  • Zach Ertz TE | WAS

Commanders' Zach Ertz: Three grabs in Week 3 win

Ertz caught all three of his targets for 38 yards in Sunday's 41-24 win over the Raiders.

The veteran tight end tied Terry McLaurin (quadriceps) and Luke McCaffrey for the team lead in receptions, as the Commanders did most of their damage on the ground with Marcus Mariota at quarterback instead of Jayden Daniels (knee). Ertz also saw his two-game TD streak end, and he sports a 12-128-2 line on 16 targets to begin the season. If Daniels is able to return in Week 4 against the Falcons, Ertz seems likely to have his target volume perk back up.

  • Tucker Kraft TE | GB

Packers' Tucker Kraft: Quiet in Week 3 loss

Kraft (knee) secured three of four targets for 29 yards in the Packers' 13-10 loss to the Browns on Sunday.

The knee injury Kraft suffered in Thursday's practice didn't prevent the talented tight end from suiting up, but the Packers' passing game as a whole was frequently overwhelmed by a ferocious Browns defense that brought Jordan Love down five times and picked him off once. Kraft's totals were in stark contrast to his breakout 6-124-1 line against the Commanders in Week 2, but he'll likely be healthier when the Packers pay a visit to the Cowboys for a Week 4 showdown next Sunday night.

  • Bears' Colston Loveland: Injures hip in Week 3

Loveland suffered a hip injury during Sunday's game against the Cowboys..

Loveland spent a lengthy spell in the sideline medical tent in the second quarter before going to the locker room. Prior to his exit, he had one catch (on three targets) for 31 yards. Cole Kmet will take on greater significance in the Bears offense for as long as Loveland is sidelined.

  • Brock Bowers TE | LV

Raiders' Brock Bowers: Modest volume against Washington

Bowers caught four of five targets for 38 yards in Sunday's 41-24 loss to the Commanders.

The second-year tight end had a second straight quiet performance after picking up a minor knee injury in Week 1. Despite lacking the explosiveness that led to a record-setting rookie season, Bowers has still remained a big part of the Raiders' passing game and has at least four catches in three straight contests, leading to a 14-179-0 line on 21 targets. With the knee issue further behind him, Bowers could roar back to life in Week 4 against a Bears defense that has been one of the worst units in the NFL to begin the year.

  • Hunter Henry TE | NE

Patriots' Hunter Henry: Two TDs in Week 3 loss

Henry caught eight of 11 targets for 90 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 21-14 loss to the Steelers.

The veteran tight end's connection with QB Drake Maye was just about the only thing working for the Patriots on the afternoon. No other New England player caught more than four passes (Mack Hollins) or had more than 38 receiving yards (Rhamondre Stevenson), and the backfield combined to lose an incredible four fumbles -- two by Stevenson, and one each by Maye and Antonio Gibson. Henry will take 13-165-2 line on 22 targets through three games into a Week 4 meeting with a Panthers defense that has looked vulnerable to TEs so far.

  • Noah Fant TE | CIN

Bengals' Noah Fant: Done for the day

Fant (concussion) won't return to Sunday's game against the Vikings.

Fant ends his Sunday with five catches (on five targets) for 26 yards and a lost fumble, and he will now look to gain medical clearance ahead of the Bengals' Sept. 29 game against the Broncos. For the remainder of Week 3's contest, Mike Gesicki, Drew Sample and Cam Grandy are the team's available TEs.

  • Noah Fant TE | CIN

Bengals' Noah Fant: Exits Sunday's game

Fant left Sunday's game against the Vikings with a possible concussion.

Prior to that, Fant caught all five of his targets for 26 yards. With Fant sidelined, Mike Gesicki, Drew Sample and Cam Grandy are available to handle the Bengals' TE duties versus Minnesota.

  • Panthers' Ja'Tavion Sanders: Exits early with ankle injury

Sanders sustained an ankle injury during Sunday's game versus the Falcons, David Newton of ESPN.com reports.

Sanders was being attended to by team trainers before the Panthers tagged him as questionable to return early in the fourth quarter. He hauled in both of his targets for 11 yards prior to his departure.

  • Tip Reiman TE | ARI

Cardinals' Tip Reiman: Set to return Week 3

Reiman (foot) is active for Sunday's clash against San Francisco.

Reiman missed Arizona's Week 2 win over Carolina due to a foot injury, but he was able to log a trio of limited practices this week and has been cleared to suit up against the 49ers. He'll likely serve as the Cardinals' No. 2 tight end but may not see many looks in the passing game behind star TE Trey McBride.

  • Raiders' Michael Mayer: Won't return Sunday

Mayer (concussion) won't return to Sunday's game against the Commanders.

Upon his exit from the contest, Mayer was reported by the team as being evaluated for a head injury and questionable to return. Now that it's been confirmed that the tight end sustained a concussion, he'll need to advance through the NFL's concussion protocol in order to have a chance to suit up next Sunday against the Bears.
