Rhamondre Stevenson RB | NE
Patriots' Rhamondre Stevenson: Won't play Sunday
Stevenson (foot) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Texans, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site reports.
Though Stevenson's foot issue isn't considered to be a long-term concern, per Mike Reiss of ESPN.com, he'll miss at least one game after not practicing this week. In Stevenson's absence versus Houston, Antonio Gibson figures to handle the bulk of the Patriots' Week 6 carries, with JaMycal Hasty in reserve and practice-squad members Terrell Jennings and Kevin Harris being potential candidates for elevation.

Alvin Kamara RB | NO
Saints' Alvin Kamara: Cleared to face Tampa
Kamara (hip/hand) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against Tampa Bay, Matthew Paras of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.
The Saints listed Kamara as a non-participant on Wednesday's practice estimate, after he took on a season-high 90 percent snap share in a 26-13 loss to the Chiefs on Monday. He was then a limited practice participant both Thursday and Friday, apparently showing enough to avoid an injury designation for the first start of rookie QB Spencer Rattler's career. The Saints may lean on Kamara even more than usual, especially because Taysom Hill (rib) also is out this week, but the combination of Derek Carr's oblique injury and continued health struggles for the interior offensive line mean it's not the best setup for per-touch efficiency or frequent red-zone visits. The opponent, at least, appears favorable for fantasy production, although Tampa's injury-riddled defense appears somewhat healthier compared to the past few games.

D'Onta Foreman RB | CLE
Browns' D'Onta Foreman: Cleared for Week 6
Foreman (ankle) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Eagles, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.
Foreman avoided an injury designation with full participation in Friday's practice. Pierre Strong (hamstring) also will be available in a change-of-pace role behind Jerome Ford, while Nick Chubb (knee) has been ruled out and won't make his season debut. Foreman has 29 carries for 93 yards over the last four games.

Joe Mixon RB | HOU
Texans' Joe Mixon: Status in question for Sunday
Mixon (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game in New England.
Mixon cobbled together back-to-back limited practices to cap Week 6 prep, potentially setting himself up for his first game action since Week 2, when he initially sprained his right ankle. Fellow RB Dameon Pierce (hamstring) has been cleared ahead of Sunday's contest after logging full sessions Thursday and Friday, so he may be the leading candidate for RB reps if both he and Mixon are active this weekend. Mixon's status will be confirmed about 90 minutes before a 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.

Rachaad White RB | WAS
Buccaneers' Rachaad White: Listed as doubtful
White (foot) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Saints, Matthew Paras of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.
Coach Todd Bowles referred to White as a game-time decision earlier Friday, and while that usually corresponds with a questionable designation, it turns out the running back is considered highly unlikely to play. Backfield mate Bucky Irving is set up for the largest workload of his young career, assuming the Bucs declare White inactive ahead of Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.
-
Brian Robinson Jr. RB | ATL
Commanders' Brian Robinson: Listed as questionable
Robinson (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Baltimore, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
Robinson didn't practice at all this week, with coach Dan Quinn saying Friday that the running back will be a game-time decision. Robinson played through the same injury last week, but that was after returning to practice Friday, and he ended up missing the second half after scoring a pair of TDs before halftime in an eventual 34-13 win over Cleveland. His odds of playing appear lower this week, which would mean expanded workloads for Austin Ekeler and Jeremy McNichols if Robinson is deemed inactive before the 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.
-
Zack Moss RB | CIN
Bengals' Zack Moss: Clear after full practice
Moss (foot) practiced fully Friday and doesn't have a designation for Sunday's game at the Giants.
Earlier Friday, coach Zac Taylor told Geoff Hobson of the Bengals' official site that both Moss and fellow RB Chase Brown (quadricep) were good to go for Week 6 action. Having said that, Moss avoided a designation entirely on Friday's practice report, while Brown was listed as questionable after logging a second consecutive limited session. If Brown is at all inhibited this weekend, Moss could take on a bit more work than normal, which has amounted to 14.4 touches for 67 yards from scrimmage per game while scoring three TDs through five contests this season.

Jordan Mason RB | MIN
49ers' Jordan Mason: AC joint sprain confirmed
Coach Kyle Shanahan confirmed Friday that Mason suffered an AC joint sprain in his left shoulder during Thursday's 36-24 win at Seattle and is considered day-to-day, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Mason exited in the second quarter Thursday after landing on his left shoulder at the end of a carry and clearly favoring it as he went to the 49ers' sideline. While he was deemed questionable to return, he logged one play after halftime before departing the game for good. The 49ers never gave Mason a designation after that, and he was seen on the sideline wearing his helmet the rest of the second half, but Isaac Guerendo handled most of the RB reps for San Francisco down the stretch. The 49ers don't play again until Sunday, Oct. 20 against the Chiefs, so Mason will have extended time to try to get healthy ahead of that contest.
-
Nyheim Miller-Hines RB | NO
Browns' Nyheim Hines: Sidelined another week
Hines (knee) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's Week 6 matchup against the Eagles, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.
Hines was designated to return from Cleveland's non-football injury list on Oct. 2 and has been practicing in a limited fashion since. However, it appears the veteran running back is still not ready for in-game action just yet. Expect D'Onta Foreman (ankle) and Pierre Strong (hamstring) to serve as the Browns' top backup running backs behind Jerome Ford in Week 6.

Christian McCaffrey RB | SF
49ers' Christian McCaffrey: Won't return Week 7
Coach Kyle Shanahan said Friday that McCaffrey (Achilles) won't return to practice next week, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
It means McCaffrey will miss at least one more game, leaving either Jordan Mason (shoulder) or Isaac Guerendo as the lead back for a Super Bowl rematch with the Chiefs on Sunday, Oct. 20. Mason suffered an AC joint sprain during Thursday's win over Seattle, leaving Guerendo and Patrick Taylor to handle backfield snaps after halftime.
