Bernard Pierce's availability 'in serious doubt'
Ravens running back Bernard Pierce dealt with a thigh injury in practice this week and is "in serious doubt" to play against the Browns in Week 3 action, the Baltimore Sun reported Sunday morning. That would leave Justin Forsett and Lorenzo Taliaferro as the Ravens' top two backs for the game.

Raiders running back Maurice Jones-Drew is expected to miss a second straight game following a procedure on his hand, NFL Network reported Sunday morning. The Raiders play at the Patriots. Darren McFadden and Latavius Murray will once again pick up the slack in his absence.

Report: Arian Foster a 'longshot' to play
Texans running back Arian Foster was limited in practice all week with a hamstring injury ans is viewed as a longshot to play today against the Giants, NFL Network reported this morning. In the event he is inactive, rookie running back Alfred Blue is expected to see a lot of work with tailback Jonathan Grimes pitching in.

Chiefs sideline reporter doesn't expect Jamaal Charles to play
Chiefs sideline reporter Kendall Gammon told CBS Sports Radio's Eye on Fantasy Football on Saturday night that he does not expect Jamaal Charles to play at Miami on Sunday. Gammon said Charles practiced a little bit on Thursday and Friday and was moving around okay but still was showing the effects of a high-ankle sprain.
Knile Davis is likely to start and see a bunch of snaps in place of Charles at Miami.

Dee Milliner doubtful on Jets' final Week 3 injury report
Jets cornerback Dee Milliner (quad/ankle) is doubtful to play in Monday night's game against the Bears.
Milliner sat out practice for a second straight day Saturday and is unlikely to suit up Monday. Wide receiver Eric Decker is questionable to play Monday, but the rest of the team's injured players participated in practice fully Saturday and are good to go, the Associated Press reports. Those players include running back Chris Johnson (ankle), safety Josh Bush (quad) and linebackers A.J. Edds (hamstring), Nick Bellore (hip) and Quinton Coples (elbow).

Carson Palmer among notable players listed questionable for Week 3
The Cardinals have nine players listed on the injury report for Week 3. Punter David Zastudil (groin) and linebacker Alex Okafor (thigh) were the only players officially ruled out for Sunday's game against the 49ers.
Deemed questionable were tight end Rob Housler (hip), defensive tackle Frostee Rucker (calf) and quarterback Carson Palmer (shoulder).
Linebacker Kevin Minter (quad), center Lyle Sendlein (ankle), running back Andre Ellington (foot) and linebacker Larry Foote (shoulder) were each ruled probable for Sunday. -

Only Tharold Simon has been ruled out for the game. Bruce Irvin didn't practice throughout the week, but is questionable for the game.
Kam Chancellor, Cooper Helfet, Marshawn Lynch, Christine Michael, Zach Miller, Mike Morgan and Kevin Pierre-Louis are all probable.
