Isiah Pacheco RB | DET
Chiefs' Isiah Pacheco: Powers offense again
Pacheco rushed the ball 15 times for 97 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 27-24 win over the Bills. He added one catch on one target for 14 yards.
The Chiefs ran only 47 offensive plays, limiting volume for all of their skill-position players. However, Pacheco delivered in key situations, as 82 of 111 yards from scrimmage came in the second half. He punched in a four-yard touchdown early in the fourth quarter for what turned out to be the game-winning score, and he had a pair of tough runs on the final possession of the game to record a first down -- allowing Kansas City to run out the clock. Pacheco has been a reliable workhorse in the offense this postseason, handling 39 carries while gaining 186 yards with two trips to the end zone across two games.

David Montgomery RB | HOU
Lions' David Montgomery: Takes back seat to Gibbs in win
Montgomery carried the ball 10 times for 33 yards and caught three of four targets for 14 yards in Sunday's 31-23 divisional-round win over the Buccaneers.
The veteran running back failed to reach 50 scrimmage yards for the second time in three games and saw his four-game TD streak come to an end. Meanwhile, Jahmyr Gibbs topped 100 scrimmage yards and scored a touchdown, and Craig Reynolds also punched in a short score on fourth-and-1 late in the third quarter. Montgomery will likely be more involved in the game plan next weekend against the 49ers in the NFC Championship Game.

Rachaad White RB | WAS
Buccaneers' Rachaad White: Opportunity curtailed in loss
White rushed nine times for 55 yards and secured four of five targets for 36 yards in the Buccaneers' 31-23 divisional-round loss to the Lions on Sunday.
White opened the game with a solid dose of rush attempts, but the Buccaneers were forced to increasingly turn to the air when their deficit grew in the second half. The versatile back still enjoyed his usual role as a receiver, but his 13 total touches were his lowest since the Week 6 game against these same Lions. White corroborated his ability to serve as the team's lead back this past regular season with 990 rushing yards and six touchdowns, which he complemented with a 64-549-3 line through the air, over 17 games, putting him in position to reprise the role in 2024.

Jahmyr Gibbs RB | DET
Lions' Jahmyr Gibbs: Finds end zone against Bucs
Gibbs carried the ball nine times for 74 yards and a touchdown and caught all four of his targets for 40 yards in Sunday's 31-23 divisional-round win over the Buccaneers.
The rookie running back topped 100 scrimmage yards in his second career playoff game and got into the end zone for the third straight contest, putting the Lions in the lead for good with a 31-yard TD run early in the fourth quarter. Gibbs posted his best rushing yardage total since Week 16 in Sunday's win, and he figures to be busy again next weekend in the NFC Championship Game against the 49ers.

Patrick Laird RB | TB
Buccaneers' Patrick Laird: Won't play versus Lions
Laird (coach's decision) is listed as inactive ahead of Sunday's divisional-round matchup against Detroit.
Laird was elevated from the practice squad for the second week in a row Saturday, and it appeared he could have a chance to suit up for the first time this season with No. 2 running back Chase Edmonds considered questionable to play with a toe injury; however, the latter running back was ultimately listed as active Sunday afternoon. As a result, Laird will be ruled a healthy scratch for the second straight contest, leaving Rachaad White, Edmonds and rookie Sean Tucker to once again fill out Tampa Bay's running back room Sunday.
-
Chase Edmonds RB | WAS
Buccaneers' Chase Edmonds: Active for Sunday's game
Edmonds (toe) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Lions.
After being deemed a non-participant in Wednesday's and Thursday's walk-throughs, Edmonds logged a limited session Friday and approached the contest listed as questionable. With his active status versus Detroit confirmed, the running back is available to maintain his complementary role behind starter Rachaad White. As long as White remains healthy, however, Edmonds -- who logged seven carries for 12 yards and one catch for eight yards in the Buccaneers' wild-card win over the Eagles this past Monday -- will profile as a speculative lineup option.

Aaron Jones RB | MIN
Packers' Aaron Jones: Ends season in strong form
Jones rushed the ball 18 times for 108 yards in Saturday's 24-21 loss to the 49ers. He added three receptions on six targets for eight yards.
Jones continued to dominate work out of Green Bay's backfield due to AJ Dillon (neck) being sidelined and topped 100 rushing yards for the fifth consecutive game. It was the first time in 51 games that the 49ers have allowed a 100-yard rusher. He also recorded the Packers' longest play from scrimmage with a 53-yard scamper midway through the fourth quarter -- which helped set up a crucial field-goal attempt -- and averaged 6.0 yards per carry for the third time in his last five contests. After being limited by hamstring and knee injuries for much of the season, Jones ended the campaign in excellent form and should be back with the team in 2024 to lead the backfield.

Christian McCaffrey RB | SF
49ers' Christian McCaffrey: Two TDs in divisional-round win
McCaffrey rushed 17 times for 98 yards and two touchdowns and brought in seven of 12 targets for 30 yards in the 49ers' 24-21 divisional-round win over the Packers on Saturday night.
McCaffrey had a lower-volume game than anticipated, especially when factoring in that Deebo Samuel exited for good in the first half with a shoulder injury. However, the Packers' ability to hold leads for extended periods during the contest played a part in that reduced rushing workload, and McCaffrey navigated the drop in opportunities with efficiency, elevated involvement as a receiver and his 39- and six-yard scoring runs. Both of the star back's rushing touchdowns erased Packers leads, with the latter also providing the game-winning points. McCaffrey naturally figures to play a significant role once again versus either the Buccaneers or Lions in the NFC Championship Game on Sunday, Jan. 28.

Devin Singletary RB | NYG
Texans' Devin Singletary: Effective as pass catcher
Singletary rushed the ball nine times for 22 yards in Saturday's 34-10 loss to the Ravens. He added five receptions on six targets for 48 yards.
Game script and a tough matchup combined to mute Singletary's production on the ground. However, he finished third on the team in targets and was effective as a pass catcher, with two of his five receptions going for double-digit gains. With the performance, Singletary recorded at least three receptions in five of his final six games. He's set to hit free agency this offseason and helped his market by tallying 1,091 yards from scrimmage with four total touchdowns across 17 games with the Texans.

Justice Hill RB | BAL
Ravens' Justice Hill: Strong performance in playoff win
Hill rushed the ball 13 times for 66 yards in Saturday's 34-10 win over the Texans. He also had two receptions on two targets for 11 yards.
Hill led the Ravens' backfield while matching his highest carry total of the season and recording his highest yardage total of the campaign. He was particularly effective running out the clock late in the game, as he accounted for 42 yards in the final quarter. Hill also remained involved as a pass catcher and has commanded multiple targets in five of his last six contests. He should split work with Gus Edwards once again in the AFC Championship Game while squaring off with either the Chiefs or Bills, though it's worth noting that newcomer Dalvin Cook saw eight carries Saturday. Also, Edwards appeared to leave the game due to some issue in the fourth quarter.
