  • Mark Andrews TE | BAL

Ravens' Mark Andrews: Moves to IR

The Ravens placed Andrews (ankle) on injured reserve Saturday.

Andrews cracked his left fibula and injured a ligament in his left ankle during last Thursday's win over the Bengals and underwent surgery earlier this week. Though that made his move to IR inevitable, coach John Harbaugh indicated that there is "an outside chance" the star tight end could return before the end of the season, per Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com. With Andrews out for the foreseeable future, Isaiah Likely will get an opportunity to take on a significant role in Baltimore's offense.

  • Parker Hesse TE | DET

Falcons' Parker Hesse: Elevated for Sunday

The Falcons elevated Hesse to the active roster Saturday, Terrin Waack of the team's official site reports.

Hesse was restored to the Falcons' practice squad Monday after being placed on the injured list Oct. 3 with an undisclosed injury. His one appearance came in the season opener, when he played 14 snaps and recorded one solo tackle against the Panthers.

  • Noah Togiai TE | PHI

Eagles' Noah Togiai: Promoted to active roster

The Eagles elevated Togiai to the active roster Saturday.

Togiai was cut from the Raiders' practice squad Oct. 24 after landing on the practice squad injured list with an undisclosed issue. He joined the Eagles' taxi squad Nov. 14 and could make his 2023 debut Sunday against the Bills, as fellow tight ends Dallas Goedert (forearm) and Grant Calcaterra (ankle) have been ruled out for the game.

  • T.J. Hockenson TE | MIN

Vikings' T.J. Hockenson: Clear to play Week 12

Hockenson (ribs) does not have an injury status for Monday's game against the Bears.

Hockenson practiced in full Saturday after beginning the week with a pair of limited sessions. He's been dealing with an injury to his ribs since early November, but the issue hasn't caused him to miss any games. Hockenson leads NFL tight ends with 75 catches and 736 receiving yards on the campaign, and he's also notched four touchdowns.

  • Chargers' Hunter Kampmoyer: Bumped to active roster

The Chargers elevated Kampmoyer to the active roster Saturday.

This is the first time Kampmoyer has been elevated this season. He joined the Chargers' practice squad Aug. 30 after being cut by the team two days prior ahead of the 53-man roster deadline. Kampmoyer's elevation comes as an insurance policy, with Gerald Everett (chest) listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Ravens.

  • Jeremy Ruckert TE | NYJ

Jets' Jeremy Ruckert: Two catches in Week 12 loss

Ruckert caught two of four targets for 18 yards in Friday's 34-13 loss to the Dolphins.

Ruckert finished one target and 15 yards shy of Tyler Conklin's totals, while fellow tight end C.J. Uzomah went without a target. With four targets in each of the last two games, Ruckert has established himself as the team's No. 2 tight end behind Conklin, and Ruckert, a 2022 third-round draft pick, could see his role grow further down the stretch given the Jets' stated desire to get young skill position players more involved.

  • Eagles' Grant Calcaterra: Won't play Week 12

Calcaterra (ankle) has been ruled out of Sunday's game against Buffalo.

Calcaterra hurt his ankle during the third quarter of last Monday's win over Kansas City and didn't return. He wasn't able to practice in any capacity during Week 12 prep, so it's not surprising that he's been ruled out ahead of Sunday's contest. Dallas Goedert (forearm) has also been deemed out for the matchup with the Bills, so Jack Stoll should lead the Eagles' tight end corps, with Albert Okwuegbunam likely seeing some action as well.

  • Henry Pearson: Heads back to practice squad

The Packers reverted Pearson to their practice squad Friday.

Pearson was called up for Week 12 against the Lions with Josiah Deguara (hip) ruled out for the Thanksgiving game. Pearson played 13 snaps -- two on offense, 11 on special teams -- while not recording a stat. If Deguara is unable to suit up for Week 13, Pearson could be elevated to the active roster for the second straight week.

  • Nick Vannett TE | LAR

Chargers' Nick Vannett: Missing Week 12

Vannett (concussion) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Ravens.

The veteran tight end was held out of practice all week with a concussion, so it's not a surprise that he'll be inactive for Week 12's contest. Vannett has appeared in three games with the Chargers since signing with the team's active roster in early November, playing 59 total snaps (34 offensive and 25 on special teams).

  • Tyler Conklin TE | DET

Jets' Tyler Conklin: Four catches in Week 12 loss

Conklin caught four of five targets for 33 yards in Friday's 34-13 loss to the Dolphins.

Conklin finished second behind Garrett Wilson (44) in receiving yards and third behind Wilson (10) and Breece Hall (nine) in targets, as the Jets' offense looked no better in Tim Boyle's first start of 2023 under center. Wide receiver Allen Lazard was a healthy inactive after his recent issues with drops, so Conklin is the clear No. 3 option behind Wilson and Hall in New York's struggling offense heading into a Week 13 home game against the Falcons.
