Everett caught three of four targets for 49 yards and two touchdowns in Monday night's 54-51 win over the Chiefs.

Everett was the hero Monday night, scoring both his touchdowns in the fourth quarter when the Rams were trailing. His first came on a seven-yard pass midway through the final period, and his second proved to be the game-winner, as he hauled in a 40-yarder along the sideline and tip-toed his way to pay dirt with under two minutes remaining. In doing so, Everett has now scored all three of his touchdowns this season over the Rams' last two games, sending him into their bye week on a high note.

Swaim broke a bone in his wrist during Sunday's win over the Falcons and will need surgery, Calvin Watkins of The Athletic reports.

Though Swaim will undergo surgery on his wrist, his injury isn't expected to sideline him for the remainder of the season, according to David Helman of the Cowboys' official site. It remains to be seen just how long the fourth-year tight end will miss, but he is expected to miss Thursday's Thanksgiving matchup with the Redskins, leaving Dalton Schultz, Blake Jarwin and Rico Gathers to pick up the slack.

Goedert failed to bring in his lone target during Sunday's 48-7 loss to the Saints.

Goedert has now gone two consecutive games without logging a catch, and three straight games with only one target. The second-round rookie remains the clear backup to starter Zach Ertz, but his decrease in playing time makes him difficult to trust for fantasy purposes. Goedert will look to bounce back during Sunday's tilt against the Giants.

Graham will test out multiple splints in practice this week to see if he can play through a broken thumb, Michael Cohen of The Athletic reports.

Graham emerged from last Thursday's loss in Seattle with the fractured appendage. In the meantime, the Packers hadn't revealed whether he was slated for an absence, but the tight end himself appears set on playing through the pain. "He [Graham] intends to try and go," coach Mike McCarthy said Monday. Graham's upcoming experiments will determine whether he's available for Sunday's divisional showdown at Minnesota, which could make or break the Packers' playoff hopes.

Swaim caught four of five targets for 24 yards in Sunday's 22-19 win over the Falcons.

He seems fully recovered from the knee injury that cost him Week 9's game, but even as Dak Prescott's top tight end target, Swaim carries minimal fantasy value -- he's topped 50 yards only once all season, and just three of his 32 targets have come in the red zone.

Seals-Jones managed just one catch for five yards during Sunday's 23-21 loss to Oakland.

The second-year tight end has garnered a viable volume of work (five targets per game), but he's been brutally inefficient with those opportunities in logging a catch rate of just 50 percent thus far this season. Seals-Jones is averaging fewer than 40 receiving yards per game and carries a streak of seven straight outings without a touchdown as Arizona travels to take on the Chargers in Week 12. Los Angeles has been respectable in defending tight ends this year, allowing the 13th-fewest points per game to the position in standard scoring.

Pruitt caught his lone target for 19 yards in Sunday's 38-10 loss to the Colts.

Pruitt was one of four Titans tight ends to haul in a pass Sunday, recording his first catch of the season and as a member of the team. He set up the team's lone touchdown of the game, getting pushed out of bounds at the 1-yard line. The game was already well in hand for the Colts at that point, making Pruitt's contributions largely meaningless. Don't expect him to be a big part of the Titans' game plan going forward.

Frikser caught all three of his targets to total 44 yards in Sunday's 38-10 loss to the Colts.

Firkser was on the receiving end of the Titans' longest offensive play when he hauled in a 28-yard pass from Blaine Gabbert late in the fourth quarter. The game was already decided at that point, and it is worth noting that all three of Firkser's targets came with Gabbert under center rather than Marcus Mariota (stinger). Considering this performance was the height of Firkser's productivity, it's unlikely that he'll be counted in more meaningful game situations and with Mariota under center.

Ertz caught two of three targets for 15 yards during Sunday's 48-7 loss to New Orleans.

Coming off a monster 14-catch game in Week 10, Ertz laid an egg on Sunday as nothing much went right for the Eagles. The effort snapped a streak of six straight games in which Ertz either topped 100 yards or scored in each contest. A bad showing against what was supposed to be a weak New Orleans pass defense doesn't change that, but he'll face a tougher test next Sunday against a Giants defense that has been middle-of-the-road against the pass, averaging 245 passing yards per game.

Engram brought in both of his targets for 66 yards in the Giants' 38-35 win over the Buccaneers on Sunday.

Engram's day would have been classified as a disappointment had he not ripped off a 54-yard catch-and-run in the fourth quarter. The athletic tight end's target share was unexpectedly low, but considering the Giants only put the ball up 18 times, this wasn't exactly surprising. Engram is still looking for his first 100-yard game of the season, and he'll look to accomplish it in a Week 12 divisional battle against the Eagles.
