  • Noah Brown WR | WAS

Texans' Noah Brown: Yardage leader against Carolina

Brown caught three of five targets for 57 yards in Sunday's 15-13 loss to the Panthers.

Brown led Houston's skill players in scrimmage yards on a day when the offense never got on track. He's been targeted 10 times over the last two games, although the Texans have not had a full complement of WRs healthy during that time. Tank Dell missed the previous game due to a concussion, while Robert Woods (foot) did not play Sunday. Dell emerged during Brown's four-week absence due to a groin injury, and it's not clear how workloads will be split behind Nico Collins when all the team's wideouts are available.

  • Bears' Velus Jones: Minimal usage in loss

Jones caught one pass for four yards in the Bears' 30-13 loss to the Chargers on Sunday.

Jones has yet to play more than 12 percent of the offensive snaps in any game, and he has just 31 scrimmage yards on the season. His best value is in leagues that award points for return yardage, as Jones has been seeing increased use as a kickoff returner since Week 6.

  • Tank Dell WR | HOU

Texans' Tank Dell: Returns to action

Dell caught three of four targets for 16 yards and had three carries for 15 yards in Sunday's 15-13 loss to Carolina in Week 8.

Dell was back on the field after missing Houston's previous game due to a concussion. The Texans operated without Robert Woods (foot), so Dell (44 snaps) joined Noah Brown (40 snaps) and Nico Collins (40 snaps) in the starting lineup. Collins, Woods and Brown were the starting trio in Week 1, but Dell emerged as a viable option while Brown missed multiple weeks due to a groin injury. The Texans have not had all their wide receivers healthy since their opener, so beyond Collins being the No. 1 option, it is unclear how roles will be distributed when everyone is available.

  • Tyler Scott WR | LAR

Bears' Tyler Scott: Three targets in loss

Scott caught one pass for 11 yards in the Bears' 30-13 loss to the Chargers on Sunday.

Scott has played 58 percent of Chicago's snaps over the last three games, though he's yet to post 20 yards in any contest. The increased usage is promising, but until his production follows, he may not be a reliable fantasy option.

  • Darnell Mooney WR | NYG

Bears' Darnell Mooney: Catches long pass

Mooney caught one of four targets for 41 yards in the Bears' 30-13 loss to the Chargers on Sunday. He added three rushing yards on one carry.

Mooney hauled in a deep pass in the first quarter but was unable to secure any of his three other targets. He has posted between 32 and 53 yards in five games but was shut out in the other three contests. For now, he's a low-floor, low-upside fantasy option in an erratic Chicago passing attack.

  • Elijah Moore WR | PHI

Browns' Elijah Moore: Adds punt return duties

Moore caught two of five targets for 30 yards and returned two punts for 23 yards in Sunday's 24-20 loss to Seattle.

The hybrid role Cleveland's coaches envisioned for Moore on offense has not panned out, so he was given a chance to impact the game as a punt returner for the first time this season. While he's sitting on zero touchdowns and 36.6 receiving yards per game, Moore remains a big piece on offense and is second on team with 48 targets.

  • Marvin Mims WR | DEN

Broncos' Marvin Mims: One catch in win

Mims secured his only target for zero yards in Sunday's 24-9 win over the Chiefs.

Mims lone catch in the contest was his first grab since Week 5, albeit for no gain. The talented rookie wideout played on 40 percent of the Broncos' offensive snaps Sunday, his highest snap share of the season. The increase in playing time was likely due to the absence of veteran Brandon Johnson (hamstring) being placed on injured reserve, as Johnson had played ahead of Mims for most of the season to this point. Even with added opportunity, Mims was an afterthought in Denver's offensive attack, as his one target was the fewest of any pass catcher who saw an opportunity through the air from Russell Wilson. The Broncos go on a bye in Week 9, but the 21-year-old will hope to be more involved in the passing game when Denver plays the Bills on Nov. 13.

  • Rondale Moore WR | MIN

Cardinals' Rondale Moore: Four touches in Sunday's loss

Moore had two rushing attempts for 11 yards and caught two of three targets for 10 yards in Sunday's 31-24 loss to Baltimore.

Moore's role has remained relatively unchanged as the midpoint of the season draws near. The dual-threat player is averaging 2.4 receptions and 2.1 carries through eight games this season, but he has struggled to generate consistent results in such a small role. With just one touchdown through eight weeks, there isn't much upside to playing Moore against a tough Browns defense next Sunday.

  • Michael Wilson WR | ARI

Cardinals' Michael Wilson: Finishes second in team receiving

Wilson had four receptions on six targets for 58 yards in Sunday's 31-24 loss to Baltimore.

The Stanford product wound up finishing behind tight end Trey McBride (10-95-1) for the team lead in receiving yards. Wilson is quietly putting together a solid season with a 25-401-2 receiving line through eight weeks. Expect him to continue serving as the Cardinals No. 2 wideout while catching passes from Joshua Dobbs when Arizona goes on the road to face Cleveland in Week 9, but Kyler Murray (knee) could be back under center as soon as Week 10.

  • Broncos' Courtland Sutton: Nabs sixth TD in upset win

Sutton had two receptions on three targets for 29 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 24-9 win over Kansas City.

The Broncos' entire receiving corps saw a dip in volume Sunday as Russell Wilson attempted just 19 passes, and Sutton's two catches actually tied Jerry Jeudy for the team high. The good news for fantasy GMs is that both players were able to cash in touchdowns despite seeing fewer targets than usual. Sutton's late touchdown to seal the victory for his club was his sixth of the season, tying his previous best from 2019 in eight fewer games. The veteran receiver will now receive some extra recovery time as Denver enters its bye in Week 9, resuming play against the Bills on Monday Night Football in Week 10.
