Tre'Quan Smith WR | DET
Tre'Quan Smith: Reverts to practice squad
Smith reverted to the Broncos' practice squad Monday.
Smith played 10 offensive snaps versus the Chiefs on Sunday while filling in for Brandon Johnson (hamstring) but wasn't targeted at all. With Johnson now on injured reserve, Smith could be in line to be called up again following Denver's upcoming bye week.

Rashod Bateman WR | BAL
Ravens' Rashod Bateman: Showing signs of progress
Bateman caught both of his targets for 34 yards Sunday against the Cardinals and added an 18-yard rush.
Though the target volume remains underwhelming, Bateman is quietly turning a corner with his efficiency. In the three games since his tough outing against the Steelers in Week 5, Bateman has caught six of eight targets for 85 yards (10.6 YPT) and showed some burst after the catch in one instance Sunday. It's also worth noting that Bateman played 63 percent of the snaps Sunday, which was his highest mark since Week 3 when he tweaked his hamstring. A fully healthy Bateman improving his catch rate and explosiveness could pay fantasy dividends before too long. The Ravens host the Seahawks in Week 9.

Odell Beckham Jr. WR | NYG
Ravens' Odell Beckham: Shut out of box score Sunday
Beckham was held without a catch on four targets Sunday against the Cardinals.
Though the veteran was shut out in the box score, he made an impact on the game by drawing penalties that helped extend Ravens drives. That may not be much solace for fantasy managers, but it's still encouraging that he's drawing consistent targets, and he even had one in the end zone Sunday. He played 55 percent of the snaps -- which appears to be his normal role -- around a brief absence due to a stomach contusion, as he has played between 50 and 60 percent of the snaps in all but one game since Week 2. Beckham and the Ravens host the Seahawks in Week 9.

Austin Trammell WR | JAC
Rams' Austin Trammell: Sustains hip injury in loss
Head coach Sean McVay told reporters Monday that Trammell sustained a hip injury on a punt return in Sunday's 43-20 loss to the Cowboys, Stu Jackson of the Rams' official site reports.
Though it's unclear which punt play Trammell hurt his hip on, McVay noted that the wide receiver "should be okay." Trammell was signed to the Rams' active roster Oct. 7 after being elevated from their practice squad for three straight weeks and has operated mostly as a punt return specialist. His one punt return Sunday was for a five-yard loss.

DJ Chark WR | ATL
Panthers' DJ Chark: Makes two grabs
Chark caught two of four targets for 23 yards in Sunday's 15-13 win over the Texans.
Chark's production was on par with his recent performances, as he's topped three catches and 50 yards only once as a Panther. While top wideout Adam Thielen normally dominates the targets -- as was the case again Sunday -- rookie Jonathan Mingo flashed with four catches for 62 yards. Without consistent volume in a mostly underwhelming passing attack thus far, Chark's weekly value is fairly tepid besides the occasional touchdown.

Ray-Ray McCloud WR | NYG
49ers' Ray-Ray McCloud: Logs 29 snaps on offense Sunday
McCloud caught both of his targets for 43 yards in Sunday's 31-17 loss to Cincinnati.
McCloud finished third in playing time (49 percent) among 49ers wide receivers with his 29 snaps logged on offense against the Bengals. The 27-year-old finished as the only wideout to be targeted aside from Brandon Aiyuk (nine targets) on Sunday. With the 49ers' bye week on tap, there is a chance that Deebo Samuel (shoulder) returns against Jacksonville in Week 10. If that happens, McCloud would move back to primarily returning kicks after helping fill in for the injured star in recent weeks.

DeAndre Hopkins WR | BAL
Titans' DeAndre Hopkins: Dealing with toe issue
Hopkins was listed as limited on Monday's estimated practice report due to a toe injury, John Glennon of NashvillePost.com reports.
In the wake of his three-touchdown performance against the Falcons this past Sunday, Hopkins is tending to his second health concern of the season after dealing with an ankle issue Weeks 2-4. As a result, his status will be one to watch as the week goes on to get a sense of his availability for Thursday's game in Pittsburgh.

Olamide Zaccheaus WR | ATL
Eagles' Olamide Zaccheaus: Finishes with one catch
Zacchaeus pulled in one of his two targets for five yards in Sunday's win over Washington.
Zaccheaus remained the third wideout in the absence of Quez Watkins (hamstring), out-snapping recent addition Julio Jones by a 29-15 margin. Both receivers finished with just two targets and one reception, however. A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith combined for 15 catches, 229 yards and three scores, leaving little work for the rest of the receiving corps.

Julio Jones WR | PHI
Eagles' Julio Jones: Finds end zone
Jones was targeted twice in Sunday's win over Washington, finishing with one catch for eight yards and a touchdown.
Jones remains in a small role for the Eagles, playing 15 snaps this week after playing 16 in his season debut. The 34-year-old showed he still has value in the red zone, holding onto the ball through a big hit after Jalen Hurts found him in a tight window. The Eagles may have viewed him as a red-zone specialist when they elected to bring him in, which does boost his fantasy value, but his total volume of snaps and targets will likely remain low enough to make him unappealing in most leagues.

Rakim Jarrett WR | PIT
Buccaneers' Rakim Jarrett: Three targets in Week 8 loss
Jarrett secured one of three targets for nine yards in the Buccaneers' 24-18 loss to the Bills on Thursday.
The rookie's target tally was a new high-water mark for him over the first seven games of the season and marked his second straight contest drawing multiple looks in the passing game. Jarrett's snap count actually fell from a tally of 17 in Week 7 to 10 on Thursday, but he was still able to draw plenty of Baker Mayfield's attention during the latter game. Jarrett could be ascending into a timeshare at the No. 4 receiver spot with Deven Thompkins for all practical purposes, although that's still not a scenario very conductive to strong fantasy production in the Bucs' air attack.
