Julian Hill TE | NE
Dolphins' Julian Hill: DNP on Wednesday
Hill (shoulder) didn't practice Wednesday, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
The Campbell product sustained a shoulder injury in Miami's Week 8 loss to the Cardinals, so it's no surprise he's missing Wednesday's practice. Hill will likely need to upgrade to at least limited participation either Thursday or Friday to have a chance at playing in Week 9, when the Dolphins travel to Buffalo.

Juwan Johnson TE | NO
Saints' Juwan Johnson: Remains limited by shoulder issue
Johnson was a limited participant at Wednesday's practice due to a shoulder injury, John Hendrix of SI.com reports.
For a second week in a row, Johnson is tending to a shoulder concern, but on a positive note, the Saints didn't include any mention of the head injury that he was evaluated for during this past Sunday's 26-8 loss to the Chargers. He'll thus aim to return to full participation Thursday and/or Friday and sidestep a designation ahead of Sunday's game at Carolina.

Dallas Goedert TE | PHI
Eagles' Dallas Goedert: Remains sidelined for practice
Goedert (hamstring) isn't practicing Wednesday, Andrew DiCecco of InsideTheBirds.com reports.
Goedert missed the past two games and is in danger of missing a third when the Eagles host the Jaguars this Sunday. Grant Calcaterra has filled in as the Eagles' primary pass-catching tight end in Goedert's absence and would be headed for another start if Goedert can't play Week 9.

Tommy Tremble TE | CAR
Panthers' Tommy Tremble: Misses practice Wednesday
Tremble (back) didn't practice Wednesday.
Tremble was able to return from a lingering back injury for Carolina's loss to the Broncos in Week 8, a game in which he secured two of three targets for 13 yards. The veteran tight end saw more opportunities than rookie Ja'Tavion Sanders, but neither were significantly involved in the passing game with Bryce Young under center. Tremble will look to get healthy in time for Sunday's game against New Orleans and build further rapport with Young, who has been named the team's Week 9 starter over a healthy Andy Dalton (thumb).
-
Dawson Knox TE | BUF
Bills' Dawson Knox: Two catches in win
Knox caught both of his targets for 50 yards in Sunday's 31-10 win over the Seahawks.
Knox's two receptions and 50 yards in Sunday's matchup against the Seahawks were both season highs for the veteran. The 27-year-old tight end finished the game tied with Dalton Kincaid in offensive snaps (41), but the latter had the more productive fantasy day, catching four of seven targets for 31 yards and a touchdown. With Kincaid continuing to see the majority of targets at tight end, Knox is best ignored for fantasy purposes. The Bills are set to host the Dolphins in Week 9.
-
Payne Durham TE | TB
Buccaneers' Payne Durham: No targets in return
Durham did not see a target during the Buccaneers' 31-26 loss to the Falcons on Sunday.
Durham logged 11 snaps on offense and another one special teams in his return from a one-game absence due to a calf injury. The 24-year-old has only one reception over his first seven games, and even the absences of Mike Evans (hamstring) and Chris Godwin (IR, ankle) could spur further involvement for the second-year tight end.
-
Noah Gray TE | KC
Chiefs' Noah Gray: Season-high snap share in Week 8
Gray hauled in all three of his targets for 23 yards during Sunday's 27-20 victory against the Raiders.
Gray continues to see significant work and has posted a combined seven catches for 89 yards over the last two weeks after compiling only 10 catches over the first five games to open the year. He's also seen a spike in playing time as the Chiefs run more two-tight end sets. Gray likely remains off the radar in most redraft formats but could be worth consideration in some dynasty formats as the heir apparent to the lead tight end role when Travis Kelce calls it quits.
-
Erick All TE | CIN
Bengals' Erick All: Two catches against Eagles
All caught both his targets for 32 yards in Sunday's Week 8 loss to the Eagles. He played 24 snaps on offense.
The rookie tight end was out-snapped by Mike Gesicki (31), who was also more active in the passing game. All's blocking advantage over Gesicki was negated by the game script in the second half, once the Bengals fell behind in the third quarter. The situation could be more favorable for All in Week 9 against the Raiders.

Theo Johnson TE | NYG
Giants' Theo Johnson: Draws four targets in Week 8
Johnson secured three of four targets for 35 yards in Monday's loss to the Steelers.
Johnson didn't have a pass thrown his way in Week 7 versus Philadelphia, but he got back on track with his second-highest yardage total of the season on Monday Night Football. The bulk of his production came on New York's final drive, as he caught a 25-yard pass from Daniel Jones with just over a minute remaining in the game, then nabbed a three-yard reception on the next play. Those catches came as the Giants attempted to march down the field and tie the score, but a Jones interception squelched any hope of a comeback. Johnson ended up logging a season-high 97 percent of the team's offensive snaps in the loss, and with at least three catches and at least 30 receiving yards in three of his past four games, he's built some fantasy intrigue in deeper leagues.

Pat Freiermuth TE | PIT
Steelers' Pat Freiermuth: Held in check Monday
Freiermuth secured both of his targets for 19 yards during Monday's 26-18 win over the Giants.
Freiermuth tallied 51 receiving yards in Week 7, his first time catching passes from Russell Wilson, but he had less success the next game and was held under 20 receiving yards for just the second time this season. Freiermuth recorded multiple receptions in each of the first eight games of the season, but he's been held to just two touchdowns and has failed to top 25 receiving yards in three of the last four contests. The 26-year-old has secured 26 of 31 targets for 264 yards and two touchdowns over the first eight games of the season.
