Tyler Lockett WR | LV
Seahawks' Tyler Lockett: Back on the field Sunday
Lockett (head) returned to Sunday's game against the Rams, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Lockett had been forced out of the contest while being evaluated for a concussion, but he's been cleared and is back on the field. He is thus in line to retain a key role in the Seattle offense alongside fellow WRs DK Metcalf and Jaxon Smith-Njigba.

Rondale Moore WR | MIN
Cardinals' Rondale Moore: Three catches in loss
Moore caught three of three targets for 33 yards and gained 12 rushing yards on two carries in Sunday's 20-16 loss to the Commanders.
Arizona's offense couldn't get much going -- the team's only TD was produced by the defense on a second-quarter fumble recovery -- which gave Moore few opportunities to showcase his speed, but he did have the team's longest gain of the day with a 31-yard reception in the first quarter. As QB Joshua Dobbs gets more familiar with the playbook, things could open up a little for the Cardinals' wideouts, but this still figures to be one of the least potent passing games in the NFL this season. Moore will try to make a bigger impact in Week 2 against the Giants.

Rashod Bateman WR | BAL
Ravens' Rashod Bateman: Three catches in season-opening win
Bateman brought in all three targets for 35 yards in the Ravens' 25-9 win over the Texans on Sunday.
Bateman's first foray into regular-season action since Week 8 of last season, when a Lisfranc injury cut his 2022 campaign short. The third-year wideout saw rookie Zay Flowers dominate targets in what was a low-volume day overall for the air attack, but Bateman should have a good chance for more work in what projects for a more competitive matchup on the road against the Bengals in Week 2.

Tyler Lockett WR | LV
Seahawks' Tyler Lockett: Getting concussion check
Lockett is under evaluation for a head injury during Sunday's game against the Rams, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.
Lockett got hurt while blocking for Kenneth Walker on a running play, and he was looked at on the field and in the medical tent before news of a concussion check emerged. If Lockett enters the protocol for head injuries, he'll need to complete its five phases before gaining clearance for further game action.

Nico Collins WR | HOU
Texans' Nico Collins: Serves as top target in loss
Collins brought in six of 11 targets for 80 yards in the Texans' 25-9 loss to the Ravens on Sunday.
Collins finished as the Texans' leader in receptions, receiving yards and targets for the afternoon, demonstrating some encouraging chemistry with rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud in his pro debut. The third-year speedster already slots in as Houston's de facto No. 1 receiver, so the heavy volume and success Sunday isn't surprising. Collins will have a more appealing matchup on paper in Week 2, when the Texans welcome in a Colts team that surrendered an eight-catch, 101-yard performance to the Jaguars' Calvin Ridley in Week 1.

Treylon Burks WR | WAS
Titans' Treylon Burks: Loses out to Hopkins
Burks recorded two catches for 18 yards on three targets in Sunday's 16-15 loss to the Saints.
DeAndre Hopkins dominated Ryan Tannehill's attention, which left Burks as an afterthought. It appeared that the team made a concerted effort to get Burks looks to begin the second half, as he was targeted twice and made two receptions for 18 yards to begin the third quarter. However, he disappeared for the rest of the game and had a disappointing start to the season. Positively, he led the team's wide receivers with 54 snaps, per Turron Davenport of ESPN.com, so it appears that the knee injury he suffered during training camp won't hold him back.

Chris Godwin WR | TB
Buccaneers' Chris Godwin: Five catches to open season
Godwin secured five of six targets for 51 yards in the Buccaneers' 20-17 win over the Vikings on Sunday.
Godwin served as the runner-up to Mike Evans in receptions, receiving yards and targets, with the dependable Penn State product joining the latter as Baker Mayfield's two most trusted pass catchers on the afternoon. That should largely be the norm most weeks this season, and Godwin's final catch of the day, an 11-yard grab on third down at the two-minute warning that essentially sealed the win for Tampa Bay, is a fitting example of the veteran's reliability in clutch scenarios. Godwin's first opportunity to build on a solid start to the season comes in a Week 2 home matchup against the Bears.
-
Mike Williams WR | LAC
Chargers' Mike Williams: Re-enters Sunday's game
Williams (head) returned to Sunday's game against the Dolphins, Jeff Miller of the Los Angeles Times reports.
Williams was evaluated for a head injury earlier in the contest, but the wideout has been cleared to return to the field and will thus reclaim his key role in the Chargers offense versus Miami.
-
Odell Beckham Jr. WR | NYG
Ravens' Odell Beckham: Pair of grabs in Week 1 win
Beckham brought in two of three targets for 37 yards in the Ravens' 25-9 win over the Texans on Sunday.
The veteran wideout was largely quiet in his team debut, but he still managed to finish second in receiving yardage thanks in large part to a 29-yard grab in the fourth quarter on a pretty touch pass down the left sideline from Lamar Jackson. Rookie first-round pick Zay Flowers looks primed for a sizable role if his 10 targets Sunday are any indication, and Rashod Bateman should also become progressively more involved as the season unfolds, but Beckham should also see an uptick in targets during more competitive matchups than Sunday's.
-
Michael Thomas WR | NO
Saints' Michael Thomas: Commands eight targets
Thomas recorded five receptions on eight targets for 61 yards in Sunday's 16-15 win over the Titans.
Thomas finished second on the team in targets behind only Chris Olave. The former began his day with an impressive 25-yard grab down the left sideline but operated primarily in short areas of the field thereafter. Thomas should continue to soak up targets in that role, as Rashid Shaheed projects to serve as the deep threat while Olave should be the top option.
