Thomas (chest) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Eagles.

Thomas and Gabe Davis (shoulder) both carry questionable designations, while Christian Kirk (collarbone) is unsurprisingly ruled out due to what's expected to be a season-ending injury. Coach Doug Pederson said Friday that Thomas is less than 100 percent healthy and will be a game-time decision, per Mia O'Brien of 1010 XL Radio.

Zaccheaus (hamstring) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Giants, Ralph Vacchiano of Fox Sports reports.

Zaccheaus was a full participant Friday after logging limited practices the previous two days. He'll fill his usual role within a rotation-heavy Washington WR group in which Terry McLaurin is the only sure thing for a full-time role and steady targets each week.

Metcalf (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Rams, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.

Metcalf will miss his second straight game with an MCL sprain, but he at least has a good chance to avoid further absences with a bye week coming up after Sunday's divisional game. Jake Bobo took most of Metcalf's usual snaps in a Week 8 loss to the Bills but was targeted just once on 24 routes.

Hill (rest/foot) practiced fully Friday and doesn't have a designation for Sunday's contest at Buffalo, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

After sitting out Wednesday's session for rest purposes, Hill was listed as limited on Thursday's injury report with his lingering foot issue. Logging a full practice to end Week 9 prep has paved the way for him to be available. In Tua Tagovailoa's return to action this past Sunday against the Cardinals, Hill burst back onto the scene with six catches (on nine targets) for 72 yards.

Jeudy (knee) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Chargers, Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

Jeudy was a limited participant in practice Thursday and Friday, but he'll be available Sunday against the Chargers. Recent personnel developments in Cleveland seem to have elevated Jeudy's fantasy stock, as Amari Cooper (wrist) was traded to Buffalo and Jameis Winston replaced Deshaun Watson (Achilles) under center. Jeudy was held to one catch in the first game after Cooper was traded, but the former bounced back with 79 receiving yards Week 8 against the Ravens as Winston made his first start of the season.

Head coach Mike McDaniel told reporters Friday that he's being "cautious" with Cracraft's (upper body) timeline, suggesting he likely won't be activated from injured reserve ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Bills, Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports.

There was optimism that Cracraft would be able to return for Sunday's divisional matchup after he was designated to return from IR on Wednesday, but McDaniel's comments Friday indicate he's not expected to play. Cracraft's participation in practice throughout next week will likely be the best indication of whether he can return in Week 10, when the Dolphins play the Rams on Monday night.

Wilson (hip) is listed as questionable for Sunday's contest at Carolina, John Hendrix of SI.com reports.

Wilson managed a pair of limited practices to wrap up Week 9 prep after sitting out Wednesday's session due to a hip injury, giving him a chance to be available Sunday. Meanwhile, fellow WR Bub Means (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game. With Rashid Shaheed (knee) out for the season, Wilson would be among the options behind Chris Olave for snaps and targets if he's active along with Mason Tipton, Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Jermaine Jackson.

Means (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game in Carolina, John Hendrix of SI.com reports.

This was more or less expected after Means emerged from Week 8 action with a high-ankle sprain. With Means sidelined for at least one contest and Rashid Shaheed (knee) out for the season, the Saints' options at wide receiver behind Chris Olave are Mason Tipton, Cedrick Wilson (hip, questionable), Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Jermaine Jackson, while Equanimeous St. Brown, Kevin Austin and Dante Pettis are candidates to be elevated from the practice squad.

Chark (groin) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Browns.

Chark remains on injured reserve, but he has made progress in his recovery, as indicated by his ability to practice without limitations for the first time all season Thursday. He would first need to be officially activated from injured reserve in order to make his season debut Sunday. Chark's 21-day window to return from IR was opened Oct. 16, so the Chargers still have the option of holding him out Sunday and activating him prior to facing the Titans in Week 10.

Rams coach Sean McVay said Friday that he "wouldn't bet against" Nacua (knee) playing Sunday at Seattle, even though the wideout will miss Friday's practice and be listed as questionable for the game, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.

McVay also said there's nothing structurally wrong with Nacua's knee, noting that the wideout merely banged it on the ground during Thursday's practice, per Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic. That's not as reassuring as it might otherwise be, given that Nacua missed five games with a PCL injury after hitting his knee on the ground during a Week 1 contest, but it does seem the Rams are maintaining hope for him to play in an important divisional game this Sunday. "My expectation is [Nacua]'s going to do everything in his power to be ready to roll," McVay said. "That's the mindset that we have."
