Simi Fehoko WR | ARI
Chargers' Simi Fehoko: Suiting up Monday
Fehoko (shoulder/groin) is listed as active Monday at Arizona.
After opening Week 7 prep dealing with shoulder and groin injuries, Fehoko got back to full practice participation Friday and Saturday. He'll mix in at wide receiver for the Chargers along with Brenden Rice and Jalen Reagor behind Joshua Palmer and Ladd McConkey. In five appearances this season, Fehoko has hauled in three of seven targets for 61 yards.

Devontez Walker WR | BAL
Ravens' Devontez Walker: Set for NFL debut
Walker is active for Monday's contest against the Buccaneers, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Walker will be active for the first time this season after the Ravens selected him in the fourth round of the 2024 NFL Draft. The wide receiver will operate as a depth option behind the likes of Zay Flowers, Rashod Bateman and Nelson Agholor versus Tampa Bay.

Derius Davis WR | LAC
Chargers' Derius Davis: Unavailable for MNF
Davis (hamstring) is inactive for Monday night's contest against the Cardinals.
Davis popped up on Saturday's injury report with a hamstring issue and he'll ultimately be forced to miss the team's matchup with Arizona. In his absence, Jalen Reagor is a candidate to see extra work as a kick returner and punt returner in Week 7.
-
Ladd McConkey WR | LAC
Chargers' Ladd McConkey: Suiting up Monday
McConkey (hip) is active for Monday night's game against the Cardinals.
The rookie is in position to be a key target for Justin Herbert after catching nine of 15 targets for 110 yards and a TD over his last two outings. With Quentin Johnston (ankle) inactive, Joshua Palmer also should see his share of opportunities alongside McConkey, with Simi Fehoko, Brenden Rice and Jalen Reagor also available to mix in.
-
Quentin Johnston WR | LAC
Chargers' Quentin Johnston: Sitting out Monday
Johnston (ankle) is inactive for Monday night's contest against the Cardinals.
In Johnston's absence versus Arizona, look for Ladd McConkey and Joshua Palmer to lead the Chargers' receiving corps, with Simi Fehoko mixing in and Brenden Rice and Jalen Reagor available in reserve. Johnston's next chance to suit up for game action will arrive Sunday against the Saints.

Chris Conley WR | SF
49ers' Chris Conley: Dealing with ankle sprain
Conley suffered an ankle sprain in Sunday's 28-18 loss to Kansas City, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
Conley played 44 of the team's 63 offensive snaps in the contest, failing to reel in either of his targets while picking up an apparent ankle sprain in the process. The wide receiver is considered to be day-to-day with the injury for the time being, according to head coach Kyle Shanahan. With Brandon Aiyuk (knee) done for the season, and Deebo Samuel (illness) dealing with pneumonia, Conley, Ricky Pearsall and Jauan Jennings (hip) could all step into prominent roles Week 8 against Dallas if available.

Deebo Samuel WR | WAS
49ers' Deebo Samuel: Has pneumonia, lacks return timeline
Head coach Kyle Shanahan said Monday that Samuel has been diagnosed with pneumonia and doesn't have a timeline for when he'll be available again, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
Samuel attempted to play through an illness Sunday against the Chiefs but ultimately was limited to four offensive snaps before he was ruled out after halftime. Shanahan also relayed that Samuel is in the hospital, and with Brandon Aiyuk suffering season-ending ACL and MCL tears in his right knee Sunday, Jauan Jennings tending to a hip issue and Chris Conley sustaining a sprained ankle Week 7, Ricky Pearsall, Jacob Cowing and Ronnie Bell are the healthy options at wide receiver for the 49ers at the moment.
-
Trey Palmer WR | NO
Buccaneers' Trey Palmer: Active in Week 7
Palmer (concussion) is active for Monday's game against the Ravens.
Palmer has suffered and recovered from two concussions over the last two months, missing Weeks 5 and 6 in the process. Even before his most recent absence, though, he gathered in only four of six targets for 45 yards and one touchdown in four appearances this season. Working in a receiving corps with Mike Evans and Chris Godwin doesn't leave much in terms of passes from QB Baker Mayfield for others, but Palmer at least will be back in action Monday, vying with Jalen McMillan and Sterling Shepard for looks behind the top duo.

Brandon Aiyuk WR | SF
49ers' Brandon Aiyuk: Torn ACL, MCL confirmed
Head coach Kyle Shanahan confirmed Monday that Aiyuk sustained tears to the ACL and MCL in his right knee during Sunday's loss to the Chiefs, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
Aiyuk will undergo surgery and miss the remainder of the season, ending it with 25 catches (on 47 targets) for 374 yards and no touchdowns in seven games. With Deebo Samuel suffering from pneumonia, Jauan Jennings dealing with a hip issue and Chris Conley tending to a sprained ankle, the 49ers' current healthy wide receivers on the active roster are Ricky Pearsall, Jacob Cowing and Ronnie Bell.

Jahan Dotson WR | ATL
Eagles' Jahan Dotson: No catches in big win
Dotson finished with zero catches on one target in Sunday's 28-3 win over the Giants.
The Eagles were in control for most of the game and had enough success on the ground (269 yards) that they barely needed to rely on their passing attack, with Jalen Hurts throwing for just 114 yards on 14 attempts. The Eagles rested their starters in the fourth quarter, and while that meant more time on the field for Dotson, the team continued to rely on the ground game, with backup quarterback Kenny Pickett attempting just a single pass.
