Shaun Draughn RB | NYG
49ers' Shaun Draughn: Absent from Wednesday's walk-through
Draughn (knee) didn't take part in Wednesday's walk-through, but offensive coordinator Geep Chryst considers the running back day-to-day, Cam Inman of the San Jose Mercury News reports.
Draughn has been the 49ers' lead back for six consecutive games, and while he's only dashed for 3.4 YPC and one touchdown during that span, he's augmented his line with 23 receptions (on 30 targets) for 174 yards. After an abbreviated appearance Sunday against the Bengals, he was diagnosed with a knee sprain, according to Chris Biderman of the Associated Press. Meanwhile, two practices remain to prove Draughn's health, with Friday's injury report potentially shedding light on his Week 16 status.

Matt Jones RB | WAS
Redskins' Matt Jones: Limited Wednesday
Jones (hip) was limited at Wednesday's practice.
According to Tarik El-Bashir of CSN Washington, both Jones and Chris Thompson (shoulder) participated in individual drills, but neither moved on to the team portion of practice. Considering Jones is dealing with a hip contusion, he may be held to the same standard all week in order to keep him as fresh as possible for Saturday's game at Philadelphia.

Knile Davis RB | PIT
Chiefs' Knile Davis: Sees minor uptick in playing time
Davis toted the ball five times for 14 yards in Sunday's game against the Ravens.
Dvais saw nine snaps in Sunday's contest, his largest total in a while. However, the added looks came with Spencer Ware sidelined due to a rib injury, and he was still vastly out-touched by starter Charcandrick West. It appears the only way the former backup to Jamaal Charles will see consistent looks now would be if both West and Ware were to get injured now. The once-promising handcuff has certainly plummeted in value, and shouldn't be considered in fantasy leagues with Ware likely returning in Week 16.

Matt Asiata RB | DET
Vikings' Matt Asiata: Sees six touches against Chicago
Asiata carried the ball five times for 28 yards and added a six-yard catch in Sunday's win over the Bears.
The six touches tied a season high for Asiata, who some fantasy owners may kick the tires on given the ankle injury Adrian Peterson is nursing. Anything more than kicking the tires would be a mistake, however. Though Peterson is not hogging the ball like he once was, failing to notch 20 touches three times over the past five weeks after reaching the mark every game since Week 2, he is unlikely to give away too many opportunities. Even if he were to, Jerick McKinnon should be the favorite to take most of them. Over the past five weeks, McKinnon's 26 touches outpace Asiata's 15.

Doug Martin RB | LV
Buccaneers' Doug Martin: Named to second Pro Bowl on Tuesday
Martin was named to his second career Pro Bowl on Tuesday, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers official site reports.
It's Martin's first trip to Hawaii since an outstanding 2012 rookie campaign that saw him amass 1,454 yards rushing. The 26-year-old has a solid chance of surpassing that amount over the last two games of the current campaign, needing only 150 yards over that span to do so. Martin ranks second in the NFL in both rushing yards and yards from scrimmage behind Adrian Peterson, and retains an outside chance to break the Bucs' single-season rushing record of 1,544 yards set by James Wilder in 1984. He is also notably the only back in the NFL with at least 150 carries and an average north of 5.0 yards per carry, and leads the NFL with 13 runs of over 20 yards. The four-year pro has enjoyed a spectacular contract year, and his re-signing figures to be an utmost priority for Tampa this offseason.

Shaun Draughn RB | NYG
49ers' Shaun Draughn: Avoids serious injury
Draughn (knee) did not sustain a serious injury, yet the 49ers are still exploring other options at running back, Matt Maiocco of CSN Bay Area reports.
Draughn underwent an MRI on Monday, and while he apparently avoided a major injury, it's still possible he'll miss one (or both) of the final two games of the season. The healthy running backs on the current roster are Kendall Gaskins and DuJuan Harris, with rookie Mike Davis (hand) eligible to return from short-term injured reserve in Week 17. At this stage, it's unclear which players will get most of the carries in Sunday's game against the Lions. If Draughn can't play, the 49ers will likely make another roster move, after dropping Travaris Cadet in favor of Harris on Tuesday.

DuJuan Harris RB | JAC
DuJuan Harris: Signed by 49ers
Harris was signed by the 49ers on Tuesday.
Released by the Seahawks a week ago, Harris was subsequently signed to the Ravens practice squad. He'll now get a shot to join a banged-up San Francisco backfield, replacing pass-catching specialist Travaris Cadet on the active roster. With Shaun Draughn (knee) uncertain to be ready, there's actually some chance Harris could have a role in the offense during Sunday's game against the Lions.

Melvin Gordon RB | BAL
Chargers' Melvin Gordon: Officially placed on IR
Gordon (knee) was placed on season-ending injured reserve Tuesday afternoon.
According to the San Diego Union-Tribune, Gordon will be evaluated by Dr. James Andrews before a procedure is finalized to repair the meniscus damage in the rookie's left knee. Gordon should have plenty of time to recover before training camp, but health isn't the only question mark in the wake of his highly disappointing campaign. While part of the problem was an injury-ravaged San Diego offensive line, Gordon also fumbled five times and didn't display good vision or elusiveness. On the bright side, Gordon's draft position all but assures that he'll have more chances to make an impression, and the Chargers should have an improved offensive line next year.

Kerwynn Williams RB | KC
Cardinals' Kerwynn Williams: Amasses seven touches Sunday
Williams amassed six rushes for 34 yards and one catch for 12 yards during Sunday's victory at Philadelphia.
The contest was David Johnson's coming-out party, but Williams was nearly as efficient on the ground, averaging 5.7 YPC. While spelling Johnson on occasion, Williams also set up the Cardinals with decent field position, averaging 20.7 yards per kickoff return. The potential return of Andre Ellington (turf toe) this Sunday against the Packers could make Williams irrelevant in the fantasy realm once again, but that's no guarantee.

Matt Jones RB | WAS
Redskins' Matt Jones: Considered day-to-day
Jones (hip) is considered day-to-day, the Washington Post reports.
Jones missed some time in the second half but the day-to-day designation is promising. Expect him to miss practice time this week.
