  • Tutu Atwell WR | MIA

Rams' Tutu Atwell: One catch in Week 8 win

Atwell secured one of two targets for 18 yards in the Rams' 30-20 win over the Vikings on Thursday night.

With Puka Nacua (knee) and Cooper Kupp (ankle) both returning from multi-game absences Thursday, Atwell predictably saw his opportunities narrow considerably. The fourth-year speedster had generated a 20-284-0 line on 30 targets over the previous four games, but he figures to continue in a hard-to-trust reserve role when the Rams face off with the Seahawks on the road in a Week 9 divisional battle on Sunday, Nov. 3.

  • Jordan Addison WR | MIN

Vikings' Jordan Addison: Another disappointing effort

Addison brought in two of three targets for 22 yards in the Vikings' 30-20 loss to the Rams on Thursday night.

Addison was once again a bit player in the air attack, with the likes of Aaron Jones, Josh Oliver and Jalen Nailor all recording the same amount of receptions as the second-year wideout. Addison hasn't topped three receptions or 72 yards in any game this season, and he's now logged four or fewer targets in four of five contests. Addison's next opportunity to revert to his 2023 production comes in a favorable Week 9 home matchup against the Colts on Sunday night, Nov. 3.

  • Rams' Demarcus Robinson: Surprises with two TDs in win

Robinson secured two of three targets for 35 yards and two touchdowns in the Rams' 30-20 win over the Vikings on Thursday night.

Robinson was third in receptions and receiving yards on the night for the Rams, but he maximized his two catches by recording key touchdown grabs of 25 and 10 yards in the third and fourth quarters, respectively, erasing a three-point deficit with the first and extending a one-point lead with the second. Robinson had mustered modest production during the absences of Cooper Kupp (ankle) and Puka Nacua (knee), so it was somewhat ironic his first multi-touchdown game since Week 2 of the 2019 season unfolded in the duo's return to action. Despite the success Thursday, Robinson will be difficult to rely on in a Week 9 road matchup against the Seahawks on Sunday, Nov. 3.

  • Cooper Kupp WR | SEA

Rams' Cooper Kupp: Five catches in return

Kupp (ankle) brought in five of eight targets for 51 yards and a touchdown in the Rams' 30-20 win over the Vikings on Thursday night.

Kupp was second to fellow returnee Puka Nacua (knee) across the board in his receiving line, but the former was the only one of the two to find the end zone. Kupp recorded a seven-yard touchdown grab early in the second quarter, the second score of his injury-shortened campaign. Provided trade rumors that have been circulating about Kupp prove inaccurate, the veteran wideout should once again be in for a key role during a Week 9 road matchup against the division-rival Seahawks on Sunday, Nov. 3.

  • Puka Nacua WR | LAR

Rams' Puka Nacua: Stellar in return to action

Nacua (knee) secured seven of nine targets for 106 yards and rushed twice for five yards in the Rams' 30-20 win over the Vikings on Thursday night.

Nacua didn't miss a beat in his return from a five-game absence, serving as the team leader in receptions, receiving yards and targets. Nacua was involved quickly, as he was the target on the Rams' first play from scrimmage and recorded a 13-yard grab on the second play, as well as a 21-yard catch later in the drive. The second-year wideout appears back to full health and conditioning clearly doesn't seem to be an issue, making Nacua an elite fantasy asset heading into a Week 9 road matchup against the Seahawks on Sunday, Nov. 3.

  • Vikings' Justin Jefferson: Eclipses century mark in loss

Jefferson secured eight of nine targets for 115 yards in the Vikings' 30-20 loss to the Rams on Thursday night.

Jefferson comfortably paced the Vikings in receptions, receiving yards and targets on the night while generating his second 100-yard effort of the season. The catch total also was a season high for Jefferson, who had one of the highlights of the night for either club when he made a one-handed, contested juggling grab of 27 yards down the left sideline that took the ball down to the Rams' four-yard line. Jefferson next draws an enticing matchup against a vulnerable Colts secondary during a Week 9 home matchup on Sunday night, Nov. 3.

  • Derius Davis WR | LAC

Chargers' Derius Davis: Back-to-back DNPs to start week

Davis (hamstring) did not participate in Thursday's practice, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.

Davis missed Monday's game against the Cardinals due to a hamstring injury, and his consecutive DNPs to open the week don't bode well for his chances of playing Sunday against the Saints. The 2023 fourth-round pick will have one more chance to return to practice Friday ahead of the final injury report of the week.

  • Saints' Cedrick Wilson: No practice Thursday

    Wilson (hip) didn't practice Thursday.

After logging a limited session Wednesday due to a hip injury, Wilson didn't mix into drills at all one day later, which is a somewhat worrisome sign in advance of the weekend. Friday's practice could be telling for his odds to suit up Sunday at the Chargers, but if he ends up being available, he'd help to fill the void left behind by Rashid Shaheed, who is out for the season following meniscus surgery.

  • Steven Sims WR | ARI

Texans' Steven Sims: Logs full practice Thursday

Sims (back) was a full practice participant Thursday.

Sims was unable to play in Week 7 against the Packers due to a back injury. He was held out of practice Wednesday, but he was able to practice without restrictions Thursday. Unless he suffers a setback, Sims should be good to go for Sunday's AFC South clash against Indianapolis. Sims has logged 89 kick-return yards and 56 punt-return yards across five regular-season games this year.

  • Puka Nacua WR | LAR

Rams' Puka Nacua: Back in action in Week 8

Nacua (knee) is listed as active Thursday against the Vikings, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.

Nacua missed the entire preseason slate due to a bursa sac issue, and while he was able to suit up Week 1 in Detroit, he aggravated the injury in that contest and landed on injured reserve. He officially was diagnosed with a PCL sprain in his right knee, which sidelined him for the Rams' next five games, but he was designated for return from IR on Tuesday, logged back-to-back limited sessions and then was activated Thursday, paving the way for his return to action. Cooper Kupp (ankle) also will be making his first appearance since Week 2, but he likely will be the Rams' leading pass catcher considering he was listed as full on all three of the team's Week 8 practice reports. Meanwhile, Nacua very well may be operating on some sort of snap count Thursday.
