The 49ers signed Pline (undisclosed) to a reserve/future contract Monday.

Pline first latched on with the 49ers as an undrafted free agent in May. He was waived just before the start of the regular season but then rejoined the organization as part of the practice squad. Pline was placed on the practice-squad injured list due to an undisclosed issue in mid-December but now appears to be past that issue. He'll have the opportunity to compete for a roster spot during training camp next summer.

Lewis played in 17 games for the Bears during the 2024 season, catching is lone target for two yards.

Lewis played 20 percent of the snaps, though he was primarily used as a blocker. The veteran will be an unrestricted free agent who will turn 41 years old this offseason. If Lewis chooses to sign with a team, he'll likely resume a similar role to the one that afforded him just 13 targets over the last three years.

Wilson signed a reserve/future contract with the Bears on Monday, Chris Emma of 670TheScore.com reports.

Wilson spent time with the Giants' organization this season before finding his way to the Bears' practice squad in late October. The 24-year-old has also previously spent time with the Packers, Bills and Saints but has yet to find his way onto a 53-man roster.

Kuntz signed a reserve/future contract with the Jets on Monday.

The 25-year-old joined the Jets' practice squad after failing to make the 53-man roster in late August. Kuntz was elevated to New York's active roster for the Week 15 win over the Jaguars, failing to record a stat over seven total snaps. He's expected to compete for a depth spot in the Jets' tight-end room throughout the offseason.

The Titans signed Odukoya to a reserve/future contract Monday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.

Odukoya bounced around between the Titans' active roster and practice squad this season, appearing in three games and primarily contributing on special teams (35 of 36 total snaps on special teams). The Eastern Michigan product is expected to compete for a depth role in Tennessee's tight-end corps as the team begins its offseason.

The Cardinals signed Seikovits to a reserve/future contract Monday, Tyler Drake of ArizonaSports.com reports.

Seikovits has spent the majority of the last four years with Arizona as part of the NFL's International Player Pathway Program, and he'll remain with the Cardinals after agreeing to a new deal Monday. The Austrian has yet to appear in an NFL game but will now have the opportunity to compete for a spot on the Cardinals' active roster for the 2025 season.

Moreau, who suffered a knee injury in Sunday's loss to the Buccaneers, will have to undergo surgery, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.

Moreau was carted off the field after sustaining a blow to his leg late in Sunday's matchup. It's still unclear what the injury he suffered is, or if he is in danger of missing any time next season. The 27-year-old still has one year left on his contract, although there is likely no guarantee he'll be in a Saints uniform next season.

Bellinger reeled in both of his targets for nine yards Sunday in a 20-13 loss to Philadelphia. He finished the regular season with 14 receptions (on 17 targets) for 125 yards and no touchdowns.

Bellinger ended the campaign in quiet fashion, recording less than 10 receiving yards in each of his final three games. The third-year pro looked as though he could take over the role as New York's No. 1 tight end after Darren Waller's offseason retirement, but that spot atop the pecking order ultimately was claimed by rookie fourth-round pick Theo Johnson until he landed on IR with a foot injury in early December. Bellinger did step in as the starter after Johnson's injury and posted eight catches for 80 yards in his first two games thereafter before the three-game fade. The organization seems to be high on Johnson, who was fairly productive after gaining his footing in the league, so Bellinger figures to move back to the No. 2 role next season in what will be the final year of his rookie contract.

Whyle recorded five receptions (on seven targets) for 29 yards in Sunday's 23-14 loss to the Texans. He also converted a two-point conversion.

Chig Okonkwo was on the injury report with an abdominal injury during the week and played very limited snaps. That created additional opportunity for Whyle, who logged a career-best 37 snaps and seven targets. He converted that into only 29 yards, though it was still a positive close to the season. Whyle took a significant step forward in 2024, and he should be in line to work alongside Okonkwo more frequently in two tight-end sets in 2025.

Ferguson caught two of four targets for 12 yards in Sunday's loss to the Commanders.

The third-year tight end had a quiet end to a disappointing season, failing to top 40 receiving yards or score a TD in any of his last seven appearances dating back to Week 10. Ferguson dealt with injuries in 2024 but also was a victim of a loss effectiveness for the Cowboys offense, particularly after Dak Prescott (hamstring) was lost for the season. After posting a 71-761-5 line during a breakout 2023, Ferguson slid back to 59 catches (on 86 targets) for 494 yards and zero touchdowns in 2024. He currently has one year left on his rookie contract, which should ensure he heads into next season at the top of the depth chart, but Luke Schoonmaker could take on a bigger role as a pass catcher and cut into Ferguson's volume in 2025.
