, he'll likely receive a practice-squad offer from Denver prior to Week 1.
