  • Michael Wilson WR | ARI

Cardinals' Michael Wilson: Status up in air for Week 9

Wilson (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday's contest in Cleveland, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.

Despite failing to practice in any capacity this week, Wilson has a chance to play Sunday through his shoulder issue. Such a decision will be made about 90 minutes before a 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff, making it easier to pivot to another option if he doesn't suit up. If that comes to pass, Marquise Brown, Rondale Moore, Zach Pascal and perhaps Greg Dortch (ankle) will be the Cardinals' primary options at wide receiver.

  • DeVante Parker WR | PHI

Patriots' DeVante Parker: Ruled out this week

Parker (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Commanders, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site reports.

Per Mike Reiss of ESPN.com, Parker was spotted at the media-access portion of Friday's practice, but he ended being listed as a non-participant and won't see Week 9 action. With Parker unavailable and Kendrick Bourne (knee) on IR, the Patriots' top current healthy WRs are Demario Douglas, JuJu Smith-Schuster and Jalen Reagor, with Tyquan Thornton (foot, questionable) -- if active -- and rookie Kayshon Boutte also candidates to get in the mix. Parker now will target a potential return to action Sunday, Nov. 12 against the Colts.

  • Josh Palmer WR | BUF

Chargers' Joshua Palmer: Still not practicing

Palmer (knee) isn't practicing Friday, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.

Palmer missed practice Thursday, so what the wideout is able to do Saturday, if anything, will be telling with regard to his chances of suiting up Monday night against the Jets. If Palmer ends being limited or out, though, rookie first-rounder Quentin Johnston would be slated to see added Week 9 opportunities alongside fellow WR Keenan Allen.

  • David Bell WR | CLE

Browns' David Bell: Won't play Sunday

Bell (knee) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com reports.

The second-year receiver out of Purdue recorded consecutive DNPs during practice Wednesday and Thursday, so it's not a surprise that he's been ruled out ahead of Sunday's contest. With Bell missing time, rookie wideout Cedric Tillman could see an uptick in work in Cleveland's offense.

  • Josh Downs WR | IND

Colts' Josh Downs: Officially questionable for Week 9

Downs (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Panthers.

Downs was added to the injury report after a limited practice Thursday, and the rookie wide receiver was limited again Friday. He has yet to miss a game in his brief NFL career, but that streak could be in jeopardy heading into Downs' ninth game, a 4:05 ET kickoff Sunday. Downs and Michael Pittman have accounted for the majority of the Colts' receiving production recently, with Downs contributing 315 receiving yards and two touchdowns over the past four games.

  • K.J. Osborn WR | TEN

Vikings' K.J. Osborn: Ready for Sunday

Osborn (chest) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game in Atlanta.

Osborn operated with a cap on his practice reps Wednesday and Thursday due to a chest injury, but it won't impact his availability for Week 9 action. The biggest question mark for Osborn moving forward is who will be throwing him passes in the weeks ahead after Kirk Cousins was lost for the season due to a torn Achilles. The Vikings are in line to start rookie fifth-rounder Jaren Hall on Sunday, but the team also acquired Joshua Dobbs from the Cardinals on Tuesday.

  • Giants' Wan'Dale Robinson: Will play versus Las Vegas

Robinson (knee) has no injury designation and is slated to play in Sunday's Week 9 game against the Raiders, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

Robinson was limited with the injury in practice Wednesday and Thursday but is slated to be out there Sunday as the Giants' slot man after practicing fully Friday. He could see increased targets in the middle of the field with Darren Waller (hamstring) out and possibly sidelined for multiple weeks.

  • Puka Nacua WR | LAR

Rams' Puka Nacua: Questionable for Week 9

Coach Sean McVay said Nacua (knee) will be listed as questionable for Sunday's contest at Green Bay, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.

Nacua is dealing with some swelling his knee in the wake of the Rams' Week 8 defeat in Dallas. As a result, he was limited in all three sessions of Week 9 prep, and his status will remain clouded until about 90 minutes before Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff. If Nacua is able to suit up, it's unclear who will be under center for L.A. with Matthew Stafford a game-time decision due to a sprained UCL in his right thumb. Brett Rypien will get the nod if Stafford is unable to go.

  • Panthers' Laviska Shenault: Ruled out for Week 9

Shenault (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's Week 9 game against the Colts.

Shenault also missed Week 8. The Panthers will be on a short week next week ahead of a Week 10 Thursday night date with the Bears, so Shenault might be eyeing that game for his return. He has just seven catches for 43 scoreless yards on the season, adding 12 carries for 55 yards as a rusher.

  • Richie James WR | KC

Chiefs' Richie James: Questionable for Week 9

James (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's Week 9 game against the Dolphins.

James remains on injured reserve but had his 21-day practice window opened Wednesday. The Chiefs likely aren't in a rush to activate James after recently acquiring Mecole Hardman from the Jets to serve as a depth wideout and return man.
