Ricky Seals-Jones TE | IND
Cardinals' Ricky Seals-Jones: Promoted to active roster
Seals-Jones was promoted to the team's active roster Monday, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
With Jermaine Gresham (ribs) still questionable for Monday's game against the Cowboys, Seals-Jones will add some depth to the temporary depth to the tight end position. Regardless of whether Gresham is active or not, Seals-Jones is not expected to play much of a role in the team's offense Monday night or any time this season.

Dwayne Allen TE | NE
Patriots' Dwayne Allen: Logs 17 snaps Sunday
Allen was on the field for 17 of the Patriots' 65 snaps on offense in Sunday's 36-33 win over the Texans.
Allen was targeted twice Sunday, but he remains without a catch through the Patriots' first three games. While it's conceivable that he may have occasional fantasy-worthy outbursts in the coming weeks, he's not a high-percentage play as long as fellow tight end Rob Gronkowski remains healthy enough to log a heavy workload.
-
Jimmy Graham TE | NO
Seahawks' Jimmy Graham: Hauls in seven passes
Graham (ankle) caught seven of 11 passes for 72 yards during Sunday's 33-27 loss to Tennessee.
The veteran tight end nursed an ankle injury last week, but fully practiced Friday and turned in a respectable fantasy showing Sunday. After two poor performances to start the season (four receptions for just nine yards), it was reassuring for owners that he was heavily involved in the passing attack. While the Seattle offense still has some concerns, a soft home matchup against the Colts is up next in Week 4, so Graham is positioned to have another strong outing.

Phillip Supernaw TE | TEN
Titans' Phillip Supernaw: One catch in Week 3
Supernaw caught his lone target for three yards in Sunday's 33-27 win over Seattle.
The blocking tight end will remain a fantasy non-factor even if Tennessee gets hit by the injury bug at the position. Supernaw's totals of eight catches for 97 yards in 35 games with the Titans equate to one strong performance from starting tight end Delanie Walker.
-
Jonnu Smith TE | GB
Titans' Jonnu Smith: Scores again in Week 3
Smith hauled in a 24-yard touchdown on one of his two targets in Sunday's 33-27 win over the Seahawks.
Tennessee's tight end of the future has shown plenty of ability in the present with touchdown catches in consecutive weeks. The rookie's still operating primarily in two-tight-end sets with Delanie Walker clearly topping the depth chart, but Smith's starting to work his way into the standard league discussion nonetheless thanks to his nose for the end zone.

Hunter Henry TE | NE
Chargers' Hunter Henry: No targets in loss
Henry did not receive a target in the 24-10 loss to the Chiefs on Sunday.
The rollercoaster of a fantasy season continues for Henry owners. That's now two separate weeks the second-year tight end has not seen a single target, matching his dismal outing in Week 1 against the Broncos with another stinker against the divisional-rival Chiefs. Perhaps more alarming was that Henry did play in 41 snaps, one more than nominal starting tight end Antonio Gates, who was also kept in check (two catches for 30 yards). It appears as if a trend is emerging, as Henry has been utilized more as a blocker in two tight end sets against teams that employ fierce pass rushers such as the Broncos and Chiefs, with Antonio Gates essentially the de facto "between the seams" threat for quarterback Philip Rivers. It's a bit disappointing to see the athleticism of Henry squandered in obvious passing situations, as was the case for the majority of Sunday, but until the offensive line can gel together, Henry may be best served continuing his up-and-down year on a given fantasy owner's bench.
-
Evan Engram TE | DEN
Giants' Evan Engram: Catches five passes
Engram caught five of seven targets for 45 yards Sunday.
Engram serves as the team's No. 4 receiver of sorts, and given the Giants run three-wide sets most of the time with Engram also on the field, he's a fairly regular part of the offense. At 6-foot-3, 234 and with 4.42 speed, Engram is a physical freak, but as a rookie TE, he's still learning the game and the team's overly complex (and largely ineffective) offensive system.
-
Travis Kelce TE | KC
Chiefs' Travis Kelce: Targeted once in win over Chargers
Kelce gained one yard while reeling in his only target during Sunday's 24-10 win over the Chargers.
A week after torching the Eagles, Kelce was hardly involved as a pass catcher in this one, finishing with one target for the first time in his five-year career. The offense still managed to churn out yardage, however, meaning this dud was merely a consequence of Sunday's game plan. Kelce remains one of the top options in the pecking order for the Kansas City offense and will look to bounce back next week against the Redskins.
-
Jesse James TE | LV
Steelers' Jesse James: Returns after suffering shoulder injury Sunday
James caught 2-of-4 passes for 19 yards in Pittsburgh's 23-17 overtime loss to Chicago on Sunday.
James briefly left the game with a shoulder injury, but returned after missing only a few snaps. He has a favorable Week 4 matchup against Baltimore, which has allowed opposing tight ends to score four touchdowns in their past two games.

Zach Ertz TE | WAS
Eagles' Zach Ertz: Scores touchdown, loses fumble versus Giants
Ertz caught eight of his 10 targets for 55 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 27-24 win over the Giants. He also lost a fumble.
The most targeted Eagles pass catcher on the day, Ertz doubled his team's lead with a three-yard touchdown reception in the third quarter. His fumble came at a crucial juncture, setting up a Giants touchdown drive to tie the game early in the fourth. Despite the mistake, Ertz bounced back to make a couple of key receptions to set up a field goal late in the game. He remains a key component of the team's passing attack and will continue as such next week against the Chargers.
