Fowler scored a three-yard rushing touchdown on his only touch in Sunday's 37-16 win at Jacksonville.

Fowler possesses more skill than your typical fullback, but he rarely gets a chance to flash that ability. He'll get the occasional chance to punch it in near the goal line, but thumpers DeMarco Murray (hamstring) and Derrick Henry usually get priority over Fowler.

Patterson racked up 57 yards and a touchdown on three carries to go along with one reception for six yards during Sunday's 45-20 victory over the Jets.

Patterson has just two receptions on as many targets for eight yards through his first two games of the season, but he's also been involved in the Raiders' rushing attack as he notched his first touchdown on a 43-yard run Sunday. He hasn't been given enough touches to earn much fantasy attention, however, with so much competition for production among receivers Amari Cooper and Michael Crabtree along with a trio of running backs led by Marshawn Lynch. Patterson saw just seven less offensive snaps than No. 3 receiver Seth Roberts, though that may not have been the case if the game were closer down the stretch.

Oliver carried the ball three times for 31 yards in the 19-17 loss to the Dolphins on Sunday.

Oliver's 26-yard scamper was actually the longest play for the Chargers offense as a whole as the Dolphins mainly kept it in check. The long run also doubled starter Melvin Gordon's total rushing yards on the day, as the 2015 first-round pick finished with just 13 yards on nine carries. Still, owners shouldn't read too much into the stat line, as it was clear from the get-go the Chargers were content moving the ball through the air. It's important to note Oliver remains the prime handcuff to Gordon considering third-stringer Austin Ekeler did not see a single snap on offense. That being said, handcuff is the only fantasy value Oliver has at this point, as he saw just seven offensive snaps compared to Gordon's 48.

West is day-to-day with an unspecified soft-tissue injury, Jeff Zrebiec of The Baltimore Sun reports.

After starting Sunday's 24-10 win over the Browns, West saw just 15 snaps, but now there's an explanation for his reduced Week 2 workload. We'll track his status as this coming Sunday's game against the Jaguars approaches, but if West is limited at all in Week 3, added opportunities await Javorius Allen and Alex Collins.

The NFL's emergency motion seeking a stay of Elliott's preliminary injunction has been denied, Albert Breer of TheMMQB.com reports.

The league wanted a fast response and got its wish, albeit without the desired result. The NFL now has to wait for a ruling on its appeal of the injunction in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. The process could take a few months, which increases Elliott's chances of playing the entire season. He's set to face a tough Arizona defense in Week 3, coming off the worst performance of his young career in Sunday's 42-17 loss to the Broncos. Elliott did have 140 yards from scrimmage against a tough Giants defense Week 1.

Mack lost three yards on six carries and had one reception for 11 yards in Sunday's loss to Arizona.

Mack played just 11 snaps on offense compared to 28 for Robert Turbin behind Frank Gore in a reversal from Week 1. It's likely the Colts liked using Turbin in pass protection. Mack may have more upside if Gore were to get hurt, but it looks like he'll have a limited role on offense when his Week 1 usage suggested a larger role.

Eagles coach Doug Pederson confirmed that Pumphrey (hamstring) won't return from injured reserve to play this season, Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

A 2017 fourth-round pick, Pumphrey built some hype during offseason practices but failed to impress during training camp and the preseason. He was inactive for Week 1 and then tore his hamstring during a Week 2 practice, which conveniently allowed the Eagles to stash him on injured reserve. Even if he's healthy enough to eventually return, Pumphrey likely will be kept on IR for the rest of the season, with eyes toward earning a role in 2018. The Eagles seemingly drafted him as an eventual replacement for 34-year-old Darren Sproles, but the workout metrics and eye test both suggest Pumphrey simply isn't the same caliber of athlete.

McKinnon had three carries for 16 yards and had three receptions for nine yards on five targets in Sunday's loss at Pittsburgh.

McKInnon got more touches than Latavius Murray behind Dalvin Cook. He also played more snaps (22) than Murray (6). However, both will have a limited backup role behind Cook.

Murray had three carries for six yards in Sunday's loss at Pittsburgh. He played just six snaps on offense.

Murray continues to have a limited role in the offense with Dalvin Cook getting nearly all the touches out of the backfield. Even worse for Murray's fantasy value is that fullback C.J. Ham had a one-yard rushing touchdown when Murray was thought to possibly be the goal-line running back.

Jones suited up for his first NFL game Sunday but did not record a snap on offense, according to Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com.

Jones was in uniform Sunday after being scratched in Week 1 in favor of fellow rookie Devante Mays, but he was used only as insurance, as Ty Montgomery and Jamaal Williams took every running back snap. Jones is listed ahead of Mays on the depth chart, but both players have now suited up once without seeing a snap on offense, so they are essentially side-by-side for the No. 3 running back role as things stand.
