Zaccheaus enters training camp in a battle against Jahan Dotson and rookie third-rounder Zachariah Branch for the Falcons' No. 2 wide receiver job behind Drake London (undisclosed), Tim Weaver of USA Today reports.

After stints in Philadelphia, Washington and Chicago, Zaccheaus opted to sign a one-year contract in March to rejoin the Falcons, with whom he previously played from 2019-22. The Virginia product has eclipsed 500 receiving yards just once in his NFL career, but given Atlanta's lack of reliable pass catchers behind London and tight end Kyle Pitts, Zaccheaus could establish himself as a consistent target for whoever is under center between Tua Tagovailoa and Michael Penix (knee). Dotson brings four years of NFL experience to the table and little more production than Zaccheaus, but the journeyman's biggest competition figures to come from the rookie Branch, who made a strong impression on coaches with his speed, explosiveness and playmaking ability during college and in OTAs.

Whittington will enter training camp competing for the Rams' No. 3 wide reciever role behind Puka Nacua and Davante Adams, Nate Atkins of The Athletic reports.

A sixth-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, Whittington saw his snap count on offense increase in his sophomore campaign, but that didn't result in increased production as he finished the 2025 regular season with 18 catches on 25 targets for 171 yards across 17 games. His proficiency on special teams and as a blocker will keep him on the field, but he'll be competing in training camp with Xavier Smith, Konata Mumpfield, CJ Daniels and Tyler Scott for the top spot behind the dynamic duo of Nacua and Adams.

The Dolphins placed Bell (ACL) on the active/non-football injury list Tuesday.

Bell is rehabbing from a torn ACL suffered during his final collegiate season at Louisville, and for which he underwent surgery last December. Though the rookie third-round pick has previously stated that he expects to be ready for training camp, it looks like Bell may need a bit more time before being cleared to take the practice field. Miami has yet to provide an official timetable for his return. Once cleared to practice, Bell will have an opportunity to compete for a significant role in an unsettled Dolphins receiver corps that also houses Malik Washington, Jalen Tolbert, Tutu Atwell, and fellow rookies Caleb Douglas and Kevin Coleman.

Collins said his workload limitations during the offseason were not injury related, and that he was simply being rested ahead of training camp, Kevin Patra of NFL.com reports.

The wideout has yet to play a full 17-game slate in his NFL career, so the organization's desire to make sure he's 100 percent healthy ahead of Week 1 is somewhat warranted. The 27-year-old Collins has surpassed 1,000 receiving yards in each of the past three seasons and remains the clear No. 1 option for C.J. Stroud in the passing game.

Ahead of the coming season, Godwin is projected to work primarily out of the slot in a WR corps that also features Emeka Egbuka and Jalen McMillan, River Wells of SI.com and Andrew Harbaugh of USA Today report.

During the 2025 regular season, Godwin -- who was limited to seven contests in 2024 -- put up a 33-360-2 line on 51 targets in nine games. The 30-year-old reportedly was a standout during OTAs and heads into training camp with no lingering injury concerns, which sets him up to maintain a key role in a Tampa Bay WR corps that no longer includes Mike Evans, who is now a member of the 49ers. In his continued role out of the slot, Godwin should provide fantasy lineup utility in 2026, particularly in PPR formats, while Egbuka -- a 2025 first-rounder who can line up all along the formation -- brings intriguing upside to the table in his second pro season, which is reflected in his current average draft position. Meanwhile, Jalen McMillan -- who will look to rebound from a 2025 campaign that was abbreviated by a neck injury -- is a candidate to see his share of targets on the outside, with Ted Hurst and Tez Johnson also in the mix to carve out roles in the passing game.

Austin is competing for playing time in a Giants wide-receiver room that also includes Malik Nabers (knee), Darius Slayton (abdomen), Darnell Mooney, Malachi Fields, JuJu Smith-Schuster and Odell Beckham, Alex Smith of SNY.tv reports.

Austin appears to be running ahead of at least Smith-Schuster and Beckham, both of whom were brought in to bolster the team's wide-receiver depth in camp while Nabers and Slayton are sidelined. Mooney is expected to play primarily in the slot and Fields is a rookie third-round pick, so Austin has a clear path to playing time early in the season if Nabers takes time to ramp up in his recovery from a torn ACL that was surgically repaired Oct. 28.

Mooney is expected to work as the Giants' primary option in the slot, Alex Smith of SNY.tv reports.

Mooney was limited to 443 receiving yards with the Falcons in 2025, but he has recorded at least 992 receiving yards in two of his six NFL regular seasons. Slot receiver Wan'Dale Robinson, who signed with the Titans in free agency, led the Giants with 1,014 receiving yards in 2025. Mooney seems to have a defined role lined up while Darius Slayton (abdomen), Calvin Austin, Malachi Fields, JuJu Smith-Schuster and Odell Beckham compete for reps on the outside opposite Malik Nabers (knee), who is expected to reclaim a starting role once healthy.

Once training camp commences, Williams is slated to compete for snaps behind A.J. Brown and Romeo Doubs in three-receiver sets, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site reports.

While it's clear that Brown and Doubs are atop the Patriots' WR depth chart, Kayshon Boutte also figures to see his share of work provided he remains with the team, with Williams, Mack Hollins and DeMario Douglas also in the mix for complementary work in a crowded positional group. For now, Williams -- who caught 10 of 21 targets for 209 yards and three touchdowns in 17 regular-season contests in 2025 -- doesn't have a clear path to volume in New England's offense, but the 2025 third-rounder, who's been working to improve his playing strength this offseason, does have the speed to help out as a downfield threat in 2026 when snaps are available.

Lemon (hamstring) noted Friday that he's "feeling great" and is "100 percent" ready to go for training camp, Olivia Reiner of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

The 2026 first-rounder dealt with a hamstring injury during the Eagles' offseason program, but based on his comments Friday, Lemon should be able to work without restrictions once training camp commences. In the wake of the team's trade of A.J. Brown to the Patriots this offseason, Lemon has a chance to operate as the Eagles' WR2 alongside DeVonta Smith this season, a scenario that gives the USC product a path to a degree of fantasy utility as a rookie. Also in the mix for WR targets behind Smith are Dontayvion Wicks, Hollywood Brown and Elijah Moore.

Nacua is heading into the final season of his rookie contract, and the 2023 fifth-round pick is a candidate to get the franchise tag from the Rams for the 2027 campaign if a long-term deal isn't worked out before then, Brock Vierra of USA Today Rams Wire reports.

Nacua has delivered elite production since entering the NFL, racking up 4,191 receiving yards through three regular seasons with the Rams, but some off-field concerns could be giving the Rams pause about extending the star wide receiver long-term. With the team in win-now mode in the twilight of 38-year-old quarterback Matthew Stafford's career, Nacua is poised to remain a key contributor for the Rams in 2026, even if the two sides don't work out an extension prior to the start of the season.
