  • Xavier Gipson WR | NYG

Jets' Xavier Gipson: Cleared for Monday

Gipson (ankle) does not carry an injury designation into Monday's contest against the Chargers, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

Gipson hasn't been a featured member of the team's passing attack, but that could change depending on the status of Allen Lazard, who showed up on the final injury report with a knee injury and is currently listed as questionable. Gipson would slot in as the team's No. 3 target behind Garrett Wilson and Randall Cobb in the event Lazard does not play.

  • Allen Lazard WR | NYJ

Jets' Allen Lazard: Added to injury report

Lazard (knee) is listed as questionable for Monday's matchup against the Chargers, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

It's definitely troubling that Lazard was added to the Jets' final injury report Saturday after practicing fully earlier this week, but the team hasn't released any information at the moment that indicates the veteran's status is truly in jeopardy. Lazard has yet to tally more than three receptions in a single game this season, but he's been a reliable chain mover for quarterback Zach Wilson, and a potential absence would leave the team woefully young at wideout behind Garrett Wilson and Randall Cobb. Expect more information to surface regarding Lazard's status prior to Monday's 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff.

  • Kristian Wilkerson: Let go by Vegas

The Raiders waived Wilkerson on Saturday, Doug Kyed of the Boston Herald reports.

The third-year wide receiver appeared in two games for Las Vegas before getting waived, failing to record a stat on 42 offensive snaps. Wilkerson has recorded only four receptions for 42 yards and two touchdowns throughout his time in the NFL.

  • Cardinals' Andre Baccellia: Signed to active roster

The Cardinals signed Baccellia to their active roster Saturday.

Arizona waived Baccellia after the team's Week 8 loss to the Ravens, but he was brought back to the practice squad after clearing waivers, and he's now set to appear in his second consecutive game. The 26-year-old wideout played eight snaps and returned one kickoff for 22 yards in last week's contest.

  • Damiere Byrd WR | BUF

    Falcons' Damiere Byrd: Elevated Saturday

The Falcons promoted Byrd to their active roster Saturday, D. Orlando Ledbetter of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Atlanta added Byrd to its practice squad in mid-October, and with Drake London (groin) missing this Sunday's contest, he's been elevated to the team's active roster. The 30-year-old wideout's last in-game action came in 2022, when he recorded 268 yards in 14 appearances for the Falcons.

  • Josh Palmer WR | BUF

Chargers' Joshua Palmer: Won't play Monday

Palmer (knee) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Jets, Jeff Miller of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Palmer didn't log any reps in practice this week, so the Chargers' decision to rule him out for Monday's contest comes as little surprise. Rookie Quentin Johnston could end up seeing an expanded profile on offense sans Palmer, especially in the continued absence of Mike Williams (knee), who is out for the season. Along with Johnston and No. 1 wideout Keenan Allen, the Chargers could lean on a combination of Derius Davis and Simi Fehoko in three-receiver sets.

  • Jalen Nailor WR | LV

Vikings' Jalen Nailor: Activated off IR

Nailor (hamstring) was activated from injured reserve to the Vikings' 53-man roster Saturday.

It seems as if the 24-year-old wideout has moved past his hamstring issue, but he remains questionable ahead of Sunday's game in Atlanta. Nailor has primarily been a special teamer for the Vikings, recording only one offensive snap in two appearances on the season before his injury.

  • Stanley Morgan WR | TEN

    Bengals' Stanley Morgan: Elevated Saturday

The Bengals promoted Morgan from their practice squad Saturday, Charlie Goldsmith of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

The 27-year-old wideout has bounced back and forth from Cincinnati's active roster and practice squad over the past four years, and he'll likely add depth on special teams this Sunday. Morgan has appeared in 48 games throughout his career, recording only five receptions for 29 yards.

  • James Proche WR | TEN

    Browns' James Proche: Promoted Saturday

The Browns elevated Proche to their active roster ahead of Sunday's game against the Cardinals.

The fourth-year wideout has yet to appear in an NFL game this year, but he signed with Cleveland's practice squad earlier in the week and has been promoted ahead of Sunday's contest. Proche spent the last three seasons with Baltimore, recording 278 yards on 25 receptions.

  • Cedric Tillman WR | CLE

Browns' Cedric Tillman: Moves up depth chart again

Tillman is expected to be among the top four wideouts Sunday, with David Bell (knee) ruled out for the Week 9 matchup against the Cardinals.

Tillman, who has not been active the last three games, moved up the ladder twice this week. First, it was Donovan Peoples-Jones being traded to the Lions, then it was Bell's status for Week 9. It's an ideal week for Tillman, as the return of quarterback Deshaun Watson signals a more productive passing game. Marquise Goodwin is also expected to play a greater role and likely to get most of the snaps that had gone to Peoples-Jones in previous games.
