Dawson Knox TE | BUF
Bills' Dawson Knox: Placed on NFI list by Bills
Knox (undisclosed) was placed on the active/non-football injury list by the Bills on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
An undisclosed injury will delay Knox from joining his teammates on the field in training camp, but once the tight end is ready to practice, he can be activated from the NFI list at any time. When available, Knox, who caught 22 catches for 311 yards and one touchdown (33 targets) in 16 regular-season games in 2024, is part of Buffalo's 1-2 punch at TE, along with 2023 first-rounder Dalton Kincaid.

Darren Waller TE | MIA
Dolphins' Darren Waller: Begins camp on PUP list
The Dolphins placed Waller (undisclosed) on the active/PUP list Tuesday.
Waller can be activated at any time, but he's going to miss at least the start of training camp to get himself back in playing shape after spending the 2024 campaign out of the league. The Dolphins traded for the tight end earlier this month, and it remains to be seen what Waller has left in the tank and if he can stay healthy. He's an intriguing late-round fantasy option however, and there are targets to be claimed behind Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle in the Miami passing offense.

Travis Kelce TE | KC
Chiefs' Travis Kelce: Ready for 13th season
Kelce participated in Tuesday's training camp practice.
In the wake of the Chiefs' loss to the Eagles in Super Bowl LIX, Kelce took a few weeks to ponder his playing status for the upcoming season, but on Feb. 27, the veteran tight end confirmed that he planned to return for another NFL campaign. In 16 regular-season games in 2024, Kelce put up a 97-823-3 line on 133 targets, numbers that were below the career-high marks he set in 2022 but nonetheless a pace that kept him firmly on the fantasy radar. After having dropped some weight this offseason, per The Athletic, Kelce remains entrenched as the Chiefs' top tight end and a trusted target of QB Patrick Mahomes, a context that should continue to provide the 35-year-old with a solid target share in 2025.

Once healthy, Moreau figures to be a part of New Orleans' three-man weave at tight end, which also includes Juwan Johnson and Taysom Hill (knee), who is also opening camp on active/PUP while he works his way back from a torn ACL in his left knee.

Gavin Bartholomew TE | MIN
Vikings' Gavin Bartholomew: Dealing with back injury

Brevin Jordan TE | HOU
Texans' Brevin Jordan: Progressing in ACL recovery
Jordan (knee) is running at "high speeds" but is expected to be eased back in at training camp, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Jordan suffered a torn ACL in Week 2 last season and missed the remainder of the year. Now 10 months out from the injury, Jordan should be close to 100 percent health by the time Week 1 rolls around. Jordan figures to be in line to handle TE2 duties in Houston behind Dalton Schultz.

Colston Loveland TE | CHI
Bears' Colston Loveland: May be eased into camp
GM Ryan Poles said Tuesday that Loveland (shoulder) is "ready to go" for the start of training camp, but there may be a ramp-up period for the rookie tight end, Jason Lieser of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
Despite undergoing surgery on the AC joint in his right shoulder in January, Loveland was the first tight end off the board in this year's draft, going to the Bears 10th overall. He proceeded to miss the entire offseason program and acknowledged last week that he may not be ready once camp kicked off. The Bears seemingly will ease him in with the goal of getting him ready for Week 1. Loveland will be vying with Cole Kmet for targets from second-year signal-caller Caleb Williams to begin his NFL career.

Gavin Bartholomew TE | MIN
Vikings' Gavin Bartholomew: Moves to active/PUP list
Bartholomew (undisclosed) was placed on the active/PUP list by the Vikings on Monday.
Once the tight end is able to resume practicing, he can return at any point during training camp and the preseason. Bartholomew was rehabbing an undisclosed injury during the Vikings' offseason program in June. Minnesota selected the Pittsburgh product in the sixth round of April's draft, though he's clearly behind T.J. Hockenson and Josh Oliver on the depth chart.
