Philips recorded 15 receptions on 22 targets for 181 yards across nine games with the Titans in 2023. He also had 13 yards as a kick returner and 23 as a punt returner.

Philips had the chance to win the starting slot role during training camp, but he was sidelined by a knee injury and wasn't able to take the field until Week 5. He never really hit his stride from there, failing to play half of the offensive snaps in any game this season. However, he still managed to double the production from his rookie season and could see another modest uptick in his numbers in 2024 if he can remain healthy.

Kinsey recorded one reception on one target for six yards across six games for the Titans in 2023.

Kinsey completed his third season in the NFL, all of which have come with Tennessee. He failed to make the roster out of training camp but subsequently bounced between the active roster and practice squad. Overall, he played 25 offensive snaps and 21 on special teams, and he's likely to be in a battle for a roster spot once again in 2024 -- whether in Tennessee or elsewhere.

Moore recorded 22 receptions on 35 targets for 424 yards during the 2023 season with the Titans. He added two rushes for 39 yards.

Moore joined Tennessee in free agency after spending the past two seasons with Houston. He saw his target total cut in half, but he made the most of his chances by delivering nine receptions of at least 20 yards. Moore will head to the open market once again this offseason, and he should be able to find another short-term deal to work in a depth role around the league.

Gallup caught all six of his targets for 103 yards in Sunday's 48-32 wild-card loss to the Packers.

The 27-year-old wideout never topped 92 receiving yards during the regular season, but Gallup wound up being one of Dak Prescott's top targets in the second half after the Cowboys fell into a big hole early and had to air it out in a comeback attempt. On the campaign, Gallup didn't miss a game for the first time since 2020, but his 418 receiving yards in the regular season were a career low. He has three years and $32.5 million remaining on his current contract, but his declining role suggests he's a candidate to be cut or have his deal restructured in the offseason.

Lamb caught nine of 17 targets for 110 yards in Sunday's 48-32 wild-card loss to the Packers.

The NFL's receptions leader in 2023 barely made an impact in the first half as Dak Prescott struggled to move the offense, but Lamb wound up topping the Cowboys in receiving yards with a big, though futile, second half. The fourth-year wideout finished the regular season with a 135-1,749-12 line on 181 targets while adding 113 rushing yards and two more touchdowns on 14 carries, and assuming Prescott returns to Dallas, Lamb figures to come off the board very quickly in 2024 fantasy drafts.

Watson (hamstring) caught his lone target for nine yards in Sunday's 48-32 wild-card round win over the Cowboys.

Watson barely saw any involvement in the blowout win, as Romeo Doubs produced a career-high 151 receiving yards and caught one of Jordan Love's three touchdown passes, which were complemented by a trio of Aaron Jones touchdown runs. While Watson's hamstring injury probably won't keep him out of the divisional round in San Francisco, the injury still appears to be hampering the second-year wideout's effectiveness.

Doubs caught all six of his targets for 151 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 48-32 wild-card round win over the Cowboys.

Doubs' season high in receiving yards was 95, but he exceeded that mark in the first half alone with four catches on as many targets for 102 yards. He added a 46-yard catch in the third quarter, then put the cherry on top with a three-yard touchdown catch in the fourth. After setting a career high in receiving yards in his playoff debut and accounting for more than half of Jordan Love's 272 passing yards, Doubs will look to put up an encore performance on the road against the 49ers in the NFC divisional round.

Isabella was elevated to the active roster from the practice squad Sunday.

Isabella will receive his first opportunity with the Bills since Week 12 as the team prepares to take the field against the Steelers on Monday without Gabe Davis (knee). The former has been on Buffalo's practice squad since the season started, receiving two elevations, which resulted in just one snap on offense.

Thomas (knee) caught 39 of 64 targets for 448 yards and one touchdown in 10 games during the 2023 season.

For the fourth consecutive season, Thomas struggled to stay on the field due to injuries. The 30-year-old wideout appeared in double-digit games for the first time since his record-setting 2019 season, but he still missed the final seven contests of the year while on IR with a right knee injury. Thomas continued to put up similar numbers on a per-reception basis compared to the majority of his career, averaging 11.5 yards per catch. However, his overall production was curbed by the presence of Chris Olave, who has taken on a role as the Saints' No. 1 receiver since being selected in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft. Thomas finished with one fewer reception despite seeing nine more targets than his seven-game 2020 season, and he fell short of 500 receiving yards for the fourth straight season. He will enter the final season of his five-year, $96.25 million contract, and he is currently set to cost about $12.4 million against the Saints' cap in 2024.

Iosivas had five catches for 36 yards and two touchdowns in the Bengals' Week 18 win over the Browns. He finished his rookie season with 15 catches for 116 yards and four touchdowns, on 25 targets.

Iosivas wasn't used downfield much if at all this season, averaging a depth of target of only 8.1 yards. The Bengals' wide receiver room could undergo significant changes this offseason, however, and that could change Iosivas's role. Tyler Boyd is a free agent, and the Bengals have to decide Tee Higgins's future as well.
